Another really comfortable sandal from Merrell! I just put 'em on and wore 'em! I like the nice closure on the ankle - it's not thick and clunky the way the old velcro closures were.

I just love these sandals. I also get compliments every time I wear them out. They fit perfect for me and finally I have comfy sandals that I can wear all day of biking around and whatever I end up doing. I have a high arch and I find a lot of flat sandals to be uncomfortable. Like I'm walking on cardboard. Not these! I'm so happy with the Merrell Henna sandals.

I was looking for a shoe to do a lot of walking in while on vacation, and this shoe fit the bill. Though I took other pairs, I kept going back for this one. Right out of the box it was as though I was not wearing shoes, yet they have the perfect amount of arch support. Styling is unique and quality is obvious. The shoe is lightweight, but not flimsy. I like how the ankle strap is adjustable for a customized fit. If you have narrow feet, this shoe would probably not work. This pair has been a dream.

I put these shoes to the test because I am 7 months preggy and I went on a 2 week trip to Italy where there was a lot of walking. They held up admirably. Even though my feet and legs got swollen, the shoes themselves were never uncomfortable. I had ordered two other pairs (Birk Kairos and something else) and these were definitely the most comfortable. Plus, they don't look like grungy sports sandals so you can still wear them with dresses, etc and feel pretty. The only thing is that I am not a huge fan of the ankle strap...it wasn't uncomfortable I just wish it didn't have one. But this is the best of the lot, when it comes to choosing a very comfortable shoe that doesn't look like one. This is also a slightly wide shoe (I have normal width bony feet) and it accommodated the expansion caused by the swelling.

Ordered this color and the orange and decided to keep the orange but this is a really good neutral color-a dark olive. My only complaint is the white braiding which doesn't enhance the styling. I kept the orange pair and had my shoe repair cut off the braid. Very comfortable and stylish.

These sandals are really cute and comfortable.I didn't like the white braided trim and had the shoe repair cut it off, and that is why I rated the style a 4.

Unlike other leather sandals I have purchased, these were soft and wearable right out of the box.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own (and I own a lot of shoes). Without a lot of details I have a very bad leg and can't walk long distances. These shoes allowed me to go on a 3 mile walk without fatigue or foot pain!

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I bought them specifically for a 5 day music festival where I would be walking, dancing, standing constantly on all different terrain. They held up perfectly. My feet were and are still thanking me. They go with almost everything I own. Worth every penny.

I wanted some sandals that would be cute and comfortable to walk in for a trip to D.C. After reading the reviews, I chose the Henna and I'm so glad I did. They're cute and were so comfortable, even after walking all day. Two friends that accompanied me scoured D.C. so they could buy a pair too!

Bought these for my mom, but, also, tried myself. We have exactly the same size, but... My feet are narrow, so this pair was loose on me, like the most shoes. However, my mom's feet are more on a wide side and most of the shoes are tight for her. When she put them on it looked like they were made for her-nothing loose, nothing tight. She said that they felt very comfy and soft. At first she was worried about the thiner straps to be cutting into her skin, but they are, actually, a little looser then others and do not cause any problems. Great looking leather, just like on picture. I would get those for myself if they came in narrow size.

Style is fantastic but on me the decorative cords cut into my foot...I was so sad to send them back. I see there is a new one in similar style this year...no decorative cords. I'll try that one, love an ankle strap.

These are awesome! These are the kind of sandals that you can just put right on out of the box and wear for 10 hours with no blisters. Sweet. Because I get blisters just looking at cheap sandals. I have narrow feet and ankles so I was pretty skeptical of ordering these. Merrell runs wide typically I have found. These are still wide in the toe box and foot bed and there is plenty of room (if your feet are wide you should be fine) and my feet slide around, but I do not get any blisters. I am still able to wear them however due to that great ankle strap. It is very adjustable and it just holds them on. And they still look okay; not like I am wearing mommy's shoes. The foot bed is extra cushy and comfortable. My arches are a little high but not extremely. They provide good support for sandals. I wear them all the time! And I get all kinds of compliments!

Cute shoe! Great style. Narrower feet would rock this style, but my medium/wide feet are pinched. Sorry to see them go back.

I have almost wide feet, so it took me a day or two to stretch the band across the toe on the right shoe. The cord pressed into my foot for awhile, but after a day or two, the fit is perfect. They are very comfortable. My Nana taught me that "If the shoe fits, buy it in three colors". Good advice, Nana. I ordered a second color.

Really well-made, comfortable and stylish sandal, but unfortunately the non-leather straps didn't work for me and were too tight. There's a little piece of the cord that strings through the letter and is particularly in danger of causing a blister. But if your foot fits differently and this doesn't become a problem, this should be a great sandal!

I own a couple pairs of this brand and these are excelent walking shoes. Plus everyone always stops and compliments the sandal. I have wide feet and I'm in my 40s and I can walk easily 8 hrs in this brand of sandal. Go for it.

This shoe was positively ginormous - and I ordered half a size down! I normally wear 6.5, and occasionally even a 7 (I have a wide foot). But these sandals are huge - I had nearly an inch of room in front of my toes, and I ordered the size 6! Styling isn't awful, and the shoe is comfortable. But the fit was so off, and I didn't like it enough to try for a smaller size.

I bought these for my trip to Paris (we walked all over the city and parts outside, like Versailles) and found that these shoes provided okay support, by the end of the trip I didn't want to wear these shoes as there wasn't enough cushion/support - the straps were very comfortable though.

After owning these for a couple months and using them daily, these sandals have stretched so much that my foot moves all over the place. If I could exchange for a full size smaller I would. They were initially very comfortable and fit perfect. Now they are so lose I can hardly walk in them. Even though the footbed is very comfortable, the looseness makes walking difficult. And I have very wide feet usually size 9. I wish I could return these.

These fit really loose. I think they would be more comfortable if smaller and straps tighter but there is just a lot of looseness all around and can't adjust them.

I was kind of disappointed by these - little arch support compared to what I was used to with Merrell, and I found the leather made it look a bit bland.

I loved the look of these sandals, but they could only be adjusted by the strap around the ankle, and the middle two straps were way too big for my foot.

These sandals were a huge disappointment. I love Merrell shoes most of the time and swear by them for outdoor activities, but these sandals seem to be made for a really bizarre foot shape that I certainly do not have. I have narrow feet so it's not unusual for me to have most shoes be too wide for me, as these were; however, there were also several straps that were too narrow for my feet to feel comfortable in. I really wanted to like these because they are very attractive, and all of my other Merrell purchases have been wonderful, but I returned them and have no plans to try a different size.
