Love these shoes! I read the reviews before ordering so I had an idea of sizes and fitting. I have a wide, big foot but because they were adjustable I ordered my size 41 (10). The fit is good, no "overhang" and I adjusted the straps so they are snug but not tight.

Love these shoes. Graceful, comfortable, even with bunions and plantar faciatis. The adjustable straps make them a perfect fit.

These took me through Europe comfortably. Not for many days of long walks, but fine if switching off with other shoes. Dressy enough for casual nights out. Adjustable straps helped, as weather (and foot width) changed

I love the look of these shoes and love that the straps are adjustable. I have a swollen foot and with this type of strap no one can tell that I have one shoe looser than the other - it is discreet. I originally ordered the black shagreen thinking it would be kind of iridescent, black, shiny. I did not like the way it looked. It was more black with lots of green, rubbery looking dots like those plastic things that glow in the dark (stars you can put on your ceiling for example). Anyway, I thought it was odd and I am sending them back and getting the black patent instead.

I love the style! They provide great cushioning and arch support. They are light weight. Just a warning: They run small. I had to go a full size from 9 to 10 to get a good fit.

Fabulous sandals. I wore them around the house to make sure they were comfortable and accidentally went out for the evening with them on. I had forgotten I was wearing them! They work well on my wide foot and high instep. The subtle pattern is very nice, too.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I am 5 feet tall and always wore heels up to this point. I needed some more comfortable shoes for work, where I stand and walk around a lot. These are super comfortable and also cute. I love them. And Zappos delivered them right away, and I got the exclusive Zappos print on the leather (vines) which looks great.

I love these sandals. Dansko is one of the few brands of shoes that do not make my feet hurt, and this pair of sandals makes my feet feel particularly wonderful. They are very soft and extremely comfortable and so perfect for summer. They look great with both shorts and long pants.

Zappos need to be commended in the way the ship items quickly. Thank you. I usually wear 35 but ordered 36 and the shoes fit perfectly. It has moderate arch support and the shoe is very comfortable. Great for a walking shoe.

I usually wear a size 8 or 8-1/2 and have a narrow foot. I bought the Iridescent Blue Shagreen in size 39 and felt they were too short. I returned for the size 40, which fit better in length. Felt the size 40 was a bit wider so I had to tighten straps, which is a great feature. They are very comfortable and the color looks so much better than photo. The ease of purchasing, shipping, and returning is excellent with Zappos!

Great shoes, good support and cute. I have wide feet and high arches, these shoes fit perfect. Looks like a high heel but isn't because of the platform. Love the sparkly color!

These sandals are very comfortable and stylish enough. I believe the heel height keeps them from looking "frumpy." The leather is soft and smooth. In other footwear, I have to wear an arch support. This Dansko sandal allows me to go without and they are still supportive and, as I said, very comfortable!

If you love Dansko clogs, you'll really love these! Have same feel with a tad more cush. They also feel supportive with out the total orthopedic look. I've not been able to wear any other sandals, (only clogs) by Dansko, but these are great. Will buy another pair soon. Only negative is they are pricey. Of course they went down right after I bought them.

Love these! The arch support is wonderful. Very comfortable right out of the box. I have worn Dansko shoes for years for work. It's nice that the support comes in stylish sandals, too.

I really love these! I am a teacher and I stand on my feet all day. I have been a long time lover of the professional clogs, these are my first pair of sandals. I bought the same size I wear in clogs. They fit great first time, no blisters or breaking in period. They look cute with jeans, shorts, or skirts. The little bit of heel helps out a short girl!

Great shoes! I ordered two pair and love both colors (Coffee Swirl Leather and Ivory Vine). Had to order 1 size larger than normal as the foot bed was short. Dansko shoes have been too heavy for my liking, but these are wonderfully light, super comfortable and very stylish! No break-in period needed!

I've been living in these shoes this summer. So comfortable, and they go with just about everything. The functional buckles help to adjust for comfort. In short, love them and worth the money.

I have always been a big fan of Dansko - of all the shoes in my closet I keep gravitating to these ol' faithfuls. Typically they have not been a fashion statement; but Dansko is really steppin' it up lately (pun intended) The Sophie shoe is both cute, comfy and adjustable - the winning triple treat. They look cuter actually on the foot than in the box, so let Prince Charming slip one on your foot and the rest will be history!

I've always wanted to wear Dansko sandals but with my narrow feet I never could, until now. This sandal has adjustable straps, which makes it fit my narrow foot like a glove. The sandal is supportive, stylish (I receive many compliments each time I wear them) and comfortable right out of the box. I wear an 8.5 to 9 in shoes and found that the 40 worked best for me.

I like these shoes a lot! I got a size smaller than I usually wear in Danskos, since they are open-toed. I often get compliments, and they are very comfortable. Cute, too.

I love my Sophie! Very comfortable, and because of the straps It stays on my rather narrow feet without "toe grabbing". And as an added bonus this shoe also helps me keep my standing/walking posture as it should be.

I usually purchase a sandal with a backstrap but this sandal does not flop in the heel when I walk. The sandal is comfortable and has good arch support. I got a small blister on my right little toe. I loosened the buckle and that corrected the issue. I really like the color of the sandal. Pleased with my purchase. I have a narrow foot and sometimes Dansko shoes are too wide. The straps allow you to adjust to suit the width of each foot.

Beautiful and comfortable. I am 61 years old and I love these shoes. These shoes are so beautiful that my 28 year old daughter wants a pair. I am a classroom teacher and wore these for daily for the last 3 weeks of school. I love them so much I ordered them in black.

Color: The black shagreen color arrived looking totally different than I was expecting. Instead of dark black and sparkly, the shoes look almost black and white polka-dotted They even have some light coral washing on the "white" areas in some places. I do love them, but they don't look like the picture, at all. The "Sandie" Dansko sandal in shagreen photo that Zappos has up is a much better representation of this color, although the coral parts are not visible in that photo either. I thought I got some defective shoes until I read other reviews. The Ivory Vine color is very pretty and as pictured. I love it and the fact that it's a beige color with a SILVER buckle instead of a gold one. The black Moray color is nice. It's somewhat dressy, but very understated at the same time. Size: I normally wear an 8.5WW in regular shoes and an 8.5W in sandals/slides. My feet are truly wide at the base as opposed to "chubby". I ordered these in a 39R and I was initially very happy with the way these shoes fit. But after reading some reviews and walking around the house a little, I decided a larger size might fit better. I was wrong! The 39s fit perfectly and the 40s were a tad too big. My foot comes all the way to the edge of the 39s, but it doesn't go over. The straps are snug on the 39s, but they are not tight. They are actually comfortable to RUN in. The 40s were a little more what I was expecting in the foot bed. My toes didn't go quite to the edge. The straps were comfortable for the most part, but not quite snug enough. When I adjusted the band on the 40s to be smaller, it was too tight.

I like the look of this sandal. The comfort is fantastic,I have been looking for a year to find a cute walking shoe. It fits a narrow foot because of the straps. The footbed is even so there is no pressure points to press on the balls of the feet. It fits true to size. I will purchase another pair or two. For those with problem feet, I am one of them, I highly recommend this shoe.
