They are damaged, they look worn and put back in a box and re sent out. So now I have to go to the trouble of exchanging them and going to the post office to get another pair. I've noticed a steady decline when buying online vs in store. Wish I could post a picture of what I got.

I have three grandchildren and one by one, every Xmas, one would want a pair after seeing the other siblings pair, I would get the other grandchild a pair until all three had a pair. This year was my turn and I got my New Navy Neumal at a great price. It was the male Neumal but the price was right and I chose the right size for a fraction of what I paid for the grandchild. Good things come to those who wait sometime.

These boots were ordered by my Grandchild. The UGG Neumel mens size 6 in Putty. However, when the boots arrived, the box said size 6, but the boots were a size 9. I had to return them and can't find another pair in what we ordered. The UGG site lists a pair of size 6 (one pair). I would order, but they are probably the pair I returned. Quality control needs to step up and make sure what is on the outside of the box matches what is on the inside.

I have a pair and bought a pair for my son's birthday. He loves them as well. Keeps your feet nice and snuggly warm! There's enough toe room for thicker socks, too!

They come in so many different colors. They are so comfortable with and without socks.

I have not worn them outside yet because I am waiting for it too get cold. They are very warm and comfortable.

Use them in cool weather, super comfortable. However I did drop a small amount of water on one of them and the stain while less after it dried is still there.

since they dont make half sizes, and after trying women's 7 (too small), and women's 8 (too big), they had smaller sizes for men, i decided to get the men's in size 6 and it fits perfectly for my feet so now im always on the look out for the smaller sizes in mens because i'd prefer it to fit my perfectly instead of stretching it over time. i'm giving it 4/5 because it's creasing a lot faster than the past uggs i had so it looks so worn out/old looking even though i didn't have it/wear it for very long.

Wear every where. Plan to get them in every color.

They are so comfortable & warm love the Putty color. They fit perfectly. Love that they're neutral & can go with anything. Will be purchasing other colors.

Great gifts; well received. I had to exchange one pair (I bought two) because the sizing was misleading. I ordered 11.5 and got an 11 which was too small.
