My 1st purchase at Zappos was great! My product arrived on time and it was exactly as I ordered. Would refer and purchase from Zappos in the very near future.

Bought these as a gift for my grown daughter. As expected, she was thrilled. The quality of Uggs always seems to stay the same, but the insole is way more comfortable than it used to be!

These are very comfortable. I like that you can have them up around the ankles, or you can turn the collar down. I use them for slippers. They do not have a pull tab on the back like most shorter Uggs, but they are easy to slip on without using my hands. I absolutely love them!

These boots are really cute. I wanted to try uggs but the local stores didn't carry my size. I was impressed with the price, speed of delivery, and the liberal return policy. When I saw the boots I realized that waterproofing was mandatory so I purchased the uggs care kit and that was simple. All in all I am pleased. These boots are not for long walks in the snow though, but for fashion in my opinion.

Love these - Uggs are my comfy go-to's! This is my first pair of "mini's". I agree with others - order a size down. I normally wear a 7 but in these I'm a size 6.

I am so in love with this boot. Nice color blue. Not too light and not too dark. Perfect with some blue jeans. I am so pleased with this purchase. As always, Zappos has awesome service. Put a little Zappos in your day, and buy these boots! Lol

These are super cute and warm, but I had some difficulty with the sizing because of the whole-size-only. My shoe size is 6-1/2, so usually a 7 boot works for me. This size 7 felt too big -- a little too wide, even with socks. So I went down to a 6, and they are a little more snug than I'd like but I wear them without socks or a thin sock and they work well enough for moderate walking. I would say that if you are a 1/2 size, this style might be tricky to get to fit just right.

Purchased this boot for my husband to give to me as a Christmas gift. I plan to wear in the house for a slipper, as the UGG slippers never fit right for me. I wear a size 7 and find a size 7 also fits best. Love the color to go w/ PJ's. Like all Uggs I've had thus far, there is no arch support, but often I put in a gel heel or other support and it's just enough. Still super cozy.

I usually wear a 10 in shoes and boots. I read the reviews and ordered a full size smaller. I am so glad that I did! The size 9 fit is perfect! Quality, cute and warm. I look forward to wearing them. I ordered them (black) on 11/5 and had them in my possession on 11/6. I absolutely love Zappos VIP!

Very cute and comfortable, as you'd expect from Ugg. I have a high instep and find these difficult to get into,but I manage with a lot of tugging and the aid of shoehorn. They come off easily, though.

Uggs have proven to make great products, and the many different styles I have purchased for myself and others have never failed to please. And Zappos is simply the best - an organization that continually provides excellence in all areas.

Very comfy. Some of the lining sheds, but it's nothing major. I also purchased Ugg's protector/cleaning kit and sprayed on the shoes before wearing and there was no discoloration. I've only had them for 3 months so we'll see how they hold up in the long run.

My second pair of these. Hold up really well, very easy on and off, and fit with any kind of pants bottom. I first ordered a newer Ugg style that buckled at ankle but exchanged (so easy!) for these. Great for anyone with ankle or calf issues.

Never wanted to pay so much money for boots but omg I love these! So warm and cuddly feels like a pillow on my feet! Not so cute but worth the money for sure! Make sure u buy protectant spray its a must!

I have wanted to wear Uggs for a long time but didn't think I could because I usually wear a WW width. These boots are so accommodating that not only can I wear them, they are so comfortable. Definitely try them if width size is a concern.

These are just what I wanted!! Goes perfect with just about anything :) get the grey!! My feet will stay warm now! You can't beat the one day shipping either!

While I gave the Ugg Mini Bailey Button 5 stars all around because this is my favorite shoe of all time, I must say that it doesn't have any arch support. That gets a "bye" because some people don't seem to want or need it. As I am on the "older" side, I need the support, so I slipped in an insole from an old pair of comfy sneakers and now I have the happiest, warmest feet ever -- just in time for the snowiest, coldest winter on record! Thanks, Uggs, and as always, thanks Zappos!

I love these shorter Ugg boots, I have them in two colors now. They are so cute and comfortable like all Uggs, but also super cute!

I love them! The shipment came fast about a week run a little big I wear a 8.5/9 I got a 8. Will be purchasing again. Thanks Zappos.

I usually wear an 8.5 I had to go down half size but overall the shoes fits perfect, this is my first pair of Uggs and I have no complaints.

Love! These are my first pair of Uggs and I now know why they are so popular. I bought these boots to wear around the house as slippers. They are so warm and comfortable and the natural lining does not make my feet sweat (and thus smelly). I love the Sand color. It's such a pretty, light color that goes with everything. I've never worn these outside so I don't know how well they hold up. I do wash dishes and get the occasional water drops on these boots; but once dry, the water mark brushes away with my fingers. I plan to get another pair of scuffs for summer time wear, as the air conditioning makes my feet cold, too.

The mini is the perfect UGG for warmer, non snow winter environments. I have the tall Bailey button UGGS that are too hot and cumbersome to wear on cold days in Arizona.
