I usually wear a size 9. When I got them, they were so tight. They are extra small and narrow. Huge disappointment.

I have a very narrow foot. These run extremely narrow and very small. So disappointed

Please be warned, these slippers were AT LEAST a full size smaller than marked-- the size 7 was tiny, they barely could be squeezed into a size 6 foot-- Had to be returned. I wish I had been warned that they run SOOO small!!

I do not have a wide foot so was very surprised that the width across the top part of foot was too tight. I don’t think they were manufactured correctly.

I'm so disappointed... I have the same exact slippers which I wanted to replace because I wear them so much. I ordered the same size, a 7. It was so small I could barely get my foot in. So I ordered an 8 and they are so uncomfortable. Even the larger one feels very tight and I can feel the stitching on the top. Ugg is not the same quality it used to be. I will be looking for a new brand of slippers.

These run very small. My normal size is 10.5 and I got a 12 and even then it was a bit of a squeeze until they loosen up. The real problem, though, is that the insole keeps coming loose and bunching up under my arch. It's incredibly irritating but it didn't start happening until about a month after I'd been wearing them so I can't return them.

I've had these for less than 4 months and the lining is completely worn down to nothing in both toe boxes and on one of the heels...gone are the days when you paid the price for quality Ugg slippers and had them last for two years (had a pair of the same style several years back that did last for that long)! Save your money because these are now made in China and are very poor value. They look cute but that is about the only good thing I can say...will never purchase Ugg product again.

Runs small.

This is the 5th pair of UGG Ansleys I have ordered over the years. I wear a 8.5M and have always ordered the 9 and they are usually perfect. This particular pair of 9s are very very short to the point that I can barely get my foot in. I don't know if they are mismarked or UGG has changed their sizing but they are going back.

I wear 7.5, so I got matched to a 7. Too small- especially tight in toes. Ordered 8, and they slipped off heel (still snug in toes). Cute shoes, but didn’t work. Appreciate Zappos return/exchange.

I don’t know how anyone marks this true to size. I am a solid size 8 and these are about a size and a half too small. Cute slipper though.

I ended up ordering a half size larger than normal. Even though I did, the slipper felt tight and confining. I was not pleased with the fit at all and my feet are not even wide or oddly shaped.

I just ordered and returned 2 pairs of the Ansleys. I’ve had 3 previous pairs which were great. So I ordered another pair and the quality was poor and they were 3/4” narrower than my old pairs. So I ordered another pair to make sure the first wasn’t a fluke. Second pair was just as shoddy and narrow as the first pair. Bye bye, Uggs.

These were way too small. Ended up giving them to my sister in law :(
