Extremely disappointing -- I thought this would be an acceptable replacement for my beloved 'Roslynn' boots (which have apparently bee discontinued). Alas, they are more like slippers than shoes, with absolutely no support, and they look very clunky, too. They are, however, very comfortable in a slippers sort of way. If I'd thought of it, I would have returned them before wearing outside. Too bad on you, Uggs.

I purchased these and received them a few weeks ago, the weather has been off (rain/snow mix) so I hadn't gotten a chance to wear them as I refused to put them on until everything cleared up on the ground didn't want to risk ruining them. I wore them for the first time yesterday and after wearing them only once to walk around the mall with a friend I had noticed that the button on the side of my right boot had nearly fallen off and was hanging on for dear life. I had purchased these boots even though I heard quite a few people complaining about the buttons coming off I really wish I hadn't now. My suggestion is to heed the warning.

This boot fits horribly. I have it in the brown that I purchased last year and it fits my foot perfectly. I ordered the same size...way too small. I went up a size and the seam still hits my foot completely wrong. The thickness of the interior wool also seems to be lacking in this boot as well - both pairs I tried. Really disappointing.

Here's the problem O love these boots but you only make a size 11 as the biggest size. I wear size 12 sometimes 12 w. Why cant you make these boots in bigger sizes I like cute boots and there are many other women who feel the same as I do. Please I'm begging you to help me and women like me to have access to cute boots like our normal feet women

I ordered these after having bad luck with the classic mini boot and not being able to insert my foot through the opening. Since these boots don't have the bias tape around the top of the boot I thought my problem was solved. No such luck. I was not able to insert my foot into these boots either. The upper boot was very flexible but where you insert your foot was so tight and thin that I was not able to insert my foot much past my toes! I am not sure what has changed with Ugg boots, but their large roomy boot was a blessing for me since I have so much trouble finding shoes that actually fit my foot. Such a shame!
