This is a very sharp looking jacket and I've been getting lots of compliments! Just be aware that it is not effective under 40 degrees.

It was exactly what I was looking for in my jacket. I bought it because I was going to London and it was perfect for the weather.

I bought this jacket for my husband and we both love it. Great price, great style and shipping was very fast.

The North Face Apex Pneumatic jacket is true to the fit. I ordered a large and it fits like a glove. It is a bit snug if you wear a big sweatshirt or sweater. The jacket is only for spring and summer, fall. Definitely not a winter jacket. Overall jacket is nice and it's sharp, so yes, I'd recommend this jacket if you're looking for a great windbreaker. Love this jacket! It fits great and blocks the wind the way it says it will. I live in South Carolina. I have a Columbia coat that certainly does the job for the coldest times that the South has to offer, but this is great for the windy, cool, weather we tend to get. Stylish and well fitting. Adaptable to a variety of climates. As always, I have to add to my review the reason why I always shop with Zappos. Their prices are OK. You can find better if you look hard enough, but you won't find fast, free shipping with amazing customer service. You may find the same jacket elsewhere for a little less, but you will make up the difference in shipping costs. And this shipping will take 5-10 business days or some junk. My experience, through frequent orders, is that Zappos will, for free, have your order to you in a max of 4 days. I was won over by this company when I ordered a pair of shoes on a Wednesday evening (after normal business hours) and received the package the next day. This is less than 24 hours. I repeatedly have ordered from them and have usually received similar response. Amazon may have the same product for less, but will not offer this service. You may wait 10 days to get it, may not get it at all.

...yes! I waited three days upon receiving this jacket to write this review. I work outside and with it becoming colder out this jacket was the perfect choice for someone like myself that's looking for a jacket that isn't heavy, one that isn't bulky nor movement restricting and helps reduce (totally) wind chill. Stylish. Comfortable. Warm. Easily cleaned if any undesirable liquid spills on it. Couldn't have chosen a better jacket that fits what I was looking for. I have nothing negative to say about the jacket and do not know why other people who have bought this jacket have negative things to say about it. To each his own I guess but if you shop correctly, you'll get what you need.

Over the last 10 years I have flown over 1 million miles. I believe I have worn this jacket--black North Face pneumatic--for EVERY SINGLE FLIGHT, whether to China, the Middle East, or within the US. I keep my passport in one zip pocket and iphone in the other. It is in my opinion the single most practical jacket ever made. I've owned the same one for 10 years and it's still in fantastic shape. If they doubled the price tag it would still be worth it, given cost/usage. It can be easily folded up and placed in a carry on or laptop bag. I use it in temperatures as low as 40 degrees/drizzly to 65 degrees and sunny. It is an unbelievable jacket, a true classic that turned me into a North Face fan.

This jacket is awesome. I love the extra stretch of the Pneumatic. The other versions of this jacket are heavier/suffer and less comfortable. This version is lighter and designed for higher activity. More stretch and breathability. I don't want to take it off indoors unless I'm layered up. The sleeve length is perfect and never rides up on my wrist. My gloves always stay underneath the cuff.

I've always loved The North Face brand. I've purchased quite a few jackets, but this particular model is amazing. Form fitting, comfortable, stylish and keeps you at the right temp.

Lightweight and comfortable - moves well with you - not tight at all. Looks sharp with any outfit but keeps you warm. My husband has been getting many compliments on this jacket (including his wife :)

This jacket is awesome! Bought it for my boyfriend an he loves it! I fits perfect an is comfortable an not stiff! Water proof an it has been great in the cold weather! We are definately going to buy another one!

I bought this for my fiance and he loves it! the fit was perfect (I had to guess, as this was his first Northface product) and he loves that it is so lightweight and flexible. It is a little thinner than i had anticipated, but he loves it!

I love north face. Every product I have purchased has been amazing. I did however purchase this as a gift and 3 days after receiving it, it went on sale. Do you have any policy in place where you can get the sale price if the item goes on sale within a week or two of purchase? Other than that I will continue to shop with your company and will recommend it to anyone.

Always wanted a north face product. Lives up to the the expectation of quality. And it's just cool to have the brand logo because people know you paid up and you like nice things

I wear it for all types out doors. I like how well it packs and no wrinkles takes up no space and is light weight.
