Great color but for the price I expected them to be a lot more comfortable. They rub blisters on the toes and run a bit narrow.

Unfortunately, my foot was swimming in this boot. I typically wear a size 11, rarely down to 10 depending upon the brand. It's a very attractive boot, but not substantial enough for me. I prefer heavier, tighter footwear and this was light with virtually no padding. Could not even foresee being comfortable at a desk with these on. May be a great buy for those who do not mind flimsy footwear, but not for me.

This shoe was comfortable in my house but just didn't like the way they looked on. They Made my feet look long from the side and I just didnt feel feminine. Also there is this awful, odd smell to them and the scent has attached itself to my hands and I scrubbed three times already and its still there... scary. Im returning them right now.

These shoes are okay, but I'm returning them. I got the snakeskin print expecting to see some snakeskin texture along with the snakeskin color, but the boot is flat leather, which makes the shoe look much cheaper than it otherwise would be.

These boots are very stylish but not supportive or comfortable. I have a slightly narrow foot and the width was a little narrow for my comfort. If these are uncomfortable walking around my house, they won't be comfortable with much walking or standing.

In pictures and in several reviews that I had read, these boots seemed to be a winner. My size is 5.5 Wide, and they had not been available in 5.5 for awhile. When I saw that they were available in size 6 Wide--and the discounted price was good--I decided to give them a try. I'm really delighted that Zappos return policy is so easy, because these boots A) looked and felt very large--MUCH more so than a half size, B) the color was different from the picture (I was expecting more of a tan/light brown . . . instead it was Putty Grey), C) the zipper for the boots was very stiff--having to yank it a bit to get it up, and D) there was no comfort within the boot itself . . . it felt stiff. I'm glad I tried them, but I guess Sam Edelman is not my brand.

I am a 5'5 and 100lbs with a petite frame. I normally have narrow feet and ordered a 7.5M. The boot was too narrow and tight but still too long and there was a bit of space in front of my toes. There was also a lot of space around my ankles. From the side, the shoe looked too long and big although it had the feeling of being tight. It was quite an awkward fit, and I normally fit into many types of shoes fine. It also did not have much cushioning or padding or support. The shoe looks much better in the picture and the color looks much flatter in person. Overall, a disappointing purchase, and I am returning it.

These were the oddest boots. I ordered a size up because of the reviews and they still weren’t right. I was slipping out of the back while getting squeezed at the front. I have a standard width foot. I’ve never once needed a wide and these medium width boots fit like a narrow. They’re super cute but I’m not going to put myself through the pain of trying to make them work. Sad to be returning them.

I loved these at first but after occasional use the outsole is completely detaching on both boots. Because of that, I would not recommend these boots. I expect better quality out of Sam Edelman.

Loved the look of these, but they were super uncomfortable and not wide at all. I ordered a wide width, but like many booties, they were still way too narrow and the material is hard, so there is no stretch or give. I have wide feet with a propensity for bunions. I also wear orthotics. These do not work with orthotics, since there is no removable sole, there isn't room. But, even without orthotics they were too tight around my toes and extremely uncomfortable. For the price, you would think they would be better made.

Super cute and comfy. Fits true to size. I decided to return the grey color for black suede which fits my wardrobe better in hindsight.

Gorgeous but not comfy on my feet. I'd love to love these and have them fit well, unfortunately for me not happening. They are stunners though.

I love these booties, and the style is very attractive. Unfortunely, the toebox (Medium) is way too narrow for my foot. I need to return them, please.

Really like these black velvet booties with silver detail. Fashionable, and great heel height with wider heel with better traction than some of my other booties with a cowboy heel. Wore these for over 6 hours the first day I put them on. Great style, great fit, easy to wear.

Love these boots.Have 2 other colors from previous years. Got same size. 6 1/2. These feel a little bigger but a 6 is too tight. Stayed with the 6 1/2. Got the mustang brown. Beautiful. Perfect heel height for me. Know I will wear these a lot.

I thought they seemed comfortable right out of the box so I wore them for the first time when I would be on my feet for a while. They were great, felt good, and my feet were fine.

These are very nice....if you like gold! The zipper and back of ankle have very bright gold 'hardware'. My feet are moderately narrow 9.5-10. I ordered a 10, the 9.5 probably would fit better, but the width was good for me.

These boys are great! Comfortable stylish and beautiful! I’ve bought and returned 8 pairs of boots last month and finally found these . I’ll definitely be keeping and loving them!

Wonderfully soft leather. Very comfortable. Initially had a size too small. Return was done with ease. New pair came ptomptly.
