I knew my nephew would enjoy choosing something nice from Zappos, but the funny thing was that I couldn't find anywhere to insert a message to him - did I miss it? I decided to have the gift card sent anyway, asking Zappos to please let him know he was receiving a prezzie from me. I guess that didn't happen, but after contacting Zappos (he's industrious), Luke found out it was from me. It added some mystery to the gift, but could have been a little annoying if it had been for someone else. If the link was there, it wasn't obvious enough for me! Saying that, he received it very quickly and I found it to be an nice and, for the most part, easy option.

I ordered a gift card for my son for Christmas. I placed the order late Monday afternoon and it arrived early Tuesday around noon. I was AMAZED by this quick delivery! I will definitely do this again!

As always, Zappos delivered the gift card which was meant to be holiday gift on time and in an expeditious manner. I find Zappos to be one of the most efficiently-run companies that I have dealt with. I order most of my shoes from Zappos and have recommended them to others. Keep up the great work.

The envelope the gift card comes in is really cool. Just be warned that using a gift card at Zappos is pretty difficult; you have to apply it before you even start the checkout process. My gift recipient had to chat with customer service and then start over.

Bought two of these for son & his wife. Great that Zappos sends at n/c. Only problem is that envelopes were big and didn't fit in apartment mail boxes. Envelopes were found on sidewalk. Maybe let customer know size and if it's getting mailed UPS or USPS so can re-direct if necessary. In past, I've just bought gift cards myself or did it be, will do so in future.

The gift card was a gift and mailed directly to a family member. She she received it, there was no indication how much the card was worth or who it was from even though I typed a gift note. It was printed so small and not very visible. I would suggest a card holder with the note tucked inside to help with this.

My sister sent me a gift card for Christmas. When I tried to use it online, the website would not accept the number as valid. I called Zappos for help, and the rep had me trying the number several times with several variations. Nothing worked, and then my call was cut off. I called back and got a very helpful rep who gave me credit for the money, but I'm not at all sure now I'd trust buying a Zappos gift card.
