Its great that they now make bailey bows in womens sizes.. but when you think about it the big kids bailey bows have some sizes equivilent to womens sizing... save your money and buy the big kid ones. They're cheaper and have much more color variety (size 6 in kids is equal to womens size 8) :D

These boots are very pretty but the sizing is weird! i had to order a new paid in a size smaller because the first ones were too big! other then that awesome boots!

This was a decent Ugg. My only complaint was that the heel structure was poor and my ankle kept falling in within one week. Fast delivery and very stylish. This is very mediocre.

Looks like a spot of glue from a glue gun. I guess the final check employee spot was eliminated. Stevie Wonder could have seen this. Even though they will eventually he marked up don't expect to receive them already marked.

I got these boots couple months ago and after 2-3 times wore it , there is line appear infront of the boots. I pay $120 with shipping for this boots and the quality of this boot doesn't really worth. I went to the store i asked for exchange or even store credit but the girl (cashier) told me that she couldn't do anything for me! Not satisfy at all with my purchase and the customer service that I expected!

I am supposed to be receiving an exchange but have not yet. Not sure how long hat usually takes but would like to know when I will be getting those. I would greatly appreciate it!

I was upset after using the ugg boot cleaner that I purchased with the boots, It caused the boots to fade. The boots I have are the black bailey bow boots. I followed the directions that were on the bottle and now the color on the front of the boot has faded.

I think the front end off the boots need to be sturdier and I also think that the boots fold up to much in the front!

Packaging horrible. Received boots in small box to cut costs maybe. Or they were used and returned. Who knows. Not happy when I buy expensive boots never buying ugg ever again

Hate the new lining

I love how cute the boots are, however for these being UGG boots I expected better. The fur is constantly falling out and on the left boot where the fur is seen together there's a gap and the fur has fallen out. But with this being on the inside I tried my best to fluff it and call it good because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending them back and getting new ones. Also there were a lot of extra stings on the outside seams that were hanging off and I had to trim. Pretty disappointed in that.

Service was fine.

Upsetting to me that Ugg would not refund me the difference from the "full price"I paid for Bailey Bow boots, when 12 days later I received an email from Ugg that my boots were now on sale! Disappointed with their customer service to say the least...unhappy customer!

Great overall produc, we are constantly ordering for the holidays as gifts as well during birthdays makes a great gift.

the bows fell off rather quickly and the shoe sole came apart from the actual shoe haven't had these for a year yet and they already have fallen apart bad quality for expensive product

I love and like the style but I'm very disappointed on the quality of this boots,it is so fake cheap inside material, NOT a real sheepskin and definitely false advertisement in your website. It is not the same quality that I try them on at the dept. store.

For the price these boots a poor quality that stain easy and wear out easy.

when I wear black

Pretty sad because the fur is messed up around the top of boot :( Doesnt even reach the top in spots. Someone short cut it. Really bummed for the price

They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever used, and I always buy comfortable shoes, over fashion. They are also perfect in cold weather, they keep you warm, and never get smelly. The biggest and may be the only con is that they wear out incredibly fast, mine are 3 months and they look like 3 years old, for a shoe this expensive you expect more. This may only apply to black.

to narrow

Too small, not an actual size 11. I have purchased 2 other size 11's and they fit perfectly.

I have several pairs of Ugg boots and ordered two other pairs with this pair. The sheep skin in this pair is much thinner than I am used to and the fur side is not as soft. Perhaps it is your new approach to adding wool. It definitely does not work for me. I would have returned them but wore them before looking closely and feeling the inside.

I wish they had them in GREY!!
