I love the shoes, but my usual size is too small.

I purchased these for my boyfriend, they were too small and we looked online and decided to exchange for 1 size up and in black. I received the exchange, they were the right size but not in black. They are the same as originally sent. I called customer service and she said black is out of stock and I should of been contacted before they sent the 2nd pair. Now I have to call and ask to put us on back order for black and do the whole exchange process again. I believe if I received a call first we could of come up with a simpler solution.

These are great. Very comfortable. I find they are much better without socks, but to each their own.
