I ordered the black suede shoes. I was so disappointed with the fit and the way they looked on. The top part of the bootie was much wider than expect, which created a large gap between my ankle and the ankle part of the boot. The material appeared and felt cheap. I have another pair of these boots but from last season with a heavier suede and they are my favorite boots. I would like to try the lighter than ones instead maybe.

Try as I might I just didn't love these shoes. I wear a pretty strict 8.5 and had to return for an 8. Still didn't love them. In reality the toe is much more rounded than I thought and the height of the "shaft" part of the shoe is so low even my short socks peeked out. Just not for me.

Another reviewer mentioned the molded heels looks cheap, I agree. Also the boots look more of a muddy grey than the tan color in the picture. But my biggest complaint is that the boots are shorter than what is shown. The shaft is too short and sits just below my ankle- it's unflattering and the worse part is that there about a 3" gap from my ankle. That is too loose. The design was just not for me. While the grey color was not what I expected, the craftsmanship was not there and so I am sending them back. It would be a waste of money to keep these boots.

Felt like cheap shoes, not worth the money, but the look is fantastic. I feel like they run a half size too small.

I am a 9 all day long. Got my size and it was too large. Exchanged it for a half size down and it was pinching my toe box and big toe was hitting the top of the shoe. The insoles feel like rocks. These are going back again. Too bad. They really do look nice on, but not at the expense of comfort.

I wanted to keep this boot. Unfortunately I had to send it back. The rich saddle color shown is not accurate. The pair I received is more of a chestnut color, there was a defect on the right heel and the leather is two different textures: Pebbled in back, smooth in front. The fit was comfortable and perfect for a wide foot. Really disappointing. Going back.

Love the look of these shoes (I have them in the stone color) but they put this weird hard reinforcing material in the top of the shoe from the toe to where your foot bends when walking. It makes it incredibly uncomfortable to wear more than an hour. My feet/toes are screaming after a day -- it feels as though there is a "steel toe" or something in there. I think it is only in the taupe color that they did this but be warned. Ouch!

Please do NOT order this boot if you have narrow feet and/or narrow heals! I have very narrow feet but can usually wear a medium boot with an insert. However, I cound not keep these on even with 2 inserts. The leather is nice, the style is very cute and the heal is perfect so I am sorry to have to return these.

These were so incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. I got the black leather and maybe the suede is softer? Couldn't even imagine taking the time to break these in so they are going back.

I received my boots today and could not wait to open the box and slip them on! They are beautiful and seem to be made very well. I always wear a size 7 1/2. I was very disappointed when I tried to slip them on and could not even get half my foot in the boot. I do not have wide feet but I could not get anything past my toes in this boot. It is very narrow. I would love to order them in a larger size but have no idea what size to order. It is so difficult to find a nice boot with a low heel...the search continues.

I was so excited about these because I had heard about how comfortable and easy to wear they were, but I honestly did not even bother trying them on before returning them. The leopard print is sort of stamped on with a chunky paint that looks like it will chip off of the hair calf, and there is a strange sort of weird scent emanating from the shoe box.

Really cute boot except that there's a seam up the front and the pattern doesn't match which ruined the look for me. Too bad.Also ordered in the black suede and it's a beautiful boot which I will keep.

These boots are super cute (I ordered the leopard) and look to be well made with nice detail. I sent back the first pair of these boots and ordered a half size bigger. Once that arrived, it is still uncomfortable. Very stiff, and still snug. I'm always surprised that the same manufacturer can have such extreme differences in fit and feel between styles.

I was looking for an ankle boots that could be dressed up or down and thought that these were the boots! They are made from pretty suede and are the right height. Unfortunately these somewhat expensive boots fit poorly and both boots were seriously defective! The leather lining near the zipper had pulled away from both the left and right boots. I wear a 6½, medium width and these boots felt long and narrow, not very comfortable. They are sadly going back.

Beautiful little boot but felt very tiny, it’s at least 2 sizes smaller than what it’s marked. If you hope to wear this boot, order 2 SIZES BIGGER THAN YOUR NORMAL SHOE SIZE. These will be going back.

These shoes are about 1/2 inch narrower than my other shoes and significantly shorter in length. I could not even get them on my feet.

I didn’t even try these boots on. It looked like they were worn and thrown back into the box. They were not wrapped or stuffed to maintain shape. The fabric by the zipper was cut in a jagged way like it was cut from the zipper. This is the first time I’ve tried this brand. I hope it’s not indicative of their overall quality

The inside zipper comes into contact with the skin and is very uncomfortable. Wore these shoes and threw away the box but won't be wearing them again. Very disappointed.

I don't understand the sizing on these shoes. I have a pair from 2017 in size 8 that fit perfectly therefore when I went to purchase them in another color I tried the same size. I couldn't even get my foot in them. I proceeded to order an 8 W thinking that would help because they were so narrow. They were so wide I was walking out of them. I tried an 8.5 M and while the width was better for me, I couldn't keep my feet in them. I have never had trouble finding shoes and these just baffle me because I love my original pair. It's too bad I won't be able to add brown ones to my wardrobe.

The boot itself is really cute and comfy and looks just like it's pictures. Unfortunately, I only had them for 6 months and the wood veneer on the heel chipped off through normal wear. It's really sad because they are great boots otherwise but now unwearable.

Loved the look of these booties. Ordered my size seven wide. They were way too tight and so stiff it was actually hard to get out the cardboard liner and stuffing. Only tired on one for a second and my poor foot still feels squished.

I love the looks of this bootie but it ended up hurting after just a few hours. Something rubs the side of my foot and I had to change shoes. Unfortunately I cannot return them since I wore them but I would not recommend these for a wide foot at all!

I have bought a new pair of Petty booties every every 2 years for the last 8 years and this year he changed them and made them cheaper. The suede is not as soft and the sole is very hard. So disappointed. Why didn't they raise the price $5 and keep the quality vs. going the other way. I will not buy these again!

The toe area is too narrow for my feet and minimal arch support.

This shoe is my very defintion of pain. I tried them on, and because they were so cute, I thought well, they just need breaking in. After one wear, my feet are done. I am always a standard 10 B, and these were so narrow I could not believe it. Also, there is so litlle cushioning on the bottom that my feet were throbbing after 1 hour of walking. Pretty shoes, but killer on the feet.
