Best dang slipper ever! Full support, NO FOOT PAIN

I love em...Well constructed in my opinion..However they are a full size to big so I'm sending them back for a smaller size. Will send another review about the new size fit.

Bought the slippers for my husband. He wears them in the house instead of shoes. He said they are so comfortable.

I have bought these slippers before for my husband. The are comforatable and well made. The fabric is soft and he said so easy to put on with the loop at the back heel.

excellent quality/good support for a slipper

These are very comfortable slippers They are also durable, good for short trips outside if needed. I have had several pairs over the past 5 years . Good for winter ,spring and fall. They are little warm for summer though , time for sandals .

These slippers are a WINNER....This is the second pair I have bought for my husband. He wears them in the house and even goes to the mailbox with them. He said that these are the most comfortable slippers he has ever had.

I tried 2 lambswool filled slippers for my father before coming back to the Desmond. For a man in his nineties, the toe boxes on the lambswool slippers were too sloped and did not provide sufficient comfort. The Desmond has been improved since I last purchased it. It continues to have a full comfort toe box, but is also lighter and softer inside than the previous model. I hesitated to buy it because it was heavier in the old model. This slipper was a win on all counts. It provides a stable foot bed, a well formed toe box, and is now lighter, but still a more shoe-like slipper. I never see my father's ankles slide inward in these slippers. My father's feet are not swollen, but he always had a wide foot and I bought him a "wide." This slipper protects his sensitive toes and supports his gait.

I have had problems with my feet for years now. I needed a slipper that was comfortable and durable. This is, by far, the best slipper I have ever worn. The sole is skid proof and is made of a material that allows me to wear them outside. I'm normally hard on slippers and end up throwing them out every 4 to 6 months. I have had my foamtreads for over a year now and I am still wearing them. I just ordered another pair for when my original pair finally wear out. The insoles are made of thick, dense memory foam and are so comfortable that I wish I could wear them all the time. The heavy duty construction has shown no sign of wear in the year that I have had them. I guarantee that you won't be sorry when you order these slippers.

These slippers fit my special needs son perfectly ! Not binding on his upper foot and appeared to offer sufficient amount of support for his flat feet. Just wish they still sold them ! :-(

Nice slippers, very warm and yet rugged. Will enjoy them for a long time

This is an excellent slipper for my handicapped, small & flat footed son! Because he walks on one side of his foot more, it did wear out faster than expected. But for the sizeing, flexibility and ease of on & off you cannot beat this slipper. I have bought many pairs, mostly expensive brands, and this is by far the better value.

Purchased as a gift for my husband as he needs new slippers. His prior brand of slippers were also Foamtreads Desmond, but these are much better than the prior versions from the gel cushioning to the fabric durability. The slippper felt a bit snug/tight at first, but like other reviews, the slippers loosened up a bit and fit just right without falling off when walking around. Recommend!

My husband says these are the best slippers he's ever worn. He usually gets slippers that he can put his orthotics into but says the arch support in these is so good he's wearing them as is. He likes the shoe-like design that cradles his foot and says they're warm and comfortable. Very pleased!

Forewarning; I've put way too much thought into this review over the last couple of weeks. I typically wear a size 11, but I figured I'd go with a 10.5 to ensure these Foamtreads didn't fall off my feet with every step. When I first slipped them on, they were significantly tighter than they are now, after two weeks worth of wear. That said, I wish I wouldn't have ordered a 1/2 size small because, although they did loosen up and are rather comfortable, the footbed is just a skosh too narrow for my taste. So, don't make the same mistake I did and order your normal size. Lastly, I was a bit surprised and disappointed in the weight of these slippers. They are seemingly twice the weight of my Nike running shoes. I suppose that is due to the memory foam? Nevertheless, after wearing them awhile the weight isn't as noticeable and the comfort and warmth of these slippers is second to none.

Great Comfort for a wide foot. Foam insert very comfortable; but after a year has lost some cushion. All in All i am very happy with my hard to fit feet.

I purchased 3 pairs of slippers for my father before I found the Desmond by Formtreads. He has a history of some foot pain and typically wears a size 9 wide perfectly. These slippers are the best I have found. They give support and comfort and they look great. I highly recommend these slippers.
