Fantastic sandal! I have four pair (red, brown, speckled & black)! I am 5'2" and need a lift from shoes; these give me that plus COMFORT, quality construction, cushion foot bed, attractive.. I have never worn a shoe that elicited so many compliments. Have friends and sisters who purchased them after seeing on me. Also, my foot is extremely narrow - the two buckles adjust to my needs. Rave review.

Really great shoe. So adjustable to each persons foot. I bought this in 2 colors last year and was looking at the coffee swirl color to get this year. Wasn't sure about the photo but once I got them I was just so happy. Much prettier in person. Almost like a very subtle animal print. I just love them!

I love these shoes! It's my first pair of Danskos as they have been too narrow in the past. The adjustable buckle fixed that. The color is fantastic. I literally walked more than 5 miles (per my new fitbit) the first day I owned them with no blisters or foot pain. Highly recommend.

Wonderfully comfortable right out of the box! I wear an 11-12 and the Dansko 43 fit perfectly! Much lighter sole than other Danskos but perfect for summer. I am so glad I found these sandals.

I just returned from 18 travel in Europe. I took 3 pairs of shoes and wore these shoes 99.9% of the time. These were not only comfortable but I wore with shorts and a nice black dress. At the end of each day of walking miles and miles, my body may have been tired but my feet were not! I normally wear a 9 but I bought these in a 40 (9.5-10) and I'm glad I did. The size 39 that I have at home now feel too small. I would definitely go up one size.

Comfort! Style! Compliments from people you don't think would normally look twice at a shoe! Get them all with this sandal. I'm a size 8 1/2 with a host of foot issues that require a truly comfortable shoe. I wanted something that didn't look boring or ugly. I'd never tried Dansko before but I couldn't find anything in Clarks that I liked. I ordered a size 39 in Black Shagreen and they are now my favorite shoe ever. So much so I ordered a pair in Iridescent Blue which are completely genius.

All around fantastic shoe. I not only got this shoe for myself, in 2 colors but also bought as a gift for two friends. That's how great it is. Cute and comfy, can't beat that!

Amazingly comfortable sandal that looks great with jeans, capri pants, or a casual skirt. Perfect heel size. Feels like you are walking on air. First time trying Dansko and I am hooked. Also bought a similar style in red.

These are my new fav shoes by far! I wore them all day at work and then shopping yesterday and my feet felt fantastic!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! I have 3 pairs and they are the most comfortable. Never thought I'd be able to wear a heel again, but my back actually feels better when I wear these shoes compared to flats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Dansko Sophie shoe!!!

I am on my feet on Saturdays from 8 am 'til midnight doing weddings and I need to have great support and look nice! I have these in red and brown! I did need a 36 and usually wear a 35 in Danskos!

These shoes are extremely comfortable and good for walking throughout the day. I cannot wear all danskos because most are just too wide. However with the adjustable straps, they are a perfect fit!

Just received my second pair of these great Dansko sandals. Ordered my regular Dansko size 40. Find that a Euro 40 is what translates best for my regular size 9 in all shoes that use the European sizing..i.e. Mephisto etc. While this sandal does seem a tiny bit shorter than most of my other Dansko's - the fit is great. No break in needed. The Red pair is not nearly as RED as the picture on my screen displayed. It is a nice rosie/pinker Red. Not the fire engine Red I was expecting. The Sand Dollar is a perfect - go to - wear with anything color. This sandal is great for anyone with a bunion! The straps are soft and adjustable and hug your foot - you can't go wrong with these, and they look better on than in the pictures.

All the positive reviews are right on! If you're used to how Dankos fit and feel, you'll love these ultra-comfortable sandals. As others noted, you can adjust the buckles to accommodate various foot widths...that's what I did for my C-width, Fred Flintstone feet. These sandals look good with jeans, capris, or a floaty summer dress. The leather lining on the footbed is very soft and comfortable. I will easily get my cost-per-wear from these sandals. I chose these sandals in the Ivory Vine pattern.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I received many compliments on them. I can spend the whole day walking in them and my feet don't get tired. I have a wide foot and being able to adjust the straps is a big plus for me.

Love these shoes...classy and comfortable. You can dress them up or down. And great for my wide feet with the buckles.

I love these shoes...so cute and very comfortable. The best part is the buckles allow for a great fit on even my extremely wide foot! I got them in 2 other colors as well!

I love these shoes. Unfortunately I needed white and the white patent leather had a hint of cream in it, making it an off-white. So sadly, they will go back. Just wish they had another color I need!

The most comfortable summer shoes that I have. I can wear them all day and my back and feet still feel great. Much better than flip flops or flat sandals. I plan to buy other colors.

I should have paid more attention to the reviewers who warned that these shoes were too short. After all, I've owned several pairs of Dansko sandals, and the same size has always worked for me in the past. I was wrong this time! I had to return the first pair I ordered in exchange for the next size up. I'm glad I took the trouble--these are great. The arch support is fabulous! I put them on for the first time this morning and hopped on the treadmill (the way I break in shoes). Walked a mile, and no sore spots--not one! I think I'm going to get many more happy miles with these.

These shoes are like walking on pure happiness! Everything you need in one shoe. Arch support, height, comfortable foot bed...I wear the closed clog version in the winter. These are now my go-to summer shoe.

This is my first pair of Danskos, I ordered them in the Blue Shagreen which is a really fun color. I am very pleased with these sandals, so much so that I ordered another pair in the black moray! The arch support is excellent and I like the height that they give as well. As one with special foot needs, meaning I need to wear shoes constantly that have good arch support, I cannot wear any sort of heel. So the extra height is really nice, and they are not clunky at all. Most importantly they are very comfortable to walk in, and the straps are adjustable which is nice as well. I am glad that I gave Dansko a try! 5 stars.

Extremely comfortable and perfect fit right out of the box! I wore them right and away and want to wear them all the time. I love the Iridescent Blue Shagreen color. It's a little different and a little extra style without being too much for everyday wear with shorts or jeans even. This is the first backless shoe I've been able to find that felt secure and that my foot doesn't slip out of. Also I have bunions, flat feet, knee and back issues, but these are absolutely comfortable and give me no problems. Total win.
