Excellent Service, here before scheduled, and absolutely adorable, as pictured. Very well made!

A Zappos customer service representative suggested these shoes to me for an upcoming wedding. They are extremely comfortable and very pretty. I wore them all afternoon and night at the wedding last weekend with no problem. The heel is low enough that I was not afraid of falling off of the shoes since I spend most of my time in tennis shoes! I have another wedding next week and will be wearing them again and I am so glad to know that my feet will not hurt!

Beautiful shoes. The fit is not perfect and I need dress orthotics as there is not quite enough arch support. I've had plantar fasciitis and don't wish to get it back. The straps could be stronger so I'm a little concerned. I bought them for my granddaughter's wedding so hoping they hold up.

Finally, a great dress shoe if you have a true extra wide width! Very comfortable heel height if you can't wear the high heels anymore but don't want flats. Over all the shoe seemed very comfortable, I'm just sending back because I didn't care for the shiny patent leather mixed with the other material.

I had to order 1/2 size larger due to the shape of the front of the shoe. I love the style and comfort.

This shoe is very pretty but definitely runs large and wide. I'm actually happy about the width since I usually have to order larger than I should just to get enough width. Going to try this brand in a half size smaller.

soles were too hard; not enough cushioning

Needed some nice shoes for a wedding, yet wide for a bunion issue. While they felt a little big due to being wide, they didn't hurt!

This is a really cute shoe and would be perfect to wear to my grandson's wedding except the top of the shoe dug into the top of my foot from the moment I put it on! So, unfortunately, I'm returning it.

It fit well, just lacked the arch support that I need. It is a beautiful shoe and well made.

These are very pretty shoes and they fit my feet well. They even make my old lady feet look good! Unfortunately, the lack of arch support will cause me great pain in my ankles and knees if I wear them for more than an hour, so I have to return them. But, they are well-made shoes and if I could, I'd keep them.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe. It would have been just what I was looking for, BUT it is NOT navy. It's more like a teal, and did not match my navy dress. I had to return them.

Pretty shoe . I needed something that was dressy enough for a black tie event ,but something I would wear again and to keep my feet comfortable for the evening and these did the trick and were reasonably priced on top of it! I did use some foot pedals in the ball of foot so I could have a little extra cushion bc not used to wearing heels .. I have wide feet and getting over bunion surgery from couple months ago so having ample strap adjustment was a must for the inevitable swelling that was going to occur! these shoes were just the right amount heel with some arch support

The fit and style were great. The only problem I had with the style was the color. They were not a true dark navy. The blue color clashed with the navy dress I bought them for.

Very nice shoe but 10 wide was much wider than expected. Well constructed and seemed comfortable. Hard to find stylish low heeled sandal so will try medium width.

I was looking for a gold pair of shoes to wear to my son’s wedding. I like the kitten heel and they fit well.

This is a beautiful dressy sandal in hard-to-find navy that fits true to size. The feminine heel gives a little lift without making them uncomfortable for standing, dancing, and such.

These are extremely pretty shoes, and will be perfect for my granddaughters wedding. I had to return the first pair as they were just too big; got a half size smaller. This pair is still too wide, but I can put a pad in them and they will be okay for that one night. I could have returned this second pair, but I really love the shoes!

These were great. Comfortable for the wedding I needed them for, easy to walk in for someone who doesn't wear heels, looked very pretty. The straps are a little flimsy but not like I'm walking long distances in them.
