I have had a ruptured posterior tibial tendon and even years later, my foot is needs to be positioned well to prevent strain and pain. These keep my feet positioned properly and I really can't manage without these inserts. They are great for sneakers and I try them in other shoes and boots too. The shoe needs to have a removable foot liner and be deep enough to allow for the insole. I've tried several other brands and keep coming back to this one. I've used them for years; have purchased many pairs for myself, my son and recommended them to friends.

I just love these insoles for my athletic shoes. Most shoes come with a flimsy insole which does nothing to support my arches. I pull them out and insert the Vionic insole and the shoes always feels so much better! Couldn't live without them; I have 3 pairs :))

I absolutely love this orthotic/arch support. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs an arch support in a tennis shoe or casual shoe and has tried other brands without success. This orthotic gives my tennis shoes a "Birkenstock sandal" feel while actually being a tennis shoe. I truly give this 5 stars in every way (comfort and fit).

I have used these for years but recently had an issue with some shoe sizing. This is a true to size 10 tops ---will not work for a 10.5 even if the 10.5 is barely bigger than a 10! I recommend ordering the next size up and cutting to fit. Lesson learned! Once again Zappos helped with this issue and provided great customer service! Thanks Zappos!

I have Plantar Fasciitis that is nearly healed because of these orthotics and Vionic sandals. These Vionic Oh Active orthotics gave me better support than Powerstep, Super Feet, and even my custom orthotics because the portion under the arch is solid. The others are not and have some give causing pain when I work out or hike. Also, these are padded which adds to the comfort of my foot. These have been so amazing for me that I bought a pair for a fellow hiker who was experiencing foot pain from Plantar Fasciitis.

I'm a RN, and I'm on my feet all day. Also, I'm very flat footed. About a month ago, I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet, and it causes very sharp pains in middle of both my heels. So I recently looked into insoles. Through a little research, I found these insoles. I've had them for about two weeks now, and they are awesome! My right foot heel pain subsided to almost nothing. My left foot heel still continues to hurt a little in the mornings, but I'm very satisfied with the results so far! Hopefully with time, some rest, and the use of these insoles... my feet will be normal again.

I suffer from bouts with plantar fascitis, so I bought these to add to my Jack Purcells. Im glad I did. They really helped, and within a week I was pain free.

I've been pretty much desperate for ANYTHING that would help me start running again - without pain. I purchased these on a whim, based on all the good reviews, in hopes that they would alleviate the heel and ankle pain I've been having while running. Low and behold - they work! I'm so pleased and so excited to be running again!

I have a few pair of shoes that, while pretty, don't have a great sole, so you feel every pebble you step on. These are a great addition to those shoes and make them more comfortable.

I bought another set each year to put in my fake Uggs I buy at Target. This is my 3rd year doing this. Since I have to use Vionic it's a good way for me to get to wear Uggs. It would be too expensive for me to buy the insert and buy regular Uggs so this works perfect! I consider purchasing the inserts that have the fur like Uggs but I figure it it ain't broke don't fix! :-)

These have improved my quality of life! I bought them after my phycisal therapist recommended I try orthodics to improve severe knee pain and they have definitely helped! I still have knee pain due to arthritis, but I am able to walk for longer periods of time and with less discomfort. I decided to order the Active as I felt I needed as much support as possible, and I'm glad I did. In fact, after using them for about a week, I decided to order another pair so I didn't need to switch them out between shoes as much.

I have problem feet and am excited to have found this orthotic. I'm going to order more of this product to replace the inserts in most of my shoes. The shoes that I don't wear often because they just aren't comfortable. My first Vionic purchase was a pair of slippers off a clearance rack. To my surprise I was able to wear them all day if I wanted to. This summer I bought a pair of sandals and found them to have the great support that my problem feet need. I'm sold!

Vionic has best orthotics out there!!! I'm a customer for life!

I have 3 pairs of these insoles and they are amazing. I am a new runner who needs all the foot support in the world. I even buy the super expensive running shoes but they never seem to have enough arch support. These work great, can be cut to size and width if needed.

These insoles, as well as the full relief insoles, have been great for me. My arthritic feet get lots of relief from these insoles. I put them in my golf shoes and, after 18 holes of golf, I'm not hurting as I used to be before wearing these insoles. I highly recommend them.

These are better than the custom orthotics I ordered from the podiatrist. My feet feel just as good & they haven't fallen apart like the $300 custom ones did.

A great product! Really helpful when used in my Asics shoes. Provides wonderful relief & support for the back & knees!

Really great. I have flat arches and these were a life saver in my hiking shoes. I wore them on a 8.5 mile hike right out of the package and I never had such a pain free hike.

After trying several different insoles, these were recommended. I am a chef and on my feet 10+ hours a day, I wear these inside my Keen clogs.. my feet don't hurt after a long day and neither does my back. I have very flat feet by the way.. I am ordering my replacements today. they lasted about a year and a half! pretty good I think

I have Plantar Fasciitis, and these are the absolute best insoles that have ever worked for my feet, including custom-made insoles.

These are great, allowing me to wear shoes that otherwise would not be comfortable for me. You will need to have shoes that have a removable footbed in order to insert these and a shoe that is deep enough to accommodate them. I cannot wear these with my flats, however, I can wear the Vionic Oh Relief inserts with my flats, not quite as much support, but comfortable also.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis. I ordered these a wore them in a pair of athletic shoes. My work shoes started bothering me, so I transferred these Vionics into my work shoes. I can't believe how much better my feet feel. I wear a women's 9 extra wide and these orthotics fit in every shoe in which I've placed them. I'm ordering another pair!

I bought these because I wear the slippers and the flip flops and they are wonderful to my feet. I have severe over pronation and a severe flat foot and my doctor made orthotics. They worked for a while but after a while my foot was swollen on the bottom making it impossible to stand or walk on. Felt like I was standing on a rock barefooted. These orthotics from vionic work perfectly! I wear them in my work boots all day at work and have no problem. I have the sneakers as well thanks to my mom. It was her idea for me to try these. I am hooked for the rest of my life. I will be wearing and buying these orthotics and sneakers. The only ones I will buy!! Thank you mom and thank you vionic for making such a good product!

The insert is wonderful! I really like wearing them! The only downer is they are noisy, which probably is the case with any insert. I sound like I am riding on a horse when I am walking. Otherwise, very happy with the product and with Zappos!

I use these instead of my custom made orthotics, because these feel better. These active orthotics help my flat feet and weak ankle tendons. I had to cut them down a bit, but that was easy to do. I wear athletic shoes that are recommended for over pronation. Between these orthotics and good shoes, my feet feel so much better. I am going to buy another pair so all my shoes have them and I don't have to take them in and out all the time. I've gone to physical therapy and had injections at my podiatrist and so glad I don't have to do that any longer. Good product.
