Package was great and product is both soft in inside and comfortable to put on. Black is a deep and crisp black with shoe stings not to long.

these are so comfy and WARM. not too bad about slipping on ice and the fur def keeps u warm during winter. only thing is wear higher socks, the top where it hits ur ankle sometimes causes some blisters but for sure manageable. i was on the fence about them and am so glad i got them! i am between an 8-9 in sizing and did not want them to be huge but i read alot of reviews and got my size in normal uggs which is 9 and they fit PERFECTLY and dont look clunky at all.
