This was by far the worst experience I have had ordering anything online. I received the boots with a tear in the left boot and therefore sent them back for an exchange. I did not hear anything back for almost two weeks and then it turns out that they processed this as a return and not an exchange. When I spoke with an agent, I was informed that I would have to pay full price if I wanted the boots even though I purchased them while they were on sale. I am very disappointed as this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I will NOT purchase UGGS ever again in any capacity.

I have purchased Uggs for my granddaughters the last 5 Christmas's. They absolutely love them. They keep the foot temperature normal in all sorts of weather. Uggs wear well. Cons...eventhough we pretreat the boots, the light colors do stain and it is costly to have them cleaned.

My daughter LOVES these boots! She received them as an early Christmas gift and has not taken them off since!

I love the boots with the bows. I just wish it was a little more red..looks a tad more pinkish red.

I loved the feel of the fur. they were so soft but the fur doesn't stay furry. It just goes flat.

We wear a 6 or 7 usually, depending on quality of the shoe. The size 7 we ordered are very tight. We should have ordered an 8, but I thought they would be too big. We won't make that mistake next time.

Loved the style and color- very cute! One boot was great, but the boot for the other foot was not. The liner was defective- it was shedding and felt rough, almost like what wool feels like if it's been melted. I had to return them, which is so frustrating because the return is taking FOREVER and now I won't have them to wear for Christmas/New Years in Breckenridge and that's the whole reason I ordered them on Black Friday!!

this shoes are my me,just in a seeing it is amazing and feeling it is amazing and it is easy it on.

My only complaint is that I wish you could tighten the boots where the bows are on the backside. My right boot fits looser on my calf than the left - you can visibly see when the boots are off, that the bows are spread out further than on the left boot. So as I'm walking, the right boot moves and rubs. It doesn't cause a sore or anything, its just annoying. Other than that, I love them - very comfortable!

The boots are awesome. However the left foot of the shoe had the front seam too tight. So I'm exchanging them for a size bigger cause it'll fit better.

I wear my uggs to school. It's stylish and so comfortable

Water stains are easily removed I've only had one water stain and once I removed it it was good as new and it was really soft like when I first received it. And I live in Seattle Washington so it rains a lot.

These are my third pair of ugg's I'm in love with all of them. The quality is amazing, my mom has had hers for 25 years!!!

Love to just slip them on and go! Warm and toasty when cold outdoors. And the best is that they are comfortable.
