i love my ugg boots i got the black short bailey bow boots and love them they are so warm and easy to clean they are great to wear for every day use i got mine for Christmas and i could not have got a better gift

These are a beautiful pair of Uggs. I've been debating about getting a pair for a long time. I didn't like the classic boots because they did look plain. The bows on these add a little flair and style. I'm happy with these and will have them for a couple of years by the feel of the quality.

We had a problem with a return. When they realized the problem...it was not only handled immediately..it was taken care of well beyond what I had expected. The measure of a company isn't how it handles a sale but how it responds to problems...UGG Excel's!!!

I love love love my black bailey bow ugg boots soooo much!!! They are very comfy, warm, and stylish! Very good product, very durable, great for school, and just almost any occasion! The only problem is that water and dirt stains are very visible so be carful! Well worth the money! First time ugg buyer, will buy again!

I can wear this whenever and wherever. Goes great with almost everything. I really do not have any complaints.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves them! She wears them to school and to hang out with friends. Being from an area where it snows alot, she likes to wear them to keep her feet warm!! UGGS are a great product!! My daughter has 4 different pairs!!

I love my Bailey Bows! They are so cute! It was a bit of a struggle to get my foot in and out of the boot, but it loosens up after a couple of wears! (: I love these so, so, so very much!!

Ran a little small, so I'd order 1/2 to a full size larger. Had to return the 1st pair because it was too small, but 2nd pair was just fine.

I bought the Bailey bow boots for my granddaughter for Christmas. She normally wears a 7 shoe. Because of the lining on the inside of the boot we needed to return and reorder a size 8. The exchange went smoothly and she loves the boots. She wears them to her high school and on dates. They look very nice on her feet and the bows in the back are a nice closing statement as she walks away!
