I bought my first pair of UGG slippers 7 years ago and wore them every day in the harsh MN winters. They eventually developed a hole in the right toe and I had to throw them away, but they'd been through a lot so it was okay. Then my second pair developed a hole after 2 years. And my third pair developed a hole in 6 months! I was not harder on them than on my first pair. In my experience, the quality of these shoes has really gone downhill and I will not be buying another pair.

Too large. You recommended I order a 9 because I wear a regular 8 1/2 shoe. It was way too large.

I ordered a size 7 and it was to big. So I ordered a size 6 and to small. Not happy

My wife wears 8 1/2 and I bought size nine slippers and they were unwearable because they were so small

I purchased this show in a size 11. They were too small. I filled out the return paper for the same show in size 12 and sent back for exchange. I get another size 11 delivered to me!! I feel something should be done for all my inconvenience. I still don't have the correct shoe!!

This is the second style of Ugg moccasins that I've tried and they are both very, very tight in the toe area that causes pain within minutes of putting them on. Unfortunately I had to return them as they wouldn't stretch out in the toe area.

Too narrow in the toes.

If you like a bulky feeling slipper these would be perfect for you.

I ordered size 8 first - way too small. Size 9 came next and I was walking out of them. Very disappointed!! Appear to be very well made, upset that they don't fit me.

I have not been able to use my purchase since the slippers did not fit. Despite the "true fit" description. I just returned them and got a larger size.

Around the house. I have has many pairs and the left one is cut wrong on the heel. I cant wear it, it cripples me.

i ordered ugg slippers on april 19th.. got ainsley in size 9 color tango.. but they were too big. i sent them back and got the dakota in pewter size 9 because my last pair of dakotas were size 9.. these too slipped off my feet. sent those back for an exchange May 12. requested either ainsley 3312 in chocolate size 8 or dakota 5612 in agave size 8. got an e-mail today saying you were sending me dakota espresso in size 8, i didn't request the color expresso.. called and spoke w/Shawna at Ugg this a.m... now ainsley in tango size 8 is available.. she said she was going to try to stop the dakota expresso order and send the tango ainsley to me.. this is crazy .. i have never had so much trouble ordering items from anyone else before.. i really hope i get what i want and soon. 3312 - tango - 8 is my request.. shawna said she'd monitor this for me. i am not happy.. your $100 charge is on my credit card so you have been paid for this already.

I wish there were half sizes. I first ordered the 8 and my heel slipped out, then I exchanged them for a 7. Way too tight :( they just aren't meant for my feet ! I wish you made half sizes!

I have purschased several pair of uggs in the past and have LOVED each and every pair except for these ones. I always buy a size 8 and they fit perfect however these ones were way to big they felt more like a 9, so I returned them then exchanged for a 7 however they were to tight, so they were returned again and now I'm still awaiting for my money to be reissued. Very disappointed please what ever you changed with them change back at this point I will not be buying anymore

I was so excited about these, but they didn't work for me. The slippers were very stiff, narrow and uncomfortable.

Way too tiny!!! Not worth the hassle!!!

I ordered a full size larger from another vendor and returned the too small pair.
