These are by far my most favorite jeans I have ever purchased! I am 46 years old with a few curves...small waist and medium sized hips. These jeans do not gap at the waist at all, and sit just a smidgeon below my belly button - not too low - not too high. I am 5'3" and weigh 131 lbs. I purchased the size 12 Short - and they fit me perfectly! These jeans are wonderful!

These jeans fit my body like a glove. I just wished they made them longer so I could wear them in winter. Right now I just wear flats.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 120 lbs. I wasn't sure what size I'd be in these jeans since I usually try Levis jeans on at the store. I ordered the size 6 and it was way too big, then I tried the size 4 and it was also too big. Zappos is out of the size 2 but I think that would probably fit me best. The jeans are really cute so I was bummed they didn't have it in my size! Shipping was very fast though!

I bought one pair of these jeans and loved them so much I ordered another pair. I think they fit true to size. I am about 5'2" and I ordered a 6 short. Always when I order a Reg. in the length they are way too long, but many times the short is a little too short. I hate my jeans to be too short! These are perfect, if anything a tiny bit on the longer side. I don't put them in the dryer because I'd rather them be long. I just hang them to dry. I hope they continue to make these as I would like to order more in the future. I hope this helps if you are considering these.

I am so pleasantly surprised with these jeans I can hardly believe it. I am 60, somewhat overweight and these jeans make me feel attractive again. A great cut for an older figure. I love the faded look, they look real unlike the other popular brand of jeans I have been buying at 3 times the cost. They wash fantastically. I can't wait to wear them this weekend. I have a closet full of designer jeans that don't fit anywhere near as nicely as these.

I really like these jeans, but they are somewhat high waisted for me and honestly, if I hadn't thrown out the tags, I may have returned them. But I am not tucking anything into them, so they're okay. They have a nice straight leg, not particularly skinny and I have 15" calves and athletic thighs. I did need to go up a size from what I usually wear in Levis 529 curvy jeans, but I think it's because of the higher waist. I felt sexier in the size 8, but I was afraid that after washing, that high waist would just grab me in the gut in the wrong way. I also really like the nice dark wash of these jeans -- I can't stand all that fading and distressing, so for me, these have that nice dressier dark finish which provides a nice contrast for lighter tops.

Loved the first pair I bought. They fit perfectly. Ordered a second pair but they had a stitched pattern on the pockets I did not like, so sadly had to return them.

I love these jeans. The color is fabulous. The fit is great. I have been buying the Perfect Waist jean for years. They do what the say, sit perfectly on my waist. They never feel tight and are flattering for this woman with a few curves.

Great fit with skinny legs in a stretchy fabric. The fabric is excellent but winter weight. Would love these in a summer weight.

I have always had trouble with low rise pants; often fit in hips, but huge waist. These were perfect. Very comfortable. Plan to get another pair.

These fit beautifully. I have a hard time finding jeans, because my waist is about two sizes smaller than my booty, but these cover everything without looking dowdy or maternal and they don't gap at the waistband. I wish they made them in more colors, I've already purchased every color they sell! The legs are described as "straight" and I would only add that it's a fairly slim straight fit. They aren't a skinny jean, so they're still appropriate for casual Friday, but they're a bit sassier than a bootcut or regular straight leg. They also look great slightly rolled/folded with high heels. Overall, a very flattering and comfortable fit, and better priced than many of their competitors.

For a day to day so called "go to" jean, this pair fits the bill. I have two pair in the sky blue, which, for some reason, seems to fit better than any of the other colors. I love them! I am 5-3" and 137 lbs. The size 10 fits perfectly with room to go in the dryer on hot and not get too small after they dry. Inseam is the regular, just because I think the rise is a more natural one with the regular inseam than the short inseam. (a teeny bit higher on the waist, but still a true mid-rise jean.) They will shrink a little bit in length, but I still needed to hem them - no problem since I expected that. They DID NOT shrink otherwise (for example in the waist or hips), and after wearing them all day they did get slightly baggy and not anymore than my other jeans styles/materials, probably because of the high cotton content of the fabric, nice.

I practically live in jeans, and I've tried many with varying degrees of fit and satisfaction. These Levis are the best...both a great fit and comfortable, snug without being too tight. I ordered a 2nd pair and they are my go to jeans. No doubt I'll wear them out while many others sit in my closet, and I'll have to order more!

These fit well on someone with short legs, a bubble butt and muscular thighs. They are just absolutely nothing like the 526s that Levi's claimed they would be.

This is my first order on Zappos...impressed so far! These jeans are wonderful! Excellent Levi quality and fit like a glove! For reference, I am 52 years old, 5'7" and weigh 195. Size 14M is absolutely perfect. I will be ordering more...soon! My only complaint is the little itchy tag that Levi's has sewn into the back center of the perfect waistband...making that part not so perfect until I can round up a razor blade and carefully remove that little annoying sucker. Giving a 4 stars in comfort just because of the stupid little tag.

The back pocket is NOT as pictured on the website for the Sapphire variety of jean. It has almost a western look to the Levi's symbol. Ordered two pairs hoping for the traditional pocket as pictured, never got it on either order. Back the second pair goes!!! Such a disappointment as these jeans are the BEST, so comfy and flattering. Run slightly smaller than a few other Levi's I own, but not enough to order up a size.

Love these jeans! Nice, flattering fit. Modern waist and cut, but rise not too low. Comfy with great stretch that doesn't get too baggy.

I love these jeans! Normally I purchase petite sizes, but the petite version of these jeans is too short for me - I'm 5'2" and 155 lbs. I bought a size 14 with the S inseam and they fit great and look cute! They are flattering for curvy girls and they are so comfortable. I often find that I can't find jeans that aren't either for teenage girls or the unflattering, elastic waist, poorly cut jeans that are marketed for mature women at a reasonable price. These are it!

I have been searching for jeans for a long time. These are the most comfortable pair I have ever owned. No butt crack to be concerned with since 525s do not slip down. They do bag out a bit after wearing, but nothing major and I am not tugging up my pants after sitting for a while. They were the perfect choice for a 6-hour flight. The sky blue color is a bit lighter fabric than I thought it would be, but they are so soft and comfortable. I just ordered a second pair in denim defense. Bravo Levi's. No more $200 disappointments from other jean mfg's. These 525s are perfect. I am 5'3", 135 pounds and size six, S length fit as though professionally tailored.

I ordered the 4S in sky blue. Nice faded color the misses size is cut a little fuller in the hips than the petite, but still has the nice straight leg. The jeans cover the backside and sit a couple of inches below my waist. I ordered a 2nd pair.

I love these pants. Searched everywhere for Levi size 2 and found them at Z. Bought two pairs. Thank you Zappos!
