These are fantastic in sneakers! In cold weather it's tough to wear my Birkenstock sandals. Regular shoes cause back pains and keep my Chiropractor busy!

As someone else said...a dream come true. My chiropractor said I must wear my Birks all the time. Now I can comply and still wear my boots! Great product!

Wore them yesterday for the first time. Put them in my 1.5 inch heel boots and did not have any foot problems. First time in months that I've been able to wear something other than Birkenstocks.

I think this is an awesome idea. I have flat feet and I cant wear shoes unless I have an arch in the shoe so these are very helpful. I can just slip them in one of the flattest shoes and, Boom, I can wear them!

The orthotics come true to size. The arch support is phenomenal! It has 2 parts: the cork, which is rigid, and an upper full length insert which is softer. I would give it 5 stars if the upper part was offering better cushioning.

unfortunately too wide to fit in shoes

I was hoping I could use these to provide support for wearing flats, but unfortunately, they are too bulky and lift the foot up too much so my flats became more like flip flops, even with the original insoles removed. However, I used them in a pair of VERY old sneakers I use for yard work and they fit perfectly and felt great. I wear a size 7 shoe, these were 38 insoles. They fit well in the sneakers.

I am a Birki enthusiast and wanted to try these in my walking shoes. Even with a wide toe box and forefoot area, these felt very tight. I'll continue to wear my 3 pairs of Birkis, but am returning these. Bummed.

Great feel; bought the same size as my Birkenstock sandals and they were just a little small; not quite as much arch support as the sandals.

These arches are difficult to put in my shoes since the come in the 2 pieces and they are longer they should be. Make the shoes too tight to wear. I am still trying to find a shoe or boot they will work in. I prefer the half sized arch.

I am struggling to make these inserts work for me. I have several Birkenstock shoes so I thought these would have been an ideal fit, not so much. The cork like insert is a lot harder on my feet than the shoes are. The blue insert has to be trimmed down to fit other shoes. I have other inserts for my plantar fasciitis that work better.

Pain under toes!!! I have had pain under my toes esp left foot for years. A friend told me to put a piece of cotton 2 inches long and narrow- under and yes it helps. The padding is gone you see!!! Then i remember i always put on my Birks when I come in the house for immediate relief! So now i ordered the BirkoSport 2 part insole in hopes of using in other shoes. It does feel great but too wide for most shoes if you are a size 9 N like me. I am looking to put in dress and casual flats. My acsis tennis shoes feel great "as is "with the yellow blue added insole. HERE is the deal: i still need the toe support which the blue plastic liner dies not work. Too wide and if i cut it i cant return it. And it is hard on tender feet HOWEVER the cork piece for heel and arch is SUBLIME in my black dress flats. Yes it is too wide. Yes it widens the shoe but yes it feels good. You want to cry it feels good! Ha. That is funny! Question to Birk: can you not consider us skinny feet people to make a whole shoe insole in Narrow to fit in a dress flat - you can not cram the ones you have now into our shoes and some of us need to wear a shoe that looks more norm for church or work than the comfy yet burky look. :-). Pleaseeeee!!!! Yes love this insole but what do i do with the blue part? One lady said she filled the underside with a plastic glue stuff to get some support for her toes out of it. These were to replace the original insoles in a pair of Birkenstock clogs, but the support is in the wrong places.

My feet now require Birkenstock support all the time. I bought these, and then later I bought the light blue Birkenstock inserts. I wish I bought the light blue ones first. These, I thought I could split them up, and use in the different shoes as needed, with the blue liner for sneakers, without for regular shoes. The problem is they squeak with each step. Also - compared to the light blue ones, these are narrower in the heel. A regular Birkenstock shoe fits me perfectly, and these are just a hair narrower in the heel - the light blue ones fit identical to a Birk. Order the size you wear Birkenstock shoes.

If you love Birkenstock sandals and are looking for that feel in your shoes, this isn't exactly it. I would prefer a cork insole that mirrors the footbed that's in the sandal, but this is obviously not that. It's not bad as an alternative.

I found, as someone else mentioned, that the supports didn't hit me in the right spots. These insoles don't fit the same as Birkenstock footwear does.

not like a birkenstock sandal. I am always looking to find an insole that feels/fits like a birk sandal but this is not the same. They are very extreme with a very high arch (I have very low arches). They really caused pain for me. Sadly, they did not work.

I cant really say how these might have worked out, they would not fit in any of my shoes. It did not seem a good idea to cut them, as there is a lot of molding in the foot bed and it would re-align and cause foot to hit in the wrong places. Not sure what kind of shoe they could fit in except maybe an oversized boot
