You can't beat Zappos service. The gift card arrived crazy fast. I wanted to gift someone a physical card instead of an Egift card, and I can't think of any other company that I would trust to mail me a gift card when I have a birthday party in a few days.

I had a sort of emergency situation, in that I needed to have a gift card to present to a relative as a birthday gift the next day. When I discovered I couldn't print it out in her name, I did an online chat, and the Zappos representative who helped me could NOT have been more helpful! She solved my problem, and made me love Zappos even more.

A Zappos gift card makes a fabulous gift. The card arrived via UPS in a cute little presentation envelope. I had the card within a few days of ordering. The recipient does not need a computer to order shoes. Shoes can be ordered over the phone. I am so happy I thought of the Zappos Gift Card.

This gift card was exactly as described! Fit in my wife's wallet just perfectly. The style matched well with the other gift cards she received for her birthday. I assume that comfort isn't an issue since she doesn't carry her wallet in her back pocket, and generally her gift cards don't last long before they're spent.

These shoes are awesome. They are true to size and are perfect to wear with leggings. I do not do well with real flat shoes, so these are my go to shoes. They are not too casual and not too dressy! They are perfect.

Zappos is the go to place when I cannot find shoes in the department store. My grandson also shops there as he has large feet and shoes are difficult to find. Zappos has it all! This gift card is for him and I know how surprised and happy he will be. The service is great.

I ordered a gift certificate for my daughter. I was doing it on line but questioned something and found a phone number and the lady was so helpful. The whole thing took ony minutes and came 4 days later. I tried to order a second one from another place and after 3 hours gave up. They wouldn't send me one and put it on my Discover card. They must have lost mucho business. Thank you for being so very easy to do business with.
