The shoes were gifts for my son. He's worn them once and the threading appears to be separating after wearing them for a few hours. They also run very large. We didnt return them because he wore them
For a few hours, however I would like to because of the quality issue.

I love the shoe the shoe is really comfortable but makes my feet look HUGE, and they run small. I wear a size 8 1/2 I wasn't able to fit a 10 so I had to get an 11. Overall wouldn't buy again.

Have a pair of uggs the same style and I bought a pair for a friend but the color didn't match with mine. They came in a darker color and didnt seem original. I had to get a refund! Prefer buying uggs in person from now on.

Bought these for our son's birthday (he picked them out). He wanted Chestnut color so we got them. The first time he wore them (for a few hours only), his jeans discolored the boots. We were afraid to try to wash them / make it worse. We'd welcome suggestions on how to fix it.

I love the design of these shoes, but like most UGGs, these shoes run narrow and I have wide feet. I could order a larger size, but then they would be too long. Ultimately, I was forced to return these awesome looking shoes. I would gladly purchase these if they had wide sizes. Until then, I cannot recommend UGG.

One foot i larger than the other. I have to buy for the larger foot and in the case of this specific shoe the left shoe is unacceptably too large for me.

I already own a pair of Neumel in black suede and I love them very much but I am not pleased with the China Tea Leather version. The look of the leather is cheap and I don't actually believe they are really leather. They are stiff and they hurt the back of my ankles when I sit down. There is very little give and they don't seem like they will ever be "broken in." Sadly, I am likely returning or exchanging.
