Make Sure You are not sending out DIRTY or DEFECTIVE products before you ship them.

This is the second time I have received damaged merchandise from UGG. The boots appear to have been worn and areas of the boot are faded. They look as if they have gotten wet.

Sizing is not true to size; my granddaughter wears an 8 in all of her shoes so we ordered an 8. They are way too big and returning them has not been a smooth process. As it turns out she likely will need a 7, so your sizing is not good. Customer Service for exchange of a product that does not fit is the worst I have ever experienced with any company and I do a lot of on-line purchases. I personally will never purchase your product again; I can't speak for my granddaughter but she certainly won't get the funds from me to do it. I have zero tolerance for poor customer service and your company's is the worst I have ever experienced.

Don't downsize like recommended. This model seems smaller than usual. Had to order the actual size I wear. Not sure if it is the way it's tied in the back, but the toe area seemed smaller as well. But love them in the larger size!

I use these boots when I go to school or just on a casual evening I love that these boots last for about 2 years and that they keep your feet warm all day especially on a cold day and they look super cute on your feet. But the thing I hat about them is that they a kind mess up if you wear them on a rainy day

I bought the Baily Bow in the Chestnut color. When I recieved them, I fell in love! They are so comfortable and so well made.These are great shoes to wear with everything. A perfect girly shoe that is very stylish and comfortable.

This is such a cute boot. It's stylish, comfortable and the perfect lenght. I also love the color.

I wear these everywhere. They look good and the grey color goes with everything. It is a little hard to enter this boot and someone with larger ankles may have trouble getting these on. I love them and the hard entry doesn't bother me. I wear them in the winter and they keep my feet nice and warm.

Love these uggs and i love the color !!! forest green!! will wear them as much as possible , not good in snow or rain . but cozy and warm when its cold!

They were nice~ Except I got pain in my feet from wearing it~ But only for 1 day.( Probably just my feet) Got spots when i wore it in the rain( didn't plan to)

Honestly I am a loyal customer to uggs and these are a great product to wear around for comfort and style!

Cwould mot get a correct fit.....very disappointed. Maybe due to high arch.

The boots had a noticeable flaw on the toe so I'm surprised the QC of Uggs let these get shipped out. I contacted UGGS and there were no more her size and color and it was a Christmas gift. I suggested a discount and did receive $20 off.

I love Uggs! I have several pairs and was so excited to get Uggs with bows! I hesitated to buy them in a chesnut color because I wasn't sure when I would be able to wear a chesnut color with bows. Surprisingly though, they are so easy to be paired with almost anything! Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting new Uggs and having the feeling of walking on clouds again!
