I ordered these shoes in size 5.5 and 6. I'm normally a 5.5 for flats and shoes that don't require socks. I size up to a 6 for boots. So, I expected the 5.5 to fit in these flats, but they ended up being super snug and my big toe rubbed. The 6 fits perfectly. They're super cute and pretty comfortable. I've been wearing them around the office for a few hours and haven't experienced any discomfort.

Very comfortable, runs a bit small; they look beautiful on but the suede is scuffed on mine by the toe (that happens to most of my shoes because of how I wear them, but it's more noticeable on these because the suede is a really nice, dark material). Overall really great shoe, I couldn't find anything else reasonable and comfortable and pretty after looking for so long that I'm thinking of buying a second pair as backup while they're still around.

I originally bought these flats to change into from my heels at my grandson's Bar Mitzvah and they saved the day. They are very comfy and fit well (I did size up from my normal 6.5 to a 7). The color pewter is really great very neutral can wear with anything. Love them!

OK, I really like this shoes but it has no arch support what so ever. I still recommend having it but make sure to alternate them every ones in a while.

The most awesome shoe ever! Cushy sole for a ballet flat. Doesn't rub anywhere, even the first time you wear them. The elastic back is very comfy!

I have several of the Felicia flats in varying colors from leather to suede. They are all very comfortable. I'm normally a size 8-8.5 in regular shoes but for ballet flats I always have to whole size up because of my feet. I have medium width flat feet but long toes and it is absolutely troublesome to fine a nice pair of ballet fats that are not only comfortable but fashionable. If you've been eyeing this for awhile but hesitant to buy one, do it. Like now! They're a little pricey but honestly I've tried low to middle range prices and they've all come with a compromise. This was the first pair of flats where I didn't feel like there was a compromise for quality & comfort. Therefore the price was worth it, in my honest opinion. I found that the leather was very soft and no breaking in was needed. It was comfortable right out of the box. There is some cushioning in there which I have to say, I stand for a living and I've stood & walked plenty in the Felicia flats for 8 hours and longer and they didn't hurt my feet one bit. They're very cute, soft, supple and make your feet look smaller somehow. My only complaint was that in the suede which is leather suede, I was not able to fit in my regular size 9. On one side the back was cinching in the back of my ankle. The other side was okay. I bought a 9.5 (first ever size I've bought too!) in a black suede and it fits well for me. It's loose, but doesn't come off my feet. Overall I'd recommend these flats to everyone! Don't hesitate! They are true to size and true to color. I had a nude and it was a very light tan color and that was the only one that didn't look like the color shown on Zappos. But I love the putty suede color the most!

I LOVE this flat! I first saw it on TV somewhere and thought it looked cute. It is extremely comfortable. I can wear it all day. The neutral color makes it easy to pair with everything. My feet don't feel tired after wearing them all day. I've gotten many compliments. I liked them so much that I bought it in silver and the olive-ish color.

Needed a ballerina in this Fall color (saddle) and found it here. I didn't like paying so much but it's clearly high quality leather, well-fitting to my narrow, pointed foot shape, with comfortable padded insole. There's an embroidered S.A. (the brand) on the side near the heel that matches the shoe color and gold doodads on the bow that I could do without, but no big deal.

These are very cute and comfy shoes! I wore them right out of the box -- they are like slippers. Bought black then ordered the nude color too. Not much support or cushion but somehow it works! I usually need high arch support and cushioned sole.

They are so so soft! They don't rub at the back of the heels and feel like you're walking around in house shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted in my size but will probably get them when they are available.

Five stars because I've tried on literally dozens of ballet flats and this is the first one that I can actually wear. With most flats, the width is way too wide and/or the shoe is too short, pushing back on my toes. These are perfect; the leather is supple, and the toe isn't overly rounded. I have a "low volume" foot so I did have to put in a light Dr. Scholl's liner to help fill it out, but that just lends more cushioning, which this shoe definitely needs. There's also no noticeable toe cleavage. Very flexible and comfortable, with not much arch support which I expect from a ballet flat. The nude is versatile but boring, and I'm very tempted to order another one in the snakeskin finish for flair.

I purchased these flats in black and they are supper comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller and they fit perfectly. The leather is very soft and the inside has a great cushion. Considering buying another pair in a different color. Zappos has supper fast delivery too!

I love this shoe, I got a pair for my daughter and I have it in leather & suede. They are so soft, and comfortable, it's like wearing slippers, but you look dressed! It is the most comfortable flat shoe that I have found in a long time.

My go-to brand for affordable and high quality ballerina shoes! They are true to size, comfortable, and super versatile. I own two pairs (including the black ones) and I think I will buy more for next Spring!

I usually don't take the time to go back and review shoes, but these are worth the time. I now have three pair of these and I look forward to getting more. I need a half size up in flats and once I found the right size (which is easy with Zappos' free returns), I have loved these shoes. They are the ones I keep in my car to put on when other shoes hurt my feet. They are that comfortable. They are super cute and look great with jeans or cropped pants and I have worn mine non-stop. They are great for my busy life-style of working and running after a toddler. You will not regret spending a little more one these.

The leather is extremely soft and supple. I sometimes have trouble finding comfy flats, but these are extremely comfortable. My favorite flat - these fit perfectly from the first wearing.I usually buy an 8, and that is what I bought in these. They fit exactly as I expected - true to size. I bought the black leather, and wear them all the time. They go with everything. I want all the colors now.

I bought the leopard print shoes on sale in a department store. I wear a size 8 and bought that even after the store associate told me to go up to an 8.5. I wore it for an hour at home and brought it right back to exchange for the 8.5. the half size up makes a world of difference! I wore the shoes to work today. I wore them about 5 hours straight before I had slight rubbing on the back of one heel. I normally have blisters on my heels and toes from flats. I'm in love! gonna buy a few more pairs on Zappos. :)

These are one of the best flats I've ever bought! I usually have a really hard time finding flats that are comfortable and do not cut into the backs of my feet but these were perfect right out of the box! I got the nude leopard and they are so great! Will be buying in more colors!

I am in love with these shoes! The black was my first pair of flats. Since then I have purchased many other flats only to find they are not so comfortable. The Sam Edelman's are exquisitely comfortable. Their slight elastic sides make them a perfect fit so they do not slip off the back of your heel making it unnecessary to size up or down, yet they are gentle enough they do not rub. The width is wonderful and do not cramp even wider feet. There's a tiny bit of padding on the bottom so it does not feel like your feet are just hitting the floor. I cannot emphasize how comfortable they are. They feel like I'm walking around in house slippers with a style nice enough for work. I have already purchased the pink pair and am about to purchase yet another color. I have yet to find another pair of flats that are this comfortable; until then, I am buying more Sam Edelmans.

Love this shoe. I plan on ordering in a couple of colors. Perfect for fall when I can't wear my usual flip flops. Great for work or casual.

Literally the most comfortable flats I have had in years - and comfy right out of the box. I have a wider foot, and because this toe is cut a little higher, it doesn't cut across the toe like some other ballerinas. The leopard print is gorgeous, looks very similar to Tory Burch leopard print. Calf hair is good quality. I'm not a huge fan of 'branding' on a shoe, but the bow and little SE charm are tasteful. SE embroidery on side blends into animal print. The only drawback is that the shoe doesn't have a lot of cushioning/support, but some Dr S. high-heel gel inserts solve that problem, and don't affect the fit. Run true to size. Buy these shoes - you won't regret it. (I will definitely be buying these in multiple colors.)

This shoe is beyond comfortable! I would say it runs a tad big, but not a whole size. I think it may just be because the soft silver color fabric is really soft and roomy. I work on my feet long hours with a lot of walking and these did not hurt my feet at all. I am always looking to find a comfy work shoe that is stylish and this is it!

Love the comfortable fit and style of these shoes! They are cut high enough in the vamp to cover "toe cleavage," the leather is very soft and the soles are very flexible. I am a 7.5 to 8 and the 8 is not a bit too big, so if you are in doubt about size, definitely order up a half size! One warning: the "nude" color looked like a medium brown on my monitor (who knows what "nude" means?), but in person it really is a pinky-taupe color. It's not bad, but it's quite a bit lighter than I had hoped. Overall, for comfort and cost, it's by far the best ballerina flat around, and the summer brights are super cute. I hope there are some great fall-winter colors in the pipe-line!
