Great shoe insert! Makes a big difference. Good value. Only complaint is that Vionic does not offer a better selection of there shoes in WIDE.

Great product. I add it to all my shoes after taking out the original insole and substitute for these (after some eventual forefoot trimming). I would need a bit more arch support but I know I can only get that with costume made ones. It does the trick and makes it possible for me to use regular shoes. I have a very high overpronated arch.

I have been using Vionic Orthaheel shoes for a year and find them to be extremely helpful for my very high arch support. Just recently I purchased the orthotic to insert in non-Vionic shoes. They are terrific and still offer the needed support. In sandals I find that all orthotics slip backwards. Wish someone could suggest a remedy for that very frustrating problem. In closed-heel shoes, however, they are wonderful.

These insoles have been a life saver for my husband who has suffered from constant hip and back pain. He now has barely any pain and uses orthaheel flip flops all the time.

I have been having trouble with plantar faciitis and these orthotics feel great and give excellent support for the arch of the foot. This design works for sneakers and other kinds of wide, casual shoes like boots. They are very sturdy, too; I move them into my Doc Martens when I'm wearing those. I did not find that trimming them was necessary for my size 9 shoes.

Last September, I was lucky enough to go to Paris, where we walked from 9am to midnight every day. 6 days into the trip my right ankle was in tremendous pain. I wore what I thought were good shoes! The pain grew to unbearable, I went to a podiatrist where I was told the bones in my foot were collapsing. I wore an air boot for 11 weeks with no relief when I would remove the boot, I did physical therapy for 3 months, but nothing really helped. Until...I bought the Orthaheel Vionic shoe inserts. I still have discomfort at times when I walk a long distance without the Orthaheel support so I just slip on my shoes with the inserts or some nice Orthaheel sandals! Fabulous product, I couldn't say enough...saved me from surgery! Try them!

Great value, half the price of custom orthotics and work just as well. Fast shipping, great fit. I am happy with the purchase. I am using them in my golf shoes; I should have done this years ago!

Amazing. I had an injury a few years ago, and since have had trouble being on my feet for extended periods of time. I put these in my shoes and for the first time in a long time I don't even think about my feet when I'm walking. Great for long walks. I'm buying a pair for my husband now! I go between 8 and 8.5 and the medium in these is perfect.

I suffer from overpronation. & these give awesome support. prefer these to the 3/4 insoles from Orthaheel. Reason being the hard plastic gives more support than just foam alone. after these New Balance insoles are the next best thing.

I have several pairs of these inserts. I like them a lot. I remove the insoles out of my athletic shoes and use these instead.

This is my third pair of Vionic Active Orthotic and they are perfect for my aging, painful feet. I no longer walk without them. After paying a ton of money twice for custom made orthotics that did not do the job, I am thrilled to discover Vionic Active Orthotics do what I need them to do at a fraction of the cost! Every orthotic I have ever tried lacks a slightly raised support under the ball of the foot in addition to the arch support which I believe helps to prevent hammer toe. Vionic Active seems to do that... much to my satisfaction! And I can't say enough about Zappos service! I LOVE ZAPPOS!

I use these inserts in all my shoes. I have had recurring plantar fasciitis and these prevent it from coming back. I power walk 4.5 miles a day and these inserts keep my feet from hurting.

I bought them for support in my bowling shoes. They give the support I need and my feet aren't tired at the end of the night. When bowling is over I'm going to transfer them to my everyday shoes.

I am so thankful that I ordered the Orthaheel inserts. I originally bought them to replace athletic shoe inserts. They work so well that I've used them in other shoes also. I have two pair of sandals that have the Orthaheel technology. Buy them, you'll love the way your feet feel!

These are the best orthotics ever! As good as, if not better than custom made. If you need good arch support, these are the orthotics for you.

I have been having terrible feet pain after purchasing the best orthotics from a large sporting goods store. I thought I had a serious problem. These things worked like a miracle from the minute I put them in. Ordering them for all my shoes. Highly recommended.

I have high arches in my feet which cause underpronation (supination). This makes it difficult for me to jog without getting painful shin splints. I already buy shoes for people with high arches, but I still need more support. So far these orthotics have been a godsend. For the first time in a long time it feels like I am running on my whole foot (as opposed to the outside of my foot). I have been jogging hard lately and my shins haven't started hurting in the least (my calves are sore, but that's the point of jogging). In fact, these inserts have spoiled me so much I'm going to have buy new sandals with built-in orthotics. I gave the style two stars because the orthotics were clearly designed to maximize how much money VIONIC makes. They look cool and show you where they offer support (so you buy them), but have different, wild colors--on the same orthotic--so you CAN'T use them with sandals (they could offer brown colors just as easily).

After surgery and physical therapy, I have graduated from a leg brace to a prescription orthotic. It is very helpful, but I wanted an extra pair or two for other shoes. Insurance will not cover another pair so I tried several variations of the Orthaheel. After lots of trial and error I found two pairs: "active" full length and "relief" full length. Each of these is the right fit for a different pair of shoes. I find the women's small size is best even though my shoe size is 8 1/2. Medium was too large. After a couple of months they are holding up as if still brand new. I wear one of them the most because those are the shoes I wear the most. They are broken in but certainly not broken down!! Thank you Zappos for free shipping and free return or I would have never found the correct fit.

If your flat footed. Your feet and back and knees will thank you. After a week you'll notice a major difference! Ordering another pair soon.

These are excellent orthotics. I use them in a pair of Asics from Zappos and my feet feel like they are walking on air. I have had prescription orthotics in the past and I did not want to spend too much for a new set that may or may not feel okay. These were much less expensive and feel better than my previous prescription orthotics.

Inserts have been versatile in fitting in many of my shoes - boots, sneakers, ballet flats - have made an immediate difference in providing comfort and excellent arch support.
