Boots are nice and the inside is very fluffy. But kinda disappointed because they are not true to size. My husband wears a size 10 and that is what I ordered but they were way to small . He needs a size 11 due to the boot having to much fur inside .

The laces were a little long for this height boot. I find that they drag. They are missing arch support for feet. Comfortable as a slipper not to wear to the mall or somewhere that requires standing.

What's great about it is I love ugg shoes and boots. This particular item didn't have a great, equal fit. The left shoe fit perfect but the right shoe felt as if it was stretched giving it a too big too wide fit. The hassle of returns and re deliveries are an inconvenience, so I just kept the product. I just feel that I got a bad deal on this one. I bought the same product prior to this black boot in a different color and the fit was equally perfect.

This is the second pair of Uggs I got for my husband. Neither fit him. The toe box was not deep enough and the only other choice was the EEE wide which we thought would be too wide.

Got it for my husband. Me and my boy owned the ugg boots and I want him to owned one too. So I bought it and he didn't like it first but he give complement that it keep he feet really warm! Winner

I loved the shoes, however Zappos is out of most of the colors. I did order the China tea leather, but these are much darker and less worn than in the photo. I would assume they would appear worn (as in the photo) after several wears, however having to wear something that looks like a dark brown shiny diabetic shoe in hopes that it will look better later is not worth it to me. I am returning the current ones in hope that another color comes in stock.

Sizes aren't true to size and I ordered them incorrectly. I returned them the next day and am still waiting on them to be delivered. Sat on the customer service line for an hour trying to get an anticipated delivery date to know avail.

For slippers these are inconvenient. They should be easy to slip into. I really wish they had not discontinued the original slip on style.

I have been wearing UGGs size 7 since they started to sell them in the US. I ordered a 7 in this style and it is just too big. I measured it against a pair of my UGGs and it looks like a full size bigger.

I have owned Uggs now for 20 years and this style, when introduced, reminded me of the Mel or California chukka that was so popular. I have never been so disappointed in a shoe. Upon slipping it on I immediately noticed that it had zero support. I've worn them some this winter, because they do provide some warmth but I must say I've never been more disappointed in a shoe. I guess Ugg wanted to get these things out there and took their chances. I'll certainly continue to gander at the Ugg styles but will not hesitate to return any pair that mimic these things.

I like the shoes very much, I would recommend these shoes. They keep your feet warm and comfortable. However, one shoe is stitched properly and the other shoe is not and it is making a crease in the shoe and it just does not look right, I feel they will not last long because of it and for the money I would hope to have them for a second year.
