This is my 4th pair of these and they are great for hiking in the winter in the So Cal desert. Light enough to be comfortable but still warm enough on cool mornings. They are still in good shape after several washings, so they seem well made.

Unbeatable breathability quality. This is my second pair and absolutely not the last one. Omni shade technology is the one i am looking into for summer clothing. Cons(refer to the pic) 1. Fabric belt that is coming with pants is super narrow and a bit uncomfortable as it digs into the belly 2. I would bring back tags on the rear pockets.

Hands down my favorite pair of outdoor pants. Comfortable, holds up to some serious abuse outdoors, easy to move in, etc.

Fit and size are perfect. Zappos had exactly what I was looking for as my inseam size of 30 is difficult to find. Have purchased 5 pairs of these and delivery has always been within 48 hours of my order.

I just spent a weekend backpacking in the WV back country. We got turned around on our day hike and ended up in a mountain laurel thicket. These pants held up to some serious bushwacking that left my brother and his wife with some serious scratches and I as well as my Columbia convertible pants came out un-scathed. These will be my go to zip-offs from now on. Thanks Columbia for an awesome product.

I got a pair to wear playing disc golf. they are so light, durable and comfortable they're now all I wear. when they didn't snag on briar bushes I knew they were durable. I cleared out the denim in my closet and replaced with these. winter and summer they're awesome. never discontinue, please.
