I got three pairs of these in different colors for work. I'm in a medical office all day seeing patients. They are great for that level of activity, after a few wears to break them in. When I walk a lot in them, for example in the city 8 blocks, my feet feel like they've been in heels. Otherwise good cushion and comfort. Look very professional. I wish there was more padding in the toe/ball area. The heel in very cushy, but could use a little more up front. I still wear flats when I know I'm going to be walking a lot, but these look great with suit pants, skirt etc and come in a good range of colors, even if they are a little boring.

Yeah. Finally I found a shoe that fits and is comfortable. To bad it took so long many of the colors in my size are no longer available. These do run narrow so go wider.

I got the black patent version of this shoe, and then I ordered the nougat patent one to add a different color to my shoe options. I am disappointed that the color is much darker than what appears on my computer screen - the color is much closer to how the sandstone shoe appears rather than a lighter cream color.

I ordered sandstone in size 8. I usually wear a size 8. The shoe fit perfectly. The style is classic and it -- in combination with this slightly shimmery nude color -- would class up any outfit. I needed a nude everyday shoe, primarily for business and occasionally to wear on a casual day with jeans. I found that this shoe is as comfortable as all say. I would imagine it easily being a favorite. I did not keep it because I only saw a limited use: the heel was a bit too short (about 0.5" to 1.0") to give me the height I needed to clear the floor with the current length of all of my business pants; it was a bit too shimmery to work for casual needs with jeans or weekend dresses. I sent them back. I would definitely be looking for a reason to buy these shoes again in another color. I just couldn't find a way to make the sandstone pair fit my needs. Instead I purchased a Bally pair in camel: it was just tall enough, comfortable enough, and casual enough.

Definitely less room in the toe box than other Cole Haans I've had. Pretty color, but even with the low heal, too much pressure on two small toes to keep.

Sometimes you just must wear pumps, and, if you must, these are comfortable for what they are.

These shoes look great and the inner sole is really soft and nice. I first wore them to a wedding and things went pretty well. My feet were a little sore because the toe box is low and a bit narrow. I then wore them to work and was hobbling by late afternoon. As others have said, Cole Haan runs narrow. I should have paid more attention. Maybe if I wear them more frequently and for shorter periods of time, they will stretch out a bit.

Super cute pump for work, but definitely runs 1/2 size smaller. I am generally a 8.5-9 and the 9 fit OK but 9.5 was much more comfortable. I have wide feet and found them to be a comfortable width as well. They are very lightweight and could be worn all day! The red is a great color. My only complaint is the price, but they do appear to be a quality shoe so I consider it worth it.

These are good-looking shoes with a nice low heel. They're a bit snug in the toes, but slip quite a bit in the back, so going up a half size is not an option for me.

I usually wear 7.5M in heels, but these were quite large on me. The toe area was not the most comfortable either, so I returned these.

After reading the reviews, I decided to go ahead and order the 10 wide and 10 normal, that way I could return whichever didn't fit and not have to wait for the next pair to come! The normal width arrived in a wider box than the wide did. So I initially put them on thinking they were the normal width and thought they felt pretty good, but I'd try the wide. Put on the normal thinking they were wide and was unpleasantly surprised. My toes were squashed and my heel was swimming. Once I actually looked at the size on the bottom of the shoe, it was clear the wide was the winner. But, I'm not sure why the wide fits more tightly in the heel than the normal width. Looking forward to wearing these as often as possible this spring!

Great little shoe. This is my go-to for tradeshow-floor/walking all day work shoe. I bought several colors and love them all.

The sizing with this Cole Haan Air Juliana Pump 45 is inconsistent. The Cherry Tomato and Empire Blue were too big in a size 8.5, but the size 8 shoes fit well. The size 8 black and sandstone also fit well. The patent leather shoes (sandstone and cove) were too small in a size 8, but the 8.5 fit well. I liked several of these shoes and kept 3 of them.

These shoes are perfect for work. The heel is extremely walkable - not too high, not too flat - and the insole is comfortable. In general, I find that Cole Haan shoes run on the narrow end - I typically wear 10N in most brands, but for Cole Haan, I find the 10B to fit better 9 times out of 10. These are no exception. I ordered the 10B and they fit as a narrow shoe should, so if you normally wear medium width, you may need to go for the wide width. Also, the leather was bit stiff the first two times I wore the shoes, but they have since broken in and are very comfortable. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased the Air Juliana 45 pump for my son's wedding, hoping the comfort would see me through the festivities with my shoes on. It performed fairly well, but I did not make though the night comfortably. Blisters formed on my heels and outer toes, forcing me to abandon the shoes halfway through. Didn't even make it to the mother/son dance fully shod. Sniff. The error is partly mine: I did not break in the shoes adequately before the event. Still, I had hopes that they would not need so much break-in time. The shoes did look terrific, though!

These are beautiful work/walking around kitten heels, with just one tiny issue. I wear a standard 9½, but due to the narrowness of these shoes, I had to order a 10, since the wide was unavailable. I have found that ordering wides for Cole Haan shoes is a necessity, despite my feet being average width.

I liked these shoes so much I bought them in the nude color as well. They're the perfect height to not hurt your feet. I am a size 5 in Cole Haan flats, however these were a bit big in the 5. I ended up putting a cushion under the toe area. I don't think I would recommend getting a size down, but just letting you know. They go great with a pair of skinny pants and can be worn day or night. The heel is made from the fake looking wood material that looks a bit cheap to me, but the overall look of the shoe is great.

I buy a lot of shoes at Zappos since I live in a very rural area. I have been looking for a new pair of black patent leather shoes as my 20+ year old pair fell apart about a year ago. It's not like I wear them very often. These shoes are so attractive, but run very tight even though I deliberately ordered them a half size larger than I usually wear. I will be returning them and ordering a a full size bigger than usual for me... I wish I could exchange them, it would cut down on the whole credit card confusion thing which I find quite frustrating.

Normally an 8 but try to wear 7.5W. The patent is pretty stiff and so was rubbing my feet in toe box the wrong way. I suspect if it were in suede or leather it would not have been as constricting.

I originally ordered these shoes in my normal size, 8.5, but I had to return them because they were too tight. Based on other reviews, I decided to try a half size up to 9. I plan to keep the 9. It is about as comfortable as a pointy shoe can get. The heel is springy. It definitely feels like there is a Nike air bed in there. I really like the grey color. I also tried another Cole Haan shoe that is not pointy in a half size up, but that was too big, so the sizing for Cole Haan is not always a half size small.

Nice looking shoe but for the price I was expecting more cushion in the foot bed due to the Nike technology. After a few minutes the patent leather started to squeak.

Beautiful shoe but toebox is much longer & pointier than appears in photo; shoe runs big; my toes were pinched and my heel was coming out when I walked. Granted I do have a wide toe and a narrow heel with a high arch. I wanted them to fit as they look comfortable and have the Nike air technology subtly included. I am considering ordering them 1/2 size smaller although not sure this will help with the pinched toes! Nougat is a lovely color! Delivery was incredibly fast. Thanks!

Very cute shoe with a nice low heel, but very odd fit in the toe box. The large toe is simply too cramped and pointed inward, even in the regular leather, which I chose on purpose so the leather would have better give, but to no avail. Had to return.

I was looking for a pair of comfortable heels to wear for dancing at weddings. These run way smaller than the normal Cole Haan shoe. In fact I just tried on the higher heeled platform shoe in a store in the same size and it was roomy. The Juliana squished my toes and was narrow. And, my foot tends to be on the narrow side. I ended up with the Ivanka Trump kitten heel instead.

The shoes are beautiful, and sadly, pinch my toes, even though I got them in a wide, and a 1/2 size bigger than I normally would with a wide. I will still try to wear them because they are lovely, and one of my co-workers said "Ooh, Grace Kelly!" when she saw them.
