These have to be the MOST comfortable shoes EVERY for my feet. I bought them in the khaki green color and loved them so much that I got them in the black. The arch support is just right to me (my natural arch is neither too low or too high). I also have a slightly wider foot than the average person and it can be very hard to find a comfortable shoe (I am not a C width but more like a B and a 1/2) and these feel awesome from the moment I put them on.

This is my second pair...when the first pair finally made it into the dog's mouth after over 2 years of nearly daily wear, I was heartbroken. So very glad to find out they are still available and still super comfortable!

After some foot trouble, I was looking for a shoe with a great rating for comfort and high instep. I found these Ahnu Karma and hit the Jack pot! Amazing comfort with no breaking in period! They are cute flats that stay on, cradling my foot without any pinching from the straps! Well, I ordered in two sizes after reading to size down. The smaller was a Perfect fit! Only problem is I preferred the lighter color but my size was sold out. Keeping these was a no-brainer.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I have owned a pair for a little over a year now and I can honestly say they are my favorite shoes by far. If I could wear them in the winter time I would. I pretty much wear these every day (I work in a relaxed environment where I can wear mostly what I want). The thing I love about these shoes though is that they are not only relaxed and comfortable but also look good with dressy clothes, which is nice to have a pair of shoes that will go both ways. I'm actually looking into buying a second pair, that's why I got on here today. You will not be disappointed with these shoes.

Love the shoes. Love Zappos customer service even more. I'm typically btw 7 1/2 - 8, and ordered these in 8 because 7 1/2 wasn't available at the time. Received and absolutely loved the CUTE factor, the comfort and the quality, but alas... too big. :-( Checked the website and sure enough 7 1/2 was now available. Exchange, as always, easy and painless. Called to make sure the exchange was in process and spoke with a delightful Zappos customer service associate.

I bought these for a trip to see family. I am having a plantar fasciitis problem that I just cannot seem to get well. I wore them in and out of airports. My orthotics fit nicely (which never happens). They were so comfortable. I wore them all day without complaint.

Love the shoes and Zappos service! I have a narrow foot, but these fit perfectly. I also usually wear a 9, but the 8.5 was a better fit. ( I have the shoe in black, so knew which size to order). Significant support for a "minimal" shoe.

I wore these all over the UK for 3 weeks. Lightweight, super comfy, and cool without having my toes show. I wear a 9.5 and ordered 41. Perfect fit and oh so packable. I highly recommend for travel due to versatility, comfort, and light weight.

These are my favorite shoes ever! I bought three pairs two years ago; now it is time to replace them. So, I bought a few more pairs. I love the fast shipping you get with Zappos.

As a hairstylist and trying to marry comfort and style for all day is hard. I like how I have worn these shoes with just about any outfit and my feet are happy. I have some trouble with my feet from previous surgeries but I don't have any complaints.

Almost three weeks in Europe and many miles of walking over all kinds of surfaces and I don't have any big issues with these shoes. They did get a bit stinky since I wore them without socks for multiple days. I do find the straps on the right shoe seem to dig in sometimes -- I guess that foot swells a bit but as a whole I have high arches (tennis type shoes often drive me crazy on the top of my foot) and these did not bother me. I have had achilles tendon surgery on my left ankle and often the back of a shoe rubs on my foot and hurts but I had no problem with these. Yes there is some toe cleavage and sometimes my right outer foot pouches out a bit but a simple adjustment and that goes away. This is my third and best fitting pair of Ahnus.

These shoes are very comfortable, very cute and true to size. I got them to wear on trip to Europe for dress up and casual.

These are wonderfully comfortable shoes. They are also cute and I am comfortable wearing them with slacks, jeans, even casual skirts.

In May 2014, I brought a pair of these shoes to Paris intending to only wear them occasionally. I ended up wearing them all day, every day, for my three-week trip because they were so comfortable, even on old cobblestone streets. I've worn them several days per week during the past year+ and they still look like new. Bought a second pair just to have another color to wear. I usually wear 8-8.5M and find the 8M fits me perfectly (the leather did stretch a tiny bit with wear). I love the style and receive compliments about these shoes all of the time.

I loved this right out of the box, felt good! For me, however, I need a little more support, but these are great for short walks, etc. Love them! I am a 75 year old weighing 110 lbs. and 5'2".

I have been searching for cute ballet-type flats for a long time and I finally found them. These were pretty comfy right out of the box. The first day they were a tad tight across the top, but that faded pretty fast. There is a lot of room in the toe box. The arch support is pretty good for such a simple flat. I've been wearing these everywhere since I got them. You can dress them up or down. I absolutely love them. They are super light, cute and totally fun! I am so glad I bought them.

So happy! This is my second pair of Ahnu Karmas. I purchased the Silver Sage a couple of months ago, and have loved everything about them. I got the Otter this time, and they are fantastic, too! The color is slightly deeper and more subdued than the online photo. I like it even better. I also received a pair of Ahnu Tulia in black today, and I will review those separately, but will say here that they do fit me just slightly looser than the Karmas, but they are still great. I knew they would according to other reviews, but they will be perfect for me with or without thin socks. My feet are medium to a little wide in the forefoot, with somewhat high arches, and narrow heals. I also have plantar fasciitis, but can wear these comfortably all day. Size 5 is nearly impossible to find in stores...even if the brand makes 5s, and the store carries the brand, they rarely carry the 5. Don't know why?? Can't wait to see Ahnu's fall collection! Thank you Zappos.

I bought one pair of these several years ago and wore them all over Paris all over London and then to walk the dogs, to my yoga practice etc etc. I recently got a new job that requires me to be on my feet 8 hours a day. So I bought a second pair. They were comfortable from their first 8 hour test drive on. Although I have other well made shoes these are the only ones that my feet don't feel tired from wearing after 8 hours. I wear them every day. Super comfortable and adaptable to any outfit. They look casual but are also stylish. Love them!

The shoes are comfortable the arch is moderate. The color is nice and goes with most anything. Probably the only real downside is that they scuff easy and I'll have to be extra careful with them, which might be a challenge since I live on a farm. Maybe I can find some shoe dye the same color.

These shoes are so comfortable. I have had many compliments on them. They are perfect for traveling. Easy to slip off if you are going through security at the airport.

These are super-cute shoes that I really wanted to love, but couldn't. They were a strange combination of too big in the toe box and too short at the same time. I almost wanted to keep them to see if they would mold more to my foot over time, but at this price, that was a risk I wasn't willing to take. (I tried both the leather and vegan options; the vegan version in same size somehow fit better, which also seemed strange.)

I love these shoes! The first time I wore them for an entire shift, my feet were a little sore because the support is different from other shoes I have (no rubbing, no blisters -- just sore foot muscles). However, when I wore them again for the same length of time after giving my feet a break for a couple of days, they were super awesome, with no foot soreness. I am ordering a second pair as the support is excellent for my somewhat flat feet and the elasticized back provides a secure and comfortable fit for my narrow heels. I ordered a half size down from my usual size, too -- fit perfect.

I like the "full-coverage" of these. I had to add a softening insert since there isn't any cushioning. I don't like the interior color - I think it will be dirty looking.

I bought this shoe in two colors for an upcoming trip to Europe. I wear an 11, so finding comfortable walking shoes that are also cute in large sizes can be tough. These are adorable on! The length felt true. The shoes, though not wide felt very roomy. The leather is soft. There is good support built in. I had no time to break in the shoes But the shoes were great! My feet never felt fatigued at all. The cross strap did rub a little on the outside edge of my foot in the first few wearings. I used Band Aid advanced Healing Blister Ampoules (they are rubbery and flesh colored) to protect the tender spot, and they worked great. There is one con, though. The leather is so soft that by the end of my trip, the heel of the shoe was falling down during during regular walking. I may have stepped on the heel of the shoe accidentally when i had a blister from my other pair of walking shoes, and caused that to happen, but I cannot really wear them now because the shoe falls off. I have the pearl color which I did not take on the trip. Upon trying it on at home, the heal feels more structured and not as flexible as the black pair. I think they will hold up fine. The black pair got intensive use.
