Beautiful shoes that go with joust about everything, they're very dainty and the color is GORGEOUS -but I had to buy two pairs of these because a few moths in, the leather started shredding. Wish they would've made them with thicker leather - I might've thought of buying them again next season, but now just know that if you're particular with your shoes, you'll be buying two pairs

I Love the shoe and have various colors. however, the tassel tip leaves a circular mark on the toe of the shoe

I love these shoes as they are the only shoes that fit on my narrow foot. It seems like I can't get navy anymore. Why no new colors. Wish that they were a little more padded and comfortable. That is why I didn't give 5 stars. Please continue to make them and narrow would help also. I have so many pairs and some of the same color.

Love the style (I have many), and the black faux suede, but all they had was a wide and I wear a regular. I'm hoping it doesn't stretch out.

I love these so much that I have 4 colors. Seriously the most comfortable flats I've ever owned. The problem is that the metal tassels on the end discolor the leather. I had to throw away my original beige color because I couldn't get the stain out. They were suede. These regular leather ones make it easier to rub off the stain from the metal, but I shouldn't have to do that everyday. So y'all need to figure that piece out.

I ordered the 12M even though I usually wear a 12W and though a smidge tight, it fits my feet beautifully... I hope it'll stretch a bit.

It's very hard to find shoes to fit me. These really work for me and there are several styles to choose.

It's a great pair of flats, just runs narrow. I'm typically a size 5M, had to reorder in 5.5M. The first pair I ordered had a manufacturing defect on the right shoe. The front toe area was wonky and bow was unevenly attached. The new pair I received was obviously a returned shoe. Shoe box was kinda mashed up, missing a bunch of the tissue paper and stuffing inside. They really didn't bother to do some quality check before sending out their shoes to customers.

I have a dozen pairs on Felicia ballet flats. They do well as I am on my feet most of the day. I waited almost three weeks for 2 pair of Felicia Ballet flats. Same size, the canary yellow pair felt tighter than usual. The black leather pair were way too tight and also had a shorter front from toe to trim. the black pair came in a regular SE box. the canary yellow came in a "fancy" Soy ? based box, quite nice that I am repurposing it..Why the difference? same shoe, same price!!. I did just buy another pair and returning the black pair. I hope it fits as it should or it will be the last pair I purchase. I do want to say that I have had good experience with employees in stores and on phone. Thank you for reading

The ballet flats are soft and comfortable to wear all day.

I have a slightly wider foot than normal but these shoes are still comfortable. I would not size up. I am a true size 5 and these fit great.

This is my second pair of these flats. The leather was much softer on the first pair, hence only 4 stars instead of 5. Nevertheless, I like them and will wear them often.

I love Sam Edelman flats. I especially love that they have size 13. So, on the occasion that I find them, I do not hesitate to buy a pair.

I got a black stretch material flat and they are simple and pretty. I wear 4.5 and size 5 fits well.

The same size in the same style shoe (Felicia flat) is not consistent. I love these shoes but the black leather 6.5 wide fit perfectly but the pink leather 6.5 wide was SO TIGHT! I have blue and white leather in 6.5 wide and no issue. Now I am going to be charged the return shipping fee for the pink ones when I expected not to have any issues. Otherwise, I love this style as you can probably guess based on how many I have. I usually buy them at the store but with COVID......

Great shoe. High quality and comfortable. The color is definitely hot pink. More electric pink than I had hoped. But, they work.
