I have custom orthotics I wear in my tennies that cost a lot from a podiatrist. I put these in my Clarks Waves and they worked just as well. I have high arches and trouble with plantar fasciitis. I wore my Clarks all day with no problems. I will probably order more.

have a pair of Orthaheel Orthodics in all of my shoes. I had plantar fascitist(sp?)and Orthaheel shoes and orthodics stopped the pain immediately. I highly recommend these.Can be trimmed to fit your shoes.

Should be called Oh! Amazing! I can these feel like the arch support is not exactly in the right place at first, but after wearing them a short while you will realize they are perfect. Exactly what I have been searching for. I can wear my tennis shoes again thanks to these.

I have plantar fasciitis that causes pain in the arches of my feet. I use these in my athletic and hiking shoes and love them. Because they fit a range of shoe sizes I had to trim the top and sides to get the perfect fit in my shoes.

I bought these for my boyfriend after we both bought a pair of Orthaheel shoes. They are just the best invention ever.

Orthaheel sandals were wonderful - alleviated severe pain in my foot and knee, but the closed shoes are just too narrow for my wide foot. This insert, however, has enabled me to wear my other shoes, so I am very pleased. Now if Orthaheel would just make a wide shoe and one, perhaps, with better materials, I would buy many pairs.

I will buy more Orthaheel inserts for my different styles of shoes. I bought these for my expensive athletic shoes that failed to provide the arch support I need. Now I can wear them all day long with comfort. I also have the Orthaheel sandals which I love.

Absolutely the greatest thing since sliced bread! Orthaheel sandals are the absolute best, so I took a chance on these orthotics. The feel much better than the custom made orthotic from my chiropractor at 1/3 the price. Would recommend to anyone with "flat feet".

Great support, I can again enjoy tennis without the heel pain (plantar fasciitis). Sizing is a little tricky. I already have 2 pairs of other Orhaheel shoes sizing 10 and 11. Both fit well. First I ordered this insoles LG but they did not fit into my shoes, I asked Zappos for exchange for medium. Those fit well into my shoes but the layout of support did not feel accurate to the soles of my feet. I decided to keep the large ones and buy cheap sneakers of size 11. :-) Thank you Zappos!

My favorite thing to wear on my feet in summer is the Orthaheel Tide sandal. In winter, I needed an alternative!... These Orthotics are great. They can be cut at the toe to exactly fit your shoe; they can be removed & used in another shoe. I find they make any shoe better. I feel much better when I am walking on an Orthaheel shoe or orthotic. My feet & back used to hurt a lot when I was on my feet a lot, but since discovering Orthaheel, those problems have virtually disappeared. :D These do work best if the shoe you are using has a removable foot bed, so that this one can go in instead, as opposed to on top of. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have a pair of Orthaheel sandals that I love and have worn all summer. Now that it's getting colder, I figured I'd try the Orthaheel Orthotic to put into a pair of Mephisto loce-up shoes I have. The Orthaheel orthotics are fantastic! I have a fairly high arch, and was amazed at how there is less pressure on my knees and even hips. I feel more energized when I walk. I am thrilled with these orthotics. And Zappos.com, as always, is wonderful to do business with. I'm a very happy customer.

After spending the summer in a pair of Orthaheel flip-flops, I knew I wanted to extend my Othaheel experience into the next seasons. I decided to try the orthotic insoles for my tennis shoes. All I can say is, "great decision!"

With these inserts I can buy any sneaker, remove the insole and add these for great support.

Excellent performing product. Recommended by my doctor. Cured my Achilles tendinitis that had been bothering me for a year. Use them in all my shoes.

I was told by my orthopedist that I needed a soft orthodic. I was leaving for Disney in 5 days and there was no time to get a prescribed orthodic. I had a pair of Orthaheel flip flops that felt awesome and thought I'd give these Orthaheel Oh Active orthodics a try. Lots of walking at Disney! My pedometer was never under 10,000 steps for our trip and my feet didn't hurt one bit! I even had a few 25,000 step days. (I have a Fitbit that is awesome too!) I recommend these for anyone that has high arches in need of support.

My grandson has flat feet and since I have Orthaheel slippers I knew their orthotics would emphasize a good arch support. They worked perfectly for him inside his shoes. I bought him two pairs so he would have to keep moving them back and forth between his two favorite shoes. He walks miles every day with no trouble.

I was recommended to try the Orthaheel for my heel spur by a friend. It helped the pain in my foot with a weeks time and then recommended to one of my friends with the same problem and his pain has also gone away. Love Orthaheel.

Just got my second pair of these. I use them in the gym, and for normal wear. EXTREMELY supportive (especially the great arch support) and comfortable, and very cushy too. ~~ I wear a 7.5 or 8, and didn't have to cut the sole, like you do with other brands.

I have a fused spine and runner's knee, so I've tried a number of athletic insoles from specialty stores, but Orthaheel is the brand I keep coming back to. I'm able to stand for longer periods of time, run, and go through the rest of my workout routine with less discomfort afterwards than with other insoles. There could be a little room for improvement with shock absorption, but these are phenomenal in every other sense of the word.

These are great. Purchased to put in my running shoes after a plantar fasciitis diagnosis. While I'm not running at the moment, I use the shoes to lift weights, walk, and use an elliptical. These inserts have been helpful for all of that. Having come from very little arch support in my stock inserts, these felt awkward initially, but they now feel good.

Love these inserts as well as the Orthaheel shoes/slippers. I am now able to exercise. walk, run and stand for hours without my plantar fasciitis acting up. I have tried custom orthotics as well as other over the counter products but nothing has relieved my foot pain the way Orthaheel products have. I have a pair for each of my shoes!

Excellent arch support. I use them for sports and leisure. A few hours break in period only (for me to get used to the feel of them), otherwise good to go right out of the wrapper. Didn't have to cut them to fit my shoes.

As a dedicated YMCA program participant, I immediately take out the liner in new gym shoes and replace them with the Orthaheel active orthotic. They make a tremendous difference in comfort and support. I will not go without them!
