I love these shoes. They are sized weird and I had to send the first pair back to Zappos because I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe (too narrow at boot opening). They resent me a 2nd pair (of the same size/boot) & they fit perfect. Thank you Zappos for an amazing pair of Uggs.

This was my first pair of Uggs and I love them! I got them to use as slippers but have found myself wearing them all the time. They are extremely comfortable and warm, well worth the money spent on them!

I'm usually a 7 in women's, so I read all the comments and decided to go with a size 6. The six felt small (maybe because of the fur inside), so I sent them back and got a 7. The 7 is kind of big, but hey it's my shoe siZe, so I have to stick it out. Overall, nice boot just wish it weren't so big!

These are very warm, and yes they do run big. I wear a 9M and got these in an 8 and fit fine when barefoot. But they do slip at the heel. I simply twist the rubber on the button once or twice to tighten and that does trick. I also used an orthotic if I am going to be walking for more than an hour - just a half for some arch support.

I got these in the blue color and I thought it was navy blue but when I got it it was a lighter blue still very cute tho but I read up on a lot and the button breaks and falls off and I feel like to be spending a lot of money on a shoe like this nothing like that should be happening so I returned it still very nice tho.

I love the look & soft warmth of the button Uggs, and the grey color is versatile for various color pants, but I'm sorry to say that my heel slips out at the back with each step. I have narrow feet & an extra-narrow heel so have difficulty finding shoes that fit well, but I have a pair of low Uggs that do fit well so I hadn't expected a problem. I see many people wearing button Uggs so they must be a comfortable fit for most, but I will try a different style. Thanks to Zappos for having such great customer service and free shipping so that we can try on 'til we get a good fit!

Very disappointed with the color. I ordered Chestnut, and in the pictures it looks like a very rich color, and next to light the colored fur, I liked the look a lot. In reality the color is very light. If you need to see the actual color, pictures of classic Bailey button will give you a much better idea. It's more of a sand color, certainly not chestnut.

Uggs are great. I wear a size 8 in women but with Uggs I go with a size 7 because if you are a true Ugg wearer you know that the shoe stretches after a while. Do not be alarmed when trying to put the shoe on and it feels as if your feet will not go in because they will. You have to break the shoe in like any other shoes. If wearing for fashion I advise you not to wear Uggs in the snow because the salt will ruin your shoes. But overall they are great shoes.

Love these, but found out I can't wear them for hours at a time shopping because of the nonexistent arch support. If that's not a problem for you this won't be an issue.Otherwise they are great.

Love these boots. They were a little shorter than I expected. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 7 and they fit me comfortably. I hate that I ordered them so far in the winter season now it's spring and not cold enough to wear them. Overall happy with purchase.

I love these boots, BUT and a big but, impossible to get on. After struggling for about 10-15 minutes, they're finally on and comfortable.Really don't have that much time to waste to get them on

I love the shoes regardless but the size I normally wear was impossible to get into due to the shortened top. I got a full size larger and still had some troubles.

I bought a pair of these because my old Uggs are getting a bit run down, and while I've had that pair (in a different style) for about 8 years, my (mature!) feet have spread a bit and they are a bit tight. I normally now wear a 9.5, so I was not sure what size to get. Since I read reviews, I figured the 9 would be good. Well, glad I went to the store to try these on rather than just order online blind. Because two things happened. First, I planned on getting the mini without the button. I found I couldn't get my foot in the boot! Not at all! The opening was too tight for my high instep somewhat inflexible foot. So I had to go to the Bailey. The 9 fit, but was a little loose, and after a discussion with the sales person, and knowing these boots stretch a bit with wear, I ended up having to get the 8, which fit my foot perfectly--not too tight but no looseness either. I haven't worn an 8, well, ever! So I think it is worth it to go down a size at least, or at least be prepared to try a couple of sizes. Great boots otherwise, and I hope they hold up as well as my other pair of Uggs, which are still quite wearable!

These are very cozy little boots. I own several pairs of Uggs and love them all for the warmth and the look. I just wish Uggs would put in arch support, they all have zero support, it is like walking flat footed all day, for the money you pay you would think that they would do so. I love ordering from Zappos, they are very speedy and very accommodating. Overall just an excellent site!

Out of the box, this boot is very tight across the instep, along the seam. I'm hoping it will stretch a bit with wearing. Style-wise, they're very cute, but comfort is why I bought them and so far I'm disappointed.

The boot is extremely comfortable and cute but because I have such a large foot I think I should have got the one that is a little taller.

These Uggs are cute, but tend to slip off the heel area of the foot a bit when walking. They are super comfy & super warm. My only complaint is that some of the black color rubbed off on my socks & feet after walking around in them for a few hours...so I guess these are dyed & not all natural!

I was reluctant to spend this amount of money on a pair of boots. Overall, I am satisfied with them. I like the shorter style boot, as I can wear them with regular pants and workout pants. I love that they slip right on. I am normally a size 7, but the 7 was too loose. The size 6 was a bit snug when I first wore them, but they have loosened up and fit perfect. They are not difficult to pull on. They are warm, but they will not protect you from the harsh elements! I sprayed mine with a waterproofing spray (not the Ugg brand), and haven't had any water spots.

I was never an UGG person. I've always called them "Ugg-ly". And they are. Quite frankly. But this winter I decided to give in and try them. I have turned to the dark side. I adore my Uggs and I wear them every chance I get. They are warm and cozy and comfy. They are like that favorite pair of sweats! Unfortunately I have thick legs and they are NOT flattering to thin legs..let alone my own. But I don't care. I love them. I am normally a size 10 but I could have gone a half size smaller. I won't return them because I don't want to go without them. Love, love, love!

These are very cute boots, and well made. I wear a 6-1/2 or 7 shoe, and ordered the 7. They were way too big for me. I also found the ankle area to be too open, so the cold air will penetrate when socks are not worn. I'm going to keep looking for another Ugg style better suited to my needs. I will size down next time.

This boot is great, especially for wide feet and thicker calves. I have them in three colors. Cute style with cool down cuff feature. Only one slight problem. The dye in the black color comes comes off on bare feet. It dissipates after a few times of wearing the boots.

LOVE my Uggs. I can wear them with or without socks and they keep my feet super warm here in Minnesota. The only downside is they don't have great traction for ice and snow.
