Love Sam Edelman. These are the classic ankle boots that you need in every color. NEED. I own two pairs and I'm a recent convert to the Petty boot. A little tight at first, but they wear in quickly and not painfully.

Beautiful little bootie! Very comfortable right out of the box. I wear a size 10 M and that's what I ordered. I have a medium to slightly narrow foot and I personally find that Sam Edelman shoes fit me well. The features I like are the soft suede - I loved the grey color!, the softly rounded toe, and the stacked heel was a great comfortable height. This bootie would pair well with dresses, skirts, boyfriend jeans, leggings, etc. This is a great all around bootie!

I like the look of the black and the heel is perfect height for work. If you have a wider foot it might be a good idea to go up half a size as the toe of the boot is slightly narrow.

I thought that they were more camel color and they are actually more grey.

I now own two pairs of the Petty. I first purchased the putty suede in a store for Fall 2015 and have worn them more than I even thought I would. They are that easy and comfortable. The putty color also pairs well with just about anything. This winter I got the black leather since I loved my first pair so much. I did find that I preferred the look of the smooth leather over the tumbled leather. I normally wear a size 8 and these worked well for me in an 8.

I've been hunting for cute comfortable and affordable ankle boots and these fit the bill. The leather is a gorgeous warm teak color and the padded soles make them easy to walk in. I wore them for the first time on a trip to Portland and walked for 8 hours without any issues. My feet were tired but no blisters or pain after miles and hours of walking.

Like others, I found this boot too narrow in toe box. I liked the style. The quality was excellent, but I am returning as it was too narrow for my Morton's neuroma.

Just not what I wanted. Felt a bit clunky to me.

Just got these in black. Really happy. Much more comfortable than Lucky Brand on my foot. Not as heavy of a shoe.

Very stylish and goes with everything. Love these boots. I wear them all the time. Didn't take long to break in!

Beautiful boot in a great snake skin pattern. The heel is not too high and they seem walkable. It fits true to size in terms of length (I wear a 10 normally, and ordered a 10 here) however they are too wide for me. I do have narrow feet which is why I thought Sam Edelman would work, since they typically run pretty narrow, but the center of the shoe and the ankle area are both comically large on me. Had to return.

Really cute boot. Fit snug at first and I have normal width feet. I actually like the putty suede color better, so I'm returning these.

Super cute and classic black bootie. From a style perspective they get a lot of compliments. They are pretty comfortable with one exception - I have wear a size 9 and with these booties you could wear no socks, low ankle socks or nylons - and the no sock or nylon option leaves my foot slipping around quite a bit. That being said I like that I can also wear socks and the way the shape and/or zipper is oriented the shoe won't fall off (you just move a bit more around in it). I am prone to Blisters and have not gotten any yet from this sliding feature.

Love, love, love!!! I'm so glad I took the advice of all these 5 star reviews and bought these shoes! Most comfortable, versatile shoes I own! I need a wide toe box and my regular size in a Wide width fit perfectly, heel isn't too sloppy, my toes are happy, and they don't look like boats on my feet. I wear these all day in a job where I seldom sit down and these beat all my other dress shoes for comfort. I wear them with Smart Wool Hide and Seek socks and they don't budge or show--they're expensive but totally worth it and make the boots that much better. I went on to buy two other colors from the Sam Edelman website because Zappos had limited availability in wide width colors/sizes but I shopped here first because I love Zappos, always a good experience shopping here. Only thing I can add to the overwhelming positive reviews is I wish I had scotch guarded the putty suede before wearing them, I got some sort of water spot on them the first time I wore them that I haven't been able to get off. It's probably only noticeable to me but I wish I hadn't been in such a rush to wear them I didn't protect them first.

I received these for a Christmas present so I have not had them long. I have to wear an AFO on one foot which causes all shoes to be stiff. I wore these yesterday for close to 12hours standing in the kitchen cooking for a lot of that time Later in the evening I realize how long I had worn them and my feet felt great. I had no rubs or blisters. I am thrilled with the boots and will look for more shoes in this brand when I need a new pr of shoes

I really enjoy this shoe and think it looks great with so many colors!

These booties are simply gorgeous! I also bought a suede pair last year and knew I wouldn't be disappointed with another pair. The leather is a pebble grain and they go with anything dressy or even a bit casual. I hope to add more colors of this style to my closet soon!

These are the perfect looking booties, I love the putty color and they are just the right height. The only thing I find slightly disappointing is the lack of traction on the soles...watch out on ice! I love them so much that I overlook this, but they would be 100% perfect if they had a rubber sole.

Great boot but even the wide was not quite wide enough!

I love these shoes! Very comfy and stylish. I'm a teacher and can wear these all day without discomfort. Get a pair in every color!

These are exactly what I was looking for when I ordered them. They are super comfy and can dress up even a super casual outfit. I have a sneaky feeling I'll be purchasing them in another color before too long.

i love these boots they are very rich looking in the saddle leather color too- i wear them with a pair of free people socks with a pom pom and the little ball pops just over the top of the boot for a cute winter look with skinny jeans. when it gets warmer i plan to wear them with shorts and short skirts- they are so comfortable i know these are going to me a main stay in my she wardrobe

Great classic shoe. Fits true to size and will stretch a little and get more comfortable as you wear it in.
