I did not get these from Zappos but may order the nougat color from them. Anyway, I purchased the black patent pair and was transformed into Audrey Hepburn as soon as I placed them on my feet. That is all I want from a shoe.

Cole Haan Air Juliana Pump 45: I've been searching for a great pair of professional pumps to wear with a navy blue suit and several blue work pants. I thought this would finally be the one, but alas, no. The blue patent leather added a bit of oomph, the kitten heel was cute, walkable, and sophisticated, and I had no problem with the amount of toe cleavage being shown. Unfortunately, the leather was incredibly stiff - hello blisters! And even worse, my little toe was jammed uncomfortably into the shoe. I'm a regular width, so I think this heel is better designed for those with narrower feet. Overall, a great style but lack of comfort.

I can't tell what I love more about these shoes, how cute they are or how comfortable they are. I have really high arches and these are the only shoes I have ever worn that provided this much arch support. They also have really flexible soles, allowing me to run around all day.

Very pretty shoe but runs small. I usually wear a 9.5 -but even the 10 did not fit. Usually Cole Haan pumps fit me in a size 9.5.

This is my second pair of Cole Haan Air shoes. Although I am not a fan of high heels, there are certain events that require dressing up, and nothing looks better than a nice pair of heels. These shoes cut the bill. They are not too high and are comfortable enough to spend hours in them without feeling the strain. I have had three surgeries on a severe bunion, I also have fallen arches, and I must say, I can wear these shoes and never feel that discomfort. They run true to size and are so flexible that you do not feel like you are in heels. I love them, and though the black leather was not available in my size (9) I am not sorry I opted to get the black patent leather. Zappos had the best price online and was great with amazingly fast delivery!

I really really really wanted to like these. They look great with a navy skirt suit or pant suit, different materials, different shades of navy. They seemed to fit well, but after wearing them for a full day during which I walked about 10 blocks total, I had really awful blisters on my heels. I haven't gotten blisters from shoes in a really long time, so this was pretty upsetting. Obviously, I can't return them anymore, but I will be sure to bring band aids the next time I wear these...

Great shoe for work. The nude color and pointed toe really help elongate the leg. Cole Haan shoes run a half size small and a little narrow so I got C width and it fits great. They are comfortable to walk around the office in, but for a longer distance I would be careful, they are still heels after all. The height is perfect, really manageable but you still get look and feel of a higher heeled shoe. I don't have the Air Talia's so I don't know how they compare to those, but overall I'm very happy with the purchase. Great staple shoe for work.

Just bought these in beige and ordered a second pair in black patent. After wearing high heels for years I now am looking for lower heels that still are chic, but comfortable. This shoe was perfect for my medium to narrow foot; I ordered both an 8 and 8 1/2 and kept the larger size (I am between sizes). Wore it immediately and was comfortable all day. No blisters. Sexy yet professional shoe.

These shoes are great for work - stylish yet comfortable enough to wear all day. The patent leather is soft and flexible and they are true to size. The low heel is great for wearing all day.

This is a great basic shoe for spring/summer. The shoe is comfortable and versatile. Cole Haan with Nike air is my go to shoe for long days on my feet and running through airports.

I love this shoe! It's stylish with a low heel that looks great for dress or casual. The height of the heel makes it very comfortable. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Love, love, love this shoe! I typically wear a 6 so was concerned about sizing based off of other comments, however, I ordered my normal size and it fits beautifully. If you are looking for a sophisticated shoe that is comfortable as well than look no further and order this - you won't be disappointed!

The Juliana Pump 45 is a staple in my work wardrobe. The heel is great height for pant suits and easy to walk in. I've worn out the heel taps in less than 6 months, but Cole Haan thoughtfully included a replacement pair! The shoe feels short for the size and narrow in the toe box. If I were to order again, I'd order a half size larger.

This is a beatiful, classy shoe, and dressier than I expected. I purchased the black patent. I love the Nike Air technology, which is the main reason I am willing to spend more money on Cole Haan. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is rather narrow in the forefoot, and I have the slightest bit of toe cleveage, but I have a narrow, long foot. If you have a wider foot, I recommend one of Cole Haan's other styles.

These run small, go half a size bigger. They are cute shoes, in a great color. They are the perfect shoes to go with everything. Too bad they run small and narrow.

Love the style - they go with everything, and so pretty. Unfortunately, my toes were scrunched and the heels were sliding off in the back. Very disappointing to experience such a bad fit from a supposedly reputable brand. I'm taking them back tonight.

Had high hopes based on the color and heel height but once they arrived, I couldn't even get my toes in the shoe. Way too tight.

These are super comfortable, fit perfectly and are true to size. I have wider feet so ordered them in a wide and they fit me perfectly!

Shoe is beautiful but the width is not true to size. I ordered a wide but the toe box is too pointy for a wide. Need to order up one more width.

A very nice looking shoe for work for spring and summer. The patent leather is a bit stiff, and the wide is probably better suited for a medium foot.

I bought these for my mother as a Mother's Day present. They are stylish and on trend but she is raving about the comfort too. She is 70 and the heel isn't too high. They certainly don't look Granny, though. I may order a pair for myself.

Very flattering shoe! Looks pretty without having to do a 3 inch heel. Pointy toes are not too severe. I ordered a C width as I find Cole Haan tends to run narrow for me and it was perfect.
