These are great. Good color. Good quality. I get compliments. I'm very pleased. They are maybe slightly smaller than I anticipated, but I just wear thin socks.

Just gorgeous, good quality. I marked that they feel a half-size too large- this is because they are a little long, although the width was good for me.

These are super cute but a little bigger than listed. They say 4.5-5 (for the European size 35) but fit like a six. Probably want to order down a size if you get them.

I am a senior in high school and I first bought these shoes in a 39 (8½-9) and they were beautiful! however, they were way too tight. so I sent them back for a size 40 (9½-10) and these were huge on me! since I still had the first pair when the second ones arrived I had time to compare them. The 39 was at least an inch short that the 40. The 39 also had a soft somewhat padded lining and the size 40 was jut leather on the inside. I contacted Zappos and ended up ordering another size 40, which also arrived without the soft lining but I kept them because they fit, unlike the other pair. I do really love these boots and get tons of compliments from everyone on them! They go well with leggings or jeans and could probably even look nice with a skirt or dress even though I have not tried that out yet.

This is a beautiful leather boot (I am picky about leather)...but...too hard to get into with no zipper! and for a 9.5/10 it's running small, IMO...and it needs to be a bit wider.

The overall fit was ok but the footbed is has a weird ridge in it that made the boots uncomfortable to wear. I thought I would like the slouchy profile, but it didn't really work for me. Not bad shoes, but not right for me so I returned them.

I purchased my pair of Laguna boots in December of 2013. Just took them in to be re- heeled. (They also need the lining fixed but I hadn't decided yet if it is worth the expense.) My feet have probably changed and now the boots are a little snug. Since I have bunions, is hard for me to find comfortable shoes but these boots have many miles on them!

These boots were huge. I wear. Size 5 or a 35. The box said 35, but these boots were a thumb plus a fingers width longer than my big toe. They looked ridiculously large.

If you have high arches, forget this boot as you wont even be able to get your foot inside, as there is no zipper. They look well-made and comfy but i couldn’t even try them on. I wear a size 36 and ordered a 37 so I could add socks. Sooo disappointed.

I got these in black at the end of the winter last year to replace a similarly styled pair of Clark’s. I only wore them a couple of times before Covid hit and I had to work remotely. But this winter I’m out walking a lot and using them more. I’ve been able to wear them on a few long fitness walks. They’re very comfy and stylish and warm on 20 degree days. I have no trouble getting them on or off. My only caveat has been the size. I wear a 9.5 in most boots and a 9 in sandals. The Lagunas are a bit on the wide size for my long narrow feet and even though I got them in a 41 they run very short. They’re stretching out but I wish they ran a tad longer and a tad narrower.

The boots are really cute, but as other reviewers have noted, they are not for people with wide feet. Much as I love them, they pinch my forefoot a lot. They look like they might stretch out, but I can't take the pain in the meantime. Bummer.

I read the reviews and tried a size smaller because a lot of reviews said they run large but I think I should have ordered my regular size.. they're really cute too small for me and they don't have the next size and I think they're a bit narrow

First be prepared to wear these without socks or nylons. I tried both and could not get the boots on my feet. I tried putting them on barefoot and with a wee bit of trouble I got them on and wore them for hours. They feel wonderful once you get them on and getting them off is not at all difficult. I would recommend them under the above mentioned conditions. They are beautiful. I bought the red boot.

wish I could have kept them, but the toe box is a little narrow and has a curve on the inside and the arch was not enough for me.

These boots were comfortable and fit true to size. The leather is luscious. The inside feels good. However, these boots are very hard to put on and take off...which is why I sadly sent them back.

These boots really do have an amazing color, and the leather texture is buttery soft. I saw all the reviews that these run larger than normal, but I took a chance and ordered my actual size. They feel about a half size smaller and are VERY tight around the toes. I am hopeful that since they are leather I can break them in and stretch them out a bit, so I will hold onto them since there are no larger sizes available and I do LOVE the style.

This is an absolutely beautiful boot. The leather is gorgeous and soft. The red color is perfect! Oh how I wish I could've gotten them on my feet! I ordered the 11/12 size... I'm an 11 so I assumed they'd fit. They looked more like an 8 or 9, I couldn't even get my foot in at all. So disappointed so I had to send them back and unfortunately, can't get a bigger size!

These are really comfortable. That's important to me. I love the shaft height and the slouchy look. They look great with leggings. Also, the inside is so soft and cozy which keeps my feet nice and warm - not hot. My only complaint is that they are just a bit shiny. I prefer a soft more worn look.

I loved these boots so much, they probably fit better than any boot I’ve ever owned BUT the padding is almost non existent Andy feet almost immediately started to hurt. I have pretty high arches and there was no support, and just standing in them for a few minutes was like standing in cement barefoot. I need padding and couldn’t bring myself to return for a pair that fit bigger so I could go buy insoles. Really sad because they are beautiful boots. Back to Frye I go.

Should not have listened to reviews. Ordered the 61/2 which was too small. Thanks to Zappos outstanding customer service, I exchanged for the 7 1/2 which arrived 24 hours later and I love them.

In my opinion, these do not run small rather true to size. I always wear a 7 or 7 1/2 and the 38 fit me perfectly. They are soft inside, lightweight and comfortable. My only complaint is the bottom needs more padding

Bought these for my wife. I had to send them back and order a size bigger because she was unable to get her foot into the boot. There isn’t a zipper on the shaft which makes putting them on difficult. Great looking boot!

I liked the boot but it was extremely hard to get on my right foot. I ordered the gray; the material is very slick and there is nothing to grab ahold of to pull the boot on. For me it was too narrow for my instep and I don't have a high instep. Once I got them on, they felt fine. I'm sorry it didn't work for me!

I really wanted to love this boot but it had all kind of problems on my feet. First I noted my arch was to high to smoothly fit into the boot. Then it was much to wide. I thought about getting a size up but honestly the length on this boot was on spot so I just gave up.

These boots are both attractive and comfortable! Not great arch support, but also not bad. The lining is felt and soooo great all except in the back of the heel, which without the appropriate socks seems would rub. One other issue is complete lack of tread. If you’re not planning to walk outside on any slick surfaces these are fine. If you live somewhere icy, these may not be what you’re looking for, but otherwise they are comfortable enough to walk around most cities for errands or even a full day of sightseeing.
