Love the fit and the look. I did not give it a 5 star only because it is not a true boot cut. It flairs out on the bottom wider that a regular book cut.

LOVE these. Was buying a pair of NYDJ and these came up as suggestion. They are half the price and are MUCH better fit. I am a 5'7" and curvy size 12 (heavier through hips and thighs). These are great! Legs are straight from upper thigh so they don't look like sausage casing. Boot cut gives it just enough volume to balance out wider hips at top. Dark wash looks great. Washed as suggested and only shrank a tiny bit (although length seemed to shrink more - maybe half inch?). Only complaint would be they are a little high in the waist which minimizes the dreaded muffin top but discourages wearing shirt tucked in. I still LOVE them and plan on ordering more.

I love these Jeans! I ordered my regular size and they fit! There is no gap on the back waist band. They give a nice curvy shape to my posterior and have a nice slimming effect on my front side. These are my favorite jeans so far!

I have a small waist and thick hips and thighs and I always have a hard time finding jeans that fit right and these fit perfect!

Great jeans. The cut is high enough that they do a nice job covering the "baby ponch" in the stomach without being "mom jeans."

Great jeans, however even though I ordered Long they are not as long as most L, they are ok, but barely long enough.

There are no jeans like Levi's. These are slightly lower than Levi's of old, but not too low. (Not your daughter's jeans but not Mom jeans either.) Fit great.

At the age of 63, and up to a size 16 although I probably could have gotten away with a 14 if didn't want total comfort, I am not ready to give up my jeans. Jeans are my favorite standby. If I'm not in khaki shorts (jean shorts around the house), I'm in my jeans. Jeans can be dressed up or dressed down depending on shoes and tops and one can attend a social function and feel comfortable and know you look nice. Over the years, the one brand I have never been able to wear is Levis. They just weren't built like I was. When I saw these, I thought I'd give them a try, based on the reviews. I am so pleased I did. Due to Osteoporosis, I'm shrinking and I can't take meds for it (Hold on! This isn't a medical report!) so I sent for the short. They looked great with some shoes but with others, they were a bit too short. There's nothing worse than an older women trying to be cool, wearing a pair of high-water jeans! I ended up getting the medium length and they are too long. Unfortunately, I need a 31" leg so I'll have to have them altered. This is the first time in ages that I've had jeans that were tight enough around my rear end that they actually accentuated it without being too tight. I have never been comfortable with the low-riding jeans and I was thrilled that these jeans came up to my waist. My problem area is my stomach and I wear longer tops to draw attention away from that area. I love the feeling of these jeans because they don't feel like they're falling down. I'd recommend these jeans to anyone; whether you already have a good figure or you want to make you're own look better. I think they could have eliminated some of the bling on the rear pockets of some styles but they have enough without it to make everyone happy.

These jeans are GREAT for a mature woman. I am 63 and need a little more support around the middle. I wear between an 8 and a 10. Bought the 10 and glad I did. They are a perfect fit! Zappos service can't be beat!

I recently bought a pair of these jeans in the indigo rinse in a size 6 with a regular inseam. They fit perfectly everywhere, except for the length, which is pretty long for a regular inseam. These are obviously intended to be worn with boots with fairly high heels or for someone at the taller end of regular (I am 5'4"). I bought a second pair with a short inseam, and they are quite short. They hit me right on the top of the foot, so accounting for shrinkage, they would have looked like flood plants coming out of the dryer. So there is a large difference between the regular and short inseams. If you are 5'2" or less, get the short. If you are between 5'3" and 5'6", you probably want the regular jeans, which you will have to hem to wear with high heels. These jeans are very stretchy, but very solid, so they fit as if they were Spanx jeans, which is great for a grown woman who wants a stylish jean, but not a pair that looks like she swiped it from her teenage daughter. They ride just below the belly button and there is no gap in the back, which is great. I no longer spend the entire day hitching up my pants. My one warning is to beware of the sizes. The indigo 6 fit me perfectly, so I ordered a shadow blue in a size 6. I could barely zip them up, and when I held them up to the indigo pair, the waist was at least 1½" smaller (lying flat, for a total of about 3" difference). But this is the beauty of Zappos; my replacement pair is on their way, one size larger.

I really like shopping at Zappos. I feel like they really care about their customers. Not many companies out here are so forgiving if I make a mistake and order the wrong size, Zappos always takes care of my mistakes. These jeans are a great fit for tall people. Very slimming, high on the waist with length. I had to buy two more pair of jeans.

Fits my pear shape wonderfully! No costly tailoring needed to nip in the waist. Comfortable through my generous hips and thighs and no gapping in back.

These jeans are crazy flattering and fit true to size. The high waist can be a little...weird. But that's just high waisted pants, not anything specific to these jeans. I've bought them in two colors now.

I have a pair of these in indigo denim, love the new pair in black...I wish the fabric was heavier denim, like the indigo, but the fit is perfect because of the little-bit-of-stretch in the fabric. I will order more of these pants, just in case the mfgr. stops making them!

I love these jeans, however, they seem to be changing in quality. Is it Levi's or is it a fake. The length seems longer, and my other pair is just too tight, so will exchange the other for same size but hopefully better fit.

I like these jeans very much and the price cannot be beat. I like jeans that sit at the waist and these fit nicely and don't gap. I didn't have any problems with them stretching out as the day wore on as some other reviewers have noted. I am 5'2" and weigh 100 lbs. I purchased the 4 short and they are perfect. My only complaint is that the front pockets are so shallow they cannot be used for anything! I really do hate that but everything else is great.

Bought these jeans like the fit will buy several more this first pair I dried in dryer will see if they shrank.

I stopped wear Levis after I turned 40 because the fit felt like it was for younger women. This pair of jeans has changed my mind. They fit really well, with more stretch then I thought there was going to be. Tummy control is not binding and barely there at all. I'm a Size 16M on a good day and 18 on a fat day, with a wide waste. I bought the size 18M in Black and maybe should have gotten the 16M for a tighter fit (I do not have an ample buttock).

For jeans these 512 are a good fit and style...not skin tight legs, rise is at waist, boot flare is good. I wear a 6 and this seems true to size for me. I am very fussy at 70 about how pants fit, these are pretty good for jeans. Zappos got these here in record time.

They fit, they are comfortable, they are more like flair/bell bottoms than boot cut. They flatter my 5'3" 150 lb,curvy, baby-belly body. I would not buy another pair because they are not as modern/stylish as i might like. But i will keep them and enjoy them as back-up jeans anyway.

I have these jeans in the dark blue color, and I really want to get them in a lighter color, too. The one color is always unavailable, so I went for the other light blue. I could get past the bedazzled things on the butt pockets, but the lines across the midsection where trendy wear marks have been put in are really bad. I mean, presumably, you are buying these jeans because you are a little thicker in the hips/butt, so why put stuff on that enlarges their appearance? The dark blue ones are perfect, and I highly recommend them, and I hope they get the other color back that's been sold out for ages, but the lighter color ones that are available are a big disappointment, sadly.

I like the color and the fit. I did order up 1 size in the black, based on other reviews (thanks!). However, I ordered a 'medium' inseam and received a 'long'. They are too long, plus these are more bell-bottoms than I like. I'm returning them. Might reorder.
