These shoes are very comfortable from the first time I wore them.I also had ordered the same shoe in black.They are true to size.Would not hesitate buying another pair.

LOVE these boots! So cute and comfy. Only gripe I have is no traction on sole, and could be slippery even on carpet - hoping I don't break my neck. Ordered 1/2 size down based on other reviews and works nicely. I just wear thin socks/nylon sockies since regular ankle socks show if you look down in the boot.

These shoes are beautiful. However, I ordered the black suede, and the pair I received had stains on both shoes!! I would have ordered another pair and just gotten an even exchange, but they're out of stock in my size in that color. I'm disappointed and surprised - I've had nothing but good experiences so far with Zappos (am even VIP status with them). Still, free shipping both ways helps.

My search for the perfect ankle boots is over! I bought these in the smooth black leather in my regular size (6½M), and they feel just right. They are cute and well made, and I find the heel height a nice compromise between style and comfort. As other reviewers have pointed out, the fit is a tiny bit roomy, but I like that as it allows me to wear medium-weight socks (and not worry that the boots will start feeling tight if my feet swell up during the day). The fit around the ankle is also a bit roomy, but again, that suits me fine - no rubbing. There is not a whole lot of cushioning in the footbed, though. I experimented with adding gel insoles, and they made the fit too tight; so if you plan to do that, you might want to go half a size up. That said, I personally find them comfortable enough without an insole for a normal day's wear (that is, no extensive walking or long hours of standing).

I ordered these boots to go with a special outfit and they were perfect. They were comfortable. I wore them all day and my feet never hurt.

I have a 9 narrow foot and these shoes fit great. They are comfortable, I worn them all day right out of the box. They look great with pants or skirt and tights. I would definitely get another pair.

These shoes were awesome! I ordered an 8 and I usually wear 8.5 in most boots but they're true to size and fit perfectly. Super comfy, I find myself trying to wear them all the time.

These booties are awesome! I got black, they are super comfortable and go with everything. I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and in these needed the 9 1/2. If you're unsure which to buy just get both & return what you don't need since returns are so easy with Zappos!

I have had this brand before so I jumped on buying these. They fit and feel great! I got them so fast and was very happy when I saw them. Life is good with Zappos!

Great shoes! Leather is excellent quality. Super comfortable, able to wear them all day. No breaking in required. I thought they were slightly narrower than a normal shoe. I have a pair of Sam Edelman flats that were extremely narrow so I was anticipating the same thing for these shoes but not at all.

Love these booties! Get lots of compliments when I wear them. I wear mostly size 10 in shoes, and that's what I ordered. However, the 10 s were large, and I returned them and got a 9 1/2, which fit perfectly. They felt a little narrow the first time that I wore them, but stretched comfortably within first wear.

The reviews don't lie and this boot is comfortable! My only minor complaint is the bottom is slippery. I was sliding on the carpet, but I'll just scuff it up outside a bit.

These shoes are super comfortable. I wore them with cuffed skinny jeans on Thanksgiving and even got a compliment from my teenaged daughter. You can wear these all day.

Please bring back the black leather with the brown sole! I bought these in saddle, and they quickly became my favorite shoes. I went back to buy the black, but all you have now is black with black sole. this is not nearly as good looking of a shoe as the one in the video. Please bring it back! I will buy it immediately.

I can not say enough good things about these boots. They look perfect with everything and are so very, very comfortable. I work on my feet and walk everywhere...ten hours in these boots, no problem. I've been wearing them all day every day since purchasing. My other shoes are jealous. Seriously, buy them now! (Also they arrived super fast!)

I stalked these online at several stores trying to hunt down my size. When Zappos finally restocked I purchased the honey color straight away. These are the perfect fall bootie! They graze the ankle at just the right height, and work great with pants and skirts alike. True to size, they are a slight narrow make at the toes though. Perfect for walking around for hours in NYC with no pain.

Love these booties! Comfortable to walk in, look good with jeans and leggings. A good choice for a low heel bootie!

I love these boots! I was in the market for booties for the longest time and when I came across these, I had to have them. I'm happy to report that actually having them is great! They are comfortable, stylish and perfect for any occasion. I'm very happy with this purchase. The only thing was that I am normally a size 7 in shoes, and had to get these in 6.5.

I bought these for the heel height, as I am on my feet 10 hours a day. They did take a little breaking in across the foot. My foot is not wide but my bone does stick out a little and these put pressure on the bone the first couple of times I wore them but they have stretched out enough and are perfect now.

Love these shoes. Was looking for something with a low heel that is comfortable to walk in. I walk a lot - a mile to and from work, and have no problem walking it in these shoes. Very comfortable and versatile style-wise. The only bummer is that the inside of the heel got a bit chewed up from resting my feet on the rail of a bar stool. Otherwise, great quality.

Love this boot. Heel height for me is perfect and the boot is just the right style for wearing with skinny jeans or nice pants. I get complements when I wear them. I wear a 9.5 in shoes, and usually a 9 in boots. I ordered these in size 9 and at first they felt to tight. But they did give, and I think a 9.5 would be too big, I wear them with light socks.

Just bought these last week in putty and they are fabulous! Have worn them 2 days in a row all day and are easily the most comfortable boots I have. I did add a half insert for arch support since I have fallen arches, but even without the inserts they are very comfortable and a very attractive boot. Have gotten lots of compliments on them already and have worn them with both slacks and jeans. Great service from Zappos too! Thumbs up!
