These shoes are great. The leather is so soft they feel like butter right out of the box. Even though the soles are thin, they are still comfy shoes because there is this great treading on the soles. The laces are a little long, but just trim. I can imagine wearing them a lot. Great with skinny jeans, ankle cuff pants, skirts, dresses. True to size.

These are nice soft shoes and look good with slacks. Not quite enough cushioning in the insole, but I added some padding and they are fine now.

My 8.5's are literally half an inch shorter than my Frye Anna Oxford's in the same size, so I'm definitely going to return them for either a 9 or 9.5. Normally I do wear 8.5 women / 39.5 or 40 euro. Otherwise, I love the look of these shoes. They looked great with my skinny / ankle jeans, and when I get the right size I look forward to wearing them! Also, for what it's worth, the grey on these is a bit of a light brown.

I had to size down 1/2 size from my Jillian lace-up booties. The shoes are so wonderful -- soft, soft, soft. I love them. The soles are delicate, and will wear out quickly I fear. But Frye re-soles their products w/in two years of purchase (w/receipt), so I'm not too worried. Lovely cushioning at hell and ball of foot. I'd definitely recommend these.

I bought these in the lovely steel grey color, which is quite true to the pictures in person - a dainty light blue color (not sure why they call it grey!). The pastel hue is unique and an interesting addition to my wardrobe. The leather is so soft and delicate, be careful to take gentle care of these. I chose a half size down as these have a longer toe, and they fit perfectly. I do have a very narrow foot though so if you have wider feet, size up, as the leather is pliable enough to see your toes pushing against the sides. These shoes are an amazing purchase - they have such an elegant and ladylike character for an oxford. The quality is amazing, indicative for the price. The chicest flat oxford I have come across, I think it will be wearable through all seasons as well. I don't usually need a lot of arch support - but the sole of these seems quite comfortable. I have not yet walked a long distance in them - but would probably wear a different shoes for that activity anyways. If you want a heeled oxford instead - check out Frye's Harlow. Frye's shoes are simply beautiful.

Beautiful soft leather. Great crafstmanship. BUT, REALLY felt a size smaller than marked. Also, it looks a lot like a ballet slipper with a leather heel!

I'd have given it 4 or 5, but after wearing it only for a couple of hours, at the bottom, towards the tip of the shoes the top layer of leather has started to wear off. I can only imagine what it'll look like after a few days. I was hoping for them to be my fall every-day pair, but I guess not.

These shoes are perfect - the softest leather, finely made, and as awesomely cool as you could imagine. They run a bit narrow, which works for my narrow feet; I also added a little comfort insole because I wear these to walk all over the city. Unexpected treat: I get lots of compliments on these, wherever I am. I am definitely buying a second pair in the same color.

This oxford is the shoe I've dreamed of owning as a grown-up, since I was a little girl! The leather is soft and buttery, and I look & feel like I am wearing handmade Italian shoes when I wear these in the city. I will buy more--they go with slacks & skirts, dress up and dress down. LOVE these oxfords!

I love these shoes! They are really comfortable - soft leather, no break in time - and feel good all day long. Super cute with ankle jeans. The only thing is the picture + video make them look like the laces do not tie. In fact, the laces are quiet long and I do not know how one would tuck them in their shoes so they do not show. Even so, I love how they look, long laces and all. Frye always comes through with great quality.

Love my new pair of Frye Jillian Oxford shoes! This is my first purchase from Frye. I immediately wore these shoes when my Mom, sister and I went to Pechanga for little leisure time. I felt so comfortable wearing them. When I came back from our trip I decided to purchase another pair of shoes, from Frye. I totally trust this brand.

Love these! Very soft leather, like a high quality tap shoe sans the tap plates. Graceful looking on my little feet. Fit is true to size (5.5).

This is a favorite of mine, can be worn with a dress or jeans, and, can be worn all day. The shoe runs small so order a half size larger.

These shoes are instantly broken-in feeling--soft and really comfortable, even after a full day of work. I ordered my true size (8.5) and they are a bit snug and difficult to get on inititally, but do to the softness of the leather I am confident they will stretch out to be the perfect size. I ordered the "dusty rose" color and couldn't be happier. It's a perfect warm-but-not-too-pink shade of light brown that will go with my entire spring and summer wardrobe, which is when I expect to wear these the most. Highly recommend these.

I can't decide what I love about these shoes the most. They are a beautiful soft leather shoe with a perfect heal and sole for the style, They are a must have for a great look paired with skinny jeans, and super comfortable. That said they are true to size and I'm so happy I bought them.

The shoes are amazing! I read the reviews before ordering them because I wanted to be 100% sure (they are pricey). The leather is so soft. I usually wear a size 5.5 but I took the risk to order the size 6 and they fit good, a little tight because my foot is wide. Overall the shoes are everything you expect for the price.

I have the Jillian boots in 10 -- a good fit for me. I sent for the oxford in 10, and had to send back for a 9.5 -- the laces are different, and the fit's a bit looser. The leather is so soft! In fact, it wrinkles where my toes don't quite fill it up. So, if you're wondering whether to size up, I'd say better not. I have wider feet, by the way, and both the boots and the shoes are excellent.

This is my new favorite pair of shoes. They fit perfectly, and the leather is soft. They've molded really well to my foot. They have a bit of cushion in the heel, and are comfortable enough to be my go-to around town shoe. The one warning I'd have is that the leather being so soft in the front means your big toe may start poking up at the top. The front also looks a bit wrinkly at the start.

These shoes are a DREAM! The leather is the softest of any shoe I have ever worn and they are beautifully made! It is true that there is very little in the way of support for the footbed, but i live in flats and wear the Vibram 5 finger shoes, so I prefer shoes with thinner soles. Also, I bought a size 8, my regular shoe size, and there is a little bit of extra room in the toe box. I usually wear shoes without socks, so this ow gives me the option of wearing them with! These shoes are my new staple! Very, very happy with my purchase!

The construction and materials of this shoe are gorgeous. The dark brown is a rich, dark chocolate color. The leather is so soft that I'm sure it will mold to my feet after a while. The shoe definitely runs narrow. I don't typically do well with oxfords that only have two or three lace holes or ballet flat style shoes, I walk right out them, but this shoe stays on my skinny foot and heel. It seems to run true to size. I typically wear a size 9.5 in closed toed shoes; I ordered the 9.5 and fits well in bare feet and with a light trouser sock.

Incredibly soft leather that will stretch as you wear it. Perhaps awkwardly thin? The leather stretched to the exact contour of my foot -- you can basically see the outline of each of my toes! Very comfortable, but not the most durable. 1.5 years later the heels are worn and the stitching at the ankle is falling apart. A bit disappointing given the price, but worth it for the comfort + lots of use over the years!

Despite of the price (in my opinion overpriced) this shoes are amazing. Very comfortable. My regular number is 9 but after read consumer's comments I bought 9.5 and I think was a best decision.
