These offer great arch support but for me the arch felt too high so I am returning them. I am afraid that they will bother me if I wear them for an extended period. My feet may adjust but I am afraid to take the chance. If you have high arches and need good support these are for you.

I love these inserts! I wear them with all of my tennis shoes. I highly recommend these if you need that arch support, as well as all day support!

I've had a problem getting shoes that fit me right. Zappos has been Fantastic about its return policy. I've never had a problem returning shoes at Zappos. Fantastic customer service!

I agree with the other reviewer who noted some trouble with sizing. My foot measures 6½M. I wear a size 6 in sandals but prefer to size up to 7½ for running shoes and tennis. I ordered two different sizes of these insoles since I was unsure what would be best. The 4½-6 hits my arch in the perfect spot and is very comfortable. However, it is a bit short for my athletic shoes so I am concerned that will not stay in place. I cut the size 6½-8 to fit my athletic shoes. It seemed great at first, but after wearing for a bit, the arch is positioned incorrectly and its started to make my foot hurt. The smaller insole does work for my casual sneakers that I wear in a size 7. They need to make a size between these two. Other than the sizing issue, these are great orthotics. I find them to be more comfortable than a custom pair that I had made.

I read about these orthotics as support for recovering from plantar faciitis and I am so glad I tried them. Apparently I have a rather sever case but am revoering well thank in part to these inserts. These are the best orthotics I've used and this includes a visit to a specialist where I received inserts that hurt rather than helped my feet.

The absolute BEST insoles! Keep their shape and don't break down. Firm where needed yet cushion your foot. The heel cup is amazing and relieves any heel pain. These cured my plantar fascitis and tarsal tunnel pain. They are the only inserts I buy. Way better than anything else. Worth every penny!

Wow these really are great. I have bought and used a wide range of orthotics including the kind you have to "bake" in the oven to shape. These by far offer the best support. I have plantar fascitis for past few months whether barefooted or with shoes it hurt! As soon as I put these on, I was able to walk all day and around the house with almost zero pain. These have allowed me to slowly mitigate and rid myself of PF over time. Great job!! I ended up buying two more sets for each of my shoes.

I refuse to walk more than a couple of steps without these inserts.Shoes, boots, slippers, skate, anything. And Zappos gets them to me in a hurry.

These are VERY comfortable and I can wear them all day in my athletic shoes in place of prescribed orthotics. I am very happy with this purchase. They provide great support and comfort.

Amazing inner soles - even better than my custom made orthotics (which were created to relieve my plantar fasciitis) and so much cheaper. I have been using these for over a year for my workout shoes, and think they're so great, I've bought several pairs for other shoes so that I don't have to keep transferring them.

Orthoheel products are great! I have may of their sandals, etc. but I needed something for my running shoes & these inserts did the job. They give support & are comfortable...highly recommend them.

These orthotic insoles are great! They provide good arch support and are comfortable all day. They are lightweight and firmly constructed, I think they will hold up. My feet are happy.

Great product. I had custom orthotics in the past and due to my size and activity level ,the very expensive orthotics broke. I weigh 360 pounds and after three days my feet feel great. I have plantar facia and it helps relieve the pain so fast.

These are great. I had really bad heal pain. Got these for my running shoes. No more heal pain. It feels a little strange when you first start wearing them but once your foot gets used to them they are awesome.

I love these orthotics from Vionic! They have great support and fit in any shoes. I like them especially in my work shoes!

These are wonderful for the money! I have them in all of my shoes and they have helped with plantar fasciitis. I would recommend you try these prior to getting expensive inserts. I did it backwards wish I would have found these first.

Instant relief for plantar fasciitis! I put these in a pair of ankle boots that have a 1" heel. I was worried that because the boots aren't flat these wouldn't work, but they feel great in them!

My over pronation is bad enough that I have to use orthotics in all of my shoes. The majority of shoes in my closed are Vionic but when I need to wear something else, I always used these orthotics. They are fantastic!

So far the best orthotics insoles I have tried! I have a tear in a tendon that connects to the arch in my foot. As a result, I have pronation with pain in the foot and shin. I was getting ready to call the surgeon for an appointment, but these insoles have cured the pain and pronation. I recommend these to anyone with flat feet, pronation and pain.

These really have made my life easier! I have paid a lot for insoles from a doctor that I can't stand! These feel great, but for those who have not used Vionic products in the past, you will need to get used to them. I put them in my shoes so that I get protection for pain 24/7! I am going to order another pair but larger and cut it down for a specific pair of shoes that needs them longer.

These are very comfortable. Initially the arch support feels too close to the heel, but my feet feel wonderful. I can stand up from my desk and not have to walk slow until my feet adjust and pop before I can actually walk.
