I love these flats so much that I've purchased 3 pairs! All of them fit slightly differently depending on the material and color. I bought my first pair almost a year ago in the aged metal color. They are so soft, comfortable and cute that despite the metallic color they've become my absolute favorite pair of shoes. I don't usually buy shoes made of man made materials because they don't last very long, but I'm glad I did in this case. After 10 months these have no scuffs or blemishes on the upper part of the shoe. They look great paired with both skirts and jeans. They don't pinch my toes at all or rub the back of my heel, which are both problems I've had with a lot of other flats. However, if you are on your feet all day keep in mind that they have almost no support. I loved the aged metal so much that I bought another pair in black leather. This pair has a lot of cushioning on the bottom. Maybe the designers figured a black flat is an every day kind of shoe, so they gave it more support? This pair is even more comfortable than the aged metal. Despite the extra padding they still don't pinch my toes and I haven't had any problems with the shoes rubbing the back of my heel. I bought a pair in blue powder the same time I purchased the black leather, but had to return this pair. I got the same size as before but this felt a half size too big. They are also very stiff. Like the aged metal color, these had no support or extra cushioning but that didn't bother me as much as the poor fit. Overall, this is a great shoe!

These are like slippers! So comfy! They are also super cute. This is my second pair. I wish they made more colors in Wide. Maybe it's better they don't, I would probably buy them all. If you are looking for a cute comfortable pairs of flats - look no further.

I purchased these shoes because they looked so classic and would go great with jeans. I brought them on my trip last week to London and Paris...both are walking cities. Let me tell you first hand these shoes are amazing! They are extremely comfortable! The leather is very soft to begin with but as you wear them they stretch a bit so that as your feet swell during the day they are still comfortable! I walked all over these cities up and down hills, cobblestone streets, etc. and I was amazed at how my feet didn't ache or have any blisters! I also brought along my sneakers just in case and never wore them! When I returned home, I ordered another black pair as a backup...everyone knows when you find something you love, they stop making them! Please Zappos obtain the hard to find navy color of these shoes! I'm still waiting for them to come in stock! You will not be disappointed with these shoes!

These shoes are amazing. Not sure what another reviewer meant when she said the shoes fell apart with minimal walking. Strange. I live in Rome and I walk everywhere all the time and these shoes are so comfortable on these Roman cobblestones while lugging my 1 year old around. The padding is great and they look so cute I am ordering another pair. I bought the tan leather ones, but I had to size up. I am normally a 7, but I have to wear these in 8.

I love this shoe! I actually researched leopard flats for 2 weeks...reading review after review. I final settled on this shoes and it is amazing! So comfortable and beautiful! I wear them all the time. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. Couldn't be happier...would definitely recommend!

I bought these shoes as the "essential" black flats that everyone needs, and they didn't disappoint! I am so pleased with the style of these shoes. They go with absolutely everything! As someone who is on their feet for almost all day, I was so impressed with how comfortable these shoes were. The padded sole is really delicious, in a shoe kind of way, and I love the flexibility and softness of the leather. Another winner by Sam Edelman. The only downside is that the vamp is marginally higher than I expected, but I have found it to be even more comfortable and even cute! Thanks, SE!

These are the absolute most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet in my life. I am literally returning a pair of Tory Burch flats to buy more colors of these. I am in love.

Love these flats! Stylish and comfy, but seem to run a bit short. Sadly, must return for a 1/2 size larger.

Great flats that go with everything. I have them in three colors (black, red and saddle) and am thinking of buying them in navy too. No need for a break in period, they were comfortable from the start. So nice to see they have a wide range of sizes so everyone can get a pair (or three).

This is my second pair of this Sam Edelman shoe. They are super comfortable and super cute! I would wear them everyday if I could. It's like wearing a slipper. :)

These are awesome shoes! I am ordering another pair in leopard before they run out of sizes. I wear my first pair at least three times a week, so for me, the price-per-wear is a bargain. I also had to buy a half size up. I am usually a 9 and had to get a 9½, but they fit really well in the larger size. I have wider feet and have a hard time finding flats that do not bulge at the sides. These do not at all and I get compliments all the time.

I always have trouble finding cute, comfortable shoes, but these are perfect. I tried them on in the store first so I knew to go up half a size. The store didn't have the color I wanted, but Zappos did; and for less! The leather is nice and soft. The foot bed is cushioned so I can wear these shoes for hours. The light gold is a soft, silvery gold and goes well with everything. This is my first pair of Sam Edelman shoes and I think I'm hooked!

These are gorgeous on and so much fun! I have had Sam Edelman shoes in the past and they had absolutely no cushioning. I was expecting that again, but these shoes have lots of cushioning. They are a bit tight around the sides of the shoe, I am hoping they will stretch a bit. Because of the calf hair, they may not stretch. But even if they don't they are still wearable. If you're in between sizes, maybe just order up. But, that said, fantastic print, beautiful style.

These are the flats that I must own! I looked for months, tried all sort of brands, and nothing worked until I found the Felicia flat. I have big toes, so need a flexible shoe. The Felicia is so comfortable thanks to a wide toe box. I love them.

Very soft leather. Cute style. Runs 1/2 size small. Usually wear a 4.5 and had to get in a size 5. I haven't worn it yet but they feel like I am wearing slippers.

OMG! I love these flats. I now own them in 4 colors. silver, gold, black, and blue. i just wish I bought two of the silver. since I can't find the silver anymore. I had these on all day walking around when I went to Rome last month. Oh so cute and comfy!

I love them. My daughters love them. Well, they love me. But they love me more when I wear these shoes. It makes them dress better...and that's always a good thing. They are so comfortable I wear them to bed. Buy them and you will love them too.

I really like these shoes! They're a great color, sort of a pewter-gold, that goes with almost anything. They're flexible and pretty comfortable, though I got a little bit of a blister on my heel when breaking them in. Overall, a great shoe!

I love these shoes! The leather is very soft, and there is good cushioning and support inside. They are so comfortable that I am going to buy another pair in another color.

Ordered these flats several months ago, but wore them for the first time today to the art museum. Even though I have a narrow foot & have trouble finding shoes that don't hurt the bone below my big toe, these flats were perfect for me. No slipping, rubbing or cutting into my foot. I normally wear a 6.5 N. - ordered a 6.5 M and loved the fit. The lining makes them even more comfortable. Best money I've ever spent on a pair of flats. I'll be purchasing more shoes from Sam Edelman.

These are the best flats out there. I now have 4 pairs. The fit is comfortable and the selection is extensive.

I have these same shoes in about 10 colors. I ordered two more but they are running bigger now. I was going up 1/2 a size, but these are running true to size.

Great shoes. Well made and fits true to size. Very comfy. As always, Zappos service is second to none.
