These are very cute, versatile shoes. I have kind of big feet, and they certainly make them look smaller. They took some breaking in (just a few days) around the ankles, but I think that's because they are made of really strong canvas. The support is pretty decent - I work on my feet all day, and nine out of ten days they feel alright. They don't seem to be perfectly symmetrical in their construction, but that may be just the way my feet look in them. I am very happy with my purchase overall.

The shoe looks great on, and is as comfortable as it looks. If you like canvas shoes, this has a similar feel to them, but I don't recommend wearing these without socks. It has a thicker sole than normal canvas shoes, so it absorbs a decent amount of shock. They're pretty great for long walks. Definitely worth the price.

I love these shoes, they are super comfortable. I ordered a size 9 (that is the size that I usually wear). They run big, I will order my next pair in a 8½.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I wear a size 10 medium and they fit perfectly. I'm wearing the boots with Smart Wool light cushion hiking socks and they feel great. Should get a lot of use from them this fall and winter.

I love these shoes. I can't believe I actually found a good and comfortable pair of shoes. I bought the black ones so I now want the green ones but they are out of stock at this time. Hopefully they will be back on stock soon. Even my husband commented on them, " These shoes I do like much better than the Doc Martens you usually wear." So I said good bye Doc Martens, hello Palladium. I'm really looking forward in ordering the green ones. Want to know a secret? I'm 61 years old. So if I can wear them anybody or any age can wear them. They'll love them.

I chose these because they have the look of a Chuck Taylor. I also bought a Chuck to compare. I liked the Palladium better. It is made better and has a more comfortable sole. And the removable insole allowed me to use my custom orthotic. But I did go up one whole size to get the right fit. Like most shoes today they run a bit small.

Nice leather free option. The canvas is a bit rougher than I would have liked. It's going to be a fuzzy magnet, but they fit well and look nice. Very versatile too. Would buy again.

I work retail and prefer to wear something that actually offers support... But I have to be on trend. I wanted a military inspired lite canvas boot/sneaker alternative for summer and this is literally perfect. There is a slightly molded foam cushioned foot bed inside so there is more support than say Converse All Stars but could definitely be worn in the same situations too. I've paired them with everything from jeans to pencil skirts and it totally works. The first few times you wear them wear a cotton sock that you can fold down over the laces. Totally cute...

After all the rave reviews, I was very optimistic about this shoe. But it's uncomfortably narrow in the forefoot, even though I went up a half-size. I may reorder a full size larger. (I don't have wide feet -- I'm a standard 6M, and ordered the 6.5.) The flatness of the shoe may also be a problem. Because of my high insteps I can't wear flat shoes. I would have to double up on heel lifts to make it work. Wish Palladium made this shoe with a 2" heel! Other than that: love the look, the color (Boue), and the rugged sole.

Love these. An awesome alternative to Converse. I am a stylish mom who can't stand wearing the same brands as my teenage daughter! However, she loves these so much, she stole them out of my closet. Uh oh.

These have more arch support than you'd expect. I like the high-top feeling around my ankles. I wear a 9 (probably need a wide width), and these were on the edge of being too long, and were very snug in width, so they'll have to be returned. The color of the rubber is darker than in the photo - which I'd describe as cream - in person, it's more yellowish brown.

I have now owned these for two years, wearing them (for the most part) everyday in all weather (except rain, unless you weather-proof them). They are very durable and have great traction, except for ice. I have got narrow feet with extremely high arches, so these give me no support. I had to get a workman's arch support insert, which made these too tight on the top of the foot. If you do not have feet like this, you should be well off getting them. The laces tie well (good flat kind, not the terrible rounded laces) and are easily adjustable. The price sure made these a good investment as well.

I love these boots. I have always wanted a pair and it was so easy to find them and order them on Zappos. I ordered an 8 1/2, my usual size. Very roomy. big toe box. I put a little pad inside just for a little more cushioning. But I'm crazy that way.

These shoes look amazing on my feet. However, they don't feel amazing to my feet. If all I was worried about was how they looked, I would keep them. They aren't that uncomfortable for short bursts of standing. But they don't feel that nice to stand in for long periods. I am returning them.

Love these boots! I was worried they wouldn't work for me, because I am having some trouble with heel pain, but they're very comfortable and supportive; I now have three pairs.

These shoes are so funky fresh. I have been walking around in them for weeks now, and the sole really protects my feet from aching at the end of the day. Not cushy, by any means, but a good, strong, durable shoe. I feel like they will last forever!

These high tops are super cute with jeans! The size is just right, and I stuck my orthotics inside for lots of comfort (there is not much support.) I would recommend these!

These are wonderful shoes, great traction, very comfortable, well built. The only bad thing is that the canvas is not very water resistant, but a quick spray of scotch guard fixed that. I will be buying these for a long time.

I am on my feet all day for work and need something comfortable with a thick sole. I ordered these in the army green. I love the style and they fit me perfectly! They look almost like the Chucks All Stars. They felt very comfortable and have way more support than just a regular pair of sneakers. Great quality. I did not like the army green color though - they are too bright, almost a sage green. I want them in black.

These boots are great! They are comfortable right out of the box. I wear them with socks and have not experienced any of the ankle discomfort that other reviewers mentioned. I initially purchased them because I was recovering from a broken ankle and needed a pair of higher supportive shoes. They look great with leggings and boyfriend jeans.

Bought white ones for summer and now these for fall. Why? Because they are comfortable, light weight and very cute! I can wear these all day with jeans or a skirt. My feet get cranky in lots of shoes but not these. Although there is not much arch support, there is a soft piece on the side of the arch that keeps the foot from pronating. If they came in a bright color I would buy them too!

I usually wear a size 8, but ordered a half size down because of past reviews and they fit perfectly. Some of the glue from rubber to canvas is visible but it's not an issue for me, just hoping they don't come loose like my Converse. Overall style of the shoe is great; they're casual and comfortable and I can wear them with practically anything.

I got these shoes because I liked the way they looked and I thought they would be suitable for me to wear all day at work. They felt quite narrow and had no support. I usually put arch support insoles in my shoes but they didn't fit in these. I still wear them sometimes but they weren't as comfortable as I hoped they'd be.

These are really cute, but I'm returning them for the leather version. The area where the upper seam hits the back of my ankle is very stiff, and I'd rather see the look of broken in leather than broken in canvas.

I bought 12 pairs of these boots for performers in a show requiring climbing. They were great. The performers loved them. They are comfortable, provide good traction for climbing slippery surfaces. They fit 12 different foot types the first time. It's an excellent shoe for the price.
