I bought these in brown and navy-- exactly the same, just a different color. The navy were so tight and narrow. I have no idea what the difference was, but the navy are going back :(

I purchased these in a navy leather wide. The sizing was great but the quality is not so great. First the shoe has been changed and now has a brown sole and heel. It looks really casual. The quality is not great and the shoes cost a lot for a poor quality ballet flat. As always Zappos is awesome about returns but these shoes are not worth the cost and sadly I cannot recommend them without adding the caution, you may not feel like you are getting what you pay for.

These shoes are lovely, comfortable (for a flat) but so inconsistent. I have bought multiple shoes from this company and often glue is on the outside of the shoes or some other manufacturing issue that makes this shoes look horrible. The leather is high quality the soles are some of the nicest I have seen on flat shoes. Zappos has been very helpful and kind in allowing me to return these shoes but I am not sure if I will buy another pair because of the trouble of finding pairs that are assembled properly.

Leather is thin and they didn’t last a year. Very little support.

I love Sam Edelmann Felicia Flats and own several pairs. I do not love these red suede shoes. Everything was great until they got wet and the color bled all over the inside of the shoe, my feet and the water left stains. I live in Florida so not a large amount of rain but a puddle. This is a shoe and must be able to withstand a bit of water. Very disappointed in the suede and will not buy Felicia in suede again. That said, please stock a Felicia in red leather that can withstand water.

I usually love Sam Edelman shoes as they fit me so well! But not his shoe. It is cut differently from other Felicia flats and runs really narrow. I never wear a WIDE but I tried the WIDE; it still didn't fit comfortably.

I bought this same shoe in the animal print last month. I ordered this second pair because of the comfort I had wearing the other Felicia flat. Well, the third time I wore the animal print they looked stretched out already and I am putting sole inserts in both shoes and a heel slip insert in one of the shoes. They looked stretched out. I am very disappointed. These are not inexpensive shoes. I am sending the grey pair back because I have not worn them yet. I am giving them 1 star in comfort because wearing a shoe that is flopping about and slipping off after just the third wear is absurd.

Absolutely hated these shoes. Walked around for a couple of miles in them and ruined my feet. Will never wear them again. What a huge waste of money.

I was very disappointed. I noticed that after wearing them for one time that the right and left shoes were slightly different. The right one was definitely more wrinkled looking than the left one. I would have returned them if I had not worn them yet.

Perhaps this pair of shoes had the wrong size inside, but generally I wear an 8.5 shoe. Sometimes I can get away with an 8, but never larger than an 8.5. This pair of 8.5 shoes was so small that I couldn't even get my feet inside! Seriously, by the time I put my toes inside, I couldn't even get the rest of my foot inside.

These were the ugliest shoes I have ever seen. I got them in zinc, and it took one look in the box to tell me I didn't like them. I was looking for a comfortable flat to wear with skirts to work - maybe I just don't like flats. These went straight back.
