AWESOME customer service! love Zappos! Super friendly, easy exchange / return in some other items. great company and sets the standard on service. These Mini Bailey Button boots are just fantastic! They look and feel great. Very plush inner wool padding that adds to comfort. These run a little large - by maybe a half size - but they are still very comfortable this way - with or without socks. Love these and got the house shoe to match. I'm hooked on UGGS for life now.

Received these as a Christmas present from my mom. She purchased size 5 (even though I'm a size 6) since the website said they run big but with socks on they were a little too tight. Tried to exchange for a size 6 but they didn't have any. So now I have to return them and then wait to reorder the bailey button short in size 6. Wish I could wear them now!

Excellent version of the Bailey Button. I have three version of the Bailey Button (mini, short and tall) and these might be my favorite. You cannot go wrong getting them from Zappos as the service is awesome!

Love these! I got them in chestnut and they are very comfortable. I'm a size 10 and they fit perfectly. They are easy to get on and off. I own another pair of Ugg boots. These boots are great with jeans. I know I got my money's worth. If you haven't had a chance to purchase Ugg boots these are a great pair of boots.

I love everything about these boots! They are perfect for a girl like me with thick calves. I generally wear a size 8½, but I decided to order down half a size because a lot of reviewers said these run big. The 8 is perfect for using them without socks. If you plan to wear them with socks, do yourself a favor and order them in your regular size.

I love these! They are warm, but not too warm and very comfortable. They feature the typical Ugg styling but with the little extra button feature. They are definitely winners for New England weather.

I bought these for my German exchange student, because Zappos was the only place we could find them. When the first shipment arrived, the boots were missing. I contacted Zappos customer service right away because our student was heading home to Germany in a few days. Zappos was great - they overnighted a replacement pair of boots and our German student was thrilled! They're exactly what she wanted! We will definitely recommend Zappos to everyone!

I LOVE UGGS. That is all there is to it. They are true to size. They are like wearing your house slippers around all day. So comfortable. There isn't really arch support to speak of, but there is plenty of cushion.

I am a size 9 normally and the size 8 in these fit great. So they run one size big. However, I do have one complaint. They are NOT easy to get on....the way the ankle is on these (I guess because they are short) they are very hard to pull on...I am keeping them and hoping they will get better.

They fit perfect and are easy to slip off and on. I bought for sure footing slippers for the cold Colorado winters. They are not slippers, but I like the sole for indoor as well as outdoor activities.

I bought these around thanksgiving, and have worn them all winter. They are great go to boots and I really enjoy wearing them. They have lasted almost a year and think that they will last another good two years. They are definitely worth the money. The button is so cute!

Apart from the phenomenal comfort, these ankle-high booties are much cuter than I expected. They will be great for a warm, casual shoe this fall. I ordered them in sapphire blue partly because that color was on sale and I couldn't resist the lower price. The sapphire tone looked pretty in the pictures but I worried the blue furry lining peeking out might look a bit like Cookie Monster. However, I shouldn't have worried. When they arrived, I found the color vibrant but also feminine and not overpowering. I really bought too many shoes recently and especially Uggs, so I thought of returning these, but I am in love and can't let them go. Cancel the return label, Zappos, and thanks for these cute boots.

I have the Ugg Mini Bailey Button in Brown and also grey and they are great to wear as slippers or boots. I turn them down and wear outside in the Winter to take in logs for the fireplace or outside with our mild Arizona Winters as boots. They are super comfortable and I find they run true to size with just enough toe room left if your feet swell. I even like them better than the original bailey button because your ankles are free. I do not put my jeans inside as they pull out. I can truly recommend these for women who also have wide ankles. Just do not button up and you have a lot of room. I never wear socks with my boots and my feet are cool in the Sumner and warm in the Winter with the sheepskin lining. If you are on the fence about these try them remember that you have nothing to loose with Zappos' return policy.

I purchased these as a gift for my mom, and originally she said she would never wear any colors other than the neutral ones but when these arrived (blue) she loved them. Great fit and color. Not to mention: classic Ugg quality. Great purchase.

If you are thinking about adding the Mini Bailey Button boot to your collection, don't wait a second longer! I've been a fan of the Classic Tall since I was in high school but this particular style just might be my new favorite! I love the Raspberry color - so inviting, youthful and fresh. As soon as my boots came (which was the next day with the free shipping!) I wore them all around the house. Long story short: Buy these while they're on sale and stock up.

I love the mini Baily Button! its summer but scarlet blue was on sale at an amazing price and I couldn't resist. the color is beautiful and goes with most of my outfits. not only that the shoe itself is so comfortable. I would totally recommend any woman to buy these boots!

Bought these for my mother for her birthday. I got a pair for myself too. Bright cute color, love them. I own many pair of Uggs and this was the tightest to slip my foot into. True to size, tighter fit than most Uggs.

I pull the fur down and wear as shoes and the size 10 is just perfect and fits like a soft rich glove on my feet with plenty of toe room so I can wear all day without having my toe touch the end, even when my feet swell at night and I still have them on, super comfy. Once I have them on, I never want to take them off. Have them in Crimson, Brown, Grey and Cloud. I always put two layers of silicone spray to waterproof and save my color. Once dry they never fade. Uggs are heaven for your feet. If you're undecided, don't hesitate get them now with so many great colors and sales...you will not regret your decidion. Thanks!

I love my new mini Bailey button's. They are so cute and comfy. The color is so rich and I don't have to worry about the color fading or looking dirty like with a lighter color.

Very comfortable and warm. I surprised at how dry my feet kept while wearing them. Usually boots like these make my feet so sweaty and overheated. I love the mini style too, as they're easy to slip on and off.
