I have owned several pairs of Silver Ridge pants, but this is the first convertible pair for me. As before, the quality and fit of these did not let me down. I like that the side zipper pocket was only slightly angled for easier access and not vertical like Columbia's Utility style. The expandable waist is appreciated most of all.

Happy Holidays everyone! I'm a long time Columbia fan. I have hiking shorts, convertible pants, and shirts just to name a few. Columbia products fit perfect and their sizes are true to fit. I wear them for most occasions, hiking, daytime, and night and weekend gatherings with friends, dinners etc. I even wore them with a sport coat at a nice dinner when I forgot to pack my dress slacks. Equally if not better, Columbia's Customer Care Team are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The Convertible pants and shorts are perfect. Thank you Columbia!

These fit as the measurements said they would. They're solid, straight-forward hiking pants. No complaints except that the convertible feature is superfluous.

I had to replace a previous pair of convertible pants that my wife burned a hole in while she was ironing them. I bought two pair about ten years ago and I love them for golf and traveling.

I'm a fishing guide in SW Florida and these are a must have. There is plenty of pockets, light weight and comfortable. The only problem I've been having recently is that the back packets come un sewed after a few months.

A couple pair of convertible pants are a must have for camping/hiking. These are great looking, very durable and can even be rolled up and stuffed into a pack just incase without adding much weight. When compared to other convertibles, including price, these take the top spot. Now just start making them in the USA please

Excelent pants, I have own quite a few. Only down side is that the back pockets will un sew after some months of use and sitting on them....

These are my husband's "go to" pants for traveling and golfing. The versatility of them is greatpants or shorts options. Easy wash, no iron. Nice fit and fabric. He owns 7 pairs! They still look great after 6 years!

these are great pants, the fit is excellent but do follow the wash instructions, hang dry them in the sun they will dry in 15 minutes, love the tusk color they are dark enough that they even if they get a little dirty they don't appear so, delivery was good although they arrived a day late even though i paid extra to get them faster..

I just bought these pants two days ago and after trying it what suddenly came to my mind was these pants need a top polo style with long sleeves as a complementary garment to protect from the UV exposures of the upper part of the human body including the forearms . I think that the fabric of these pants are so light and comfy to the human skin that it will fit perfectly as a polo t shirt long sleeves to protect a more vulnerable part of the body like the upper part, apart of the good looking and charmy appeal that will exhibit it when wearing the two pieces as a whole set rather than wearing a solitaire pair of pants with the advanced tech features. I really like these hiking pants/shorts. Had a pair prior to buying these however had to replace with a smaller waist size.

These pants are great for travel. You have long pants when you need them and can go short too. Saving packing space and weight. A big plus is being able to hand wash and hang dry with little effort and drying time.

This is the 5th pair of these versatile pants with zip-off pant legs for shorts. They are light, have many useful pockets, and wash-up great. They aren't wearing out after three years and I keep buying the pants for more colors. I highly recommend these pants.

Just right! Light weight, comfortable, just right fit

My husband really likes these pants. They fit him well, are lightweight and he likes the versatility of being able to take off the lower legs and have shorts. They look good too.

I recently went hiking in New Mexico with these and when the temperature rose I was glad to switch to shorts. Comfortable and useful pair of pants.
