I ordered the Cordovan Neumel, but the shoe I received is not the color shown on the website. Cordovan usually is brown with red/rust/pink overtones, as pictured on the website, but the shoe I received is light brown, almost tan, although marked "cordovan". I usually wear a size 11 UGG shoe or boot but this shoe was too small for my foot. I'll have to exchange for an 11 1/2. The boot outer is suede leather, but the trim along the edges is cloth. The foot bed liner is not removable, unlike other UGG shoes/boots I've worn in the past. The fur lining is nice, and I expect the Neumel will be quite comfortable in a larger size and probably a different color.

I loved the shoes, however Zappos is out of most of the colors. I did order the China tea leather, but these are much darker and less worn than in the photo. I would assume they would appear worn (as in the photo) after several wears, however having to wear something that looks like a dark brown shiny diabetic shoe in hopes that it will look better later is not worth it to me. I am returning the current ones in hope that another color comes in stock.
