I love UGG boots but i ordered these as a gift and they had a big scratch on the side, clearly damaged and sent anyway.

This is the second Bailey Button boots that i buy my daughter in just 2 months. The first pair got a tear in the toe area after just 2 months and the pair that i JUST bought less than 2 weeks ago got a tear in the same place after 1 WEEK!! I will be returning the ones i just bought for a replacement but wish i never threw out the first pair as i don't find it fair that there was a tear after only 2 months! For what they cost, they should last for years. Very disappointed with these.

I love UGGS and I have a couple of pairs, however when mine arrived they were significantly less fluffy than my worn ones. I got a card saying they are made out of UGGpure, definitely a let down for the price.

Bought mens slippers, sized up. Too narrow. Gave to someone else with narrow feet. Still tight.

I love uggs but I am tired of ordering men's shoes just to get my size. I am a tall woman, and my daughter and I wear size 12. NONE of the boots come in this size.

I was really excited to get these for Christmas but when I opened the box I realized there was a 1-2 inch rip in the seam by the heel. I am so beyond disappointed by this and have tried numerous times to get into contact via phone to costumer service and I can not get through. Despite the rip these shoes feel really cheaply made and feel like they could rip again at any time during entry/exit. I love the look of these boots but will definitely be returning.

Save your money. Bought 2 of these shoes for my nieces. One children size and one toddler. The fur feels like cheap plastic and is not at all what I would expect from UGG...very disappointing.

I'm sure my daughter will enjoy her boots once received. But poor customer service is not excusable.

I bought the black pair last year for my then 4 year old and was not happy with them at all. The sales clerk convinced me that the reason they did not last was due to my care of them (although I myself have 6 pairs and have never had any problems). So, since my daughter LOVED them we tried again. AGAIN they didnt even last us the whole winter season. Faded terrible and the seams all looked terrible. The whool matted AND dyed her feel terrible. I was so disappointed and will not make the "fashion" over practicality mistake again. Very Sad :(

Thought they were the best uggs ever.. After a few wears my bow stitching came down. All I had were ribbons hanging. After tying the bow it just didn't match the other boot. Because its not actually tied in a bow just simply sewed to appear like a bow.

I never did receive these Ugg boots. I ordered them for my daughter for Christmas and they had gotten lost in transit at UPS. I had to call multiple times to Ugg and UPS. Then on top of that - the item was out of stock so we couldn't even get another pair and the best that your customer service could do was take $20 off another pair. My little girl was so disappointed. It was a horrible experience altogether. Between my daughter and I, we own numerous pairs of Uggs but after this inconvenience, I don't know if I'll ever order again.

Only worn three times and sprayed them when first purchased with ugh sprays. Already look faded/grey and heavily worn after only three uses.

I am not pleased. I wore them once and they were completely ruined ! They creased so easily and they have fur falling off everywhere.

send this product back 10 days ago, no refund yet. When you call this company waiting time might be longer then 30 min, one time I was on hold for about an hour. I would rather use zappos, you get your order in one day and get refund in one day if needed. I was waiting for my order for a week and now is waiting for refund. Very upset with their service.

What we received was definitely a counterfeit. UGG wouldn't allow a product like this to be sent in their name.

I am usually a size 5 and that is what i got since i couldnt try them on because they are not sold in very many stores. They were way too big, probably a size and a half too big and now i am not able toreturn them ang get a smaller size because they are all gone and Ugg will not resell them untill next year. I am very dissapointed and they were so big that the upper part around my leg did not even come close to touching my leg.
