These slippers are not made like they used to be. Not nearly as comfortable.

Very disappointed. The slippers were comfortable, but the insole recently bunched and creased in the middle and now they are very uncomfortable. I keep straightening the insole but it bunches up every time I wear them. I've only had them for 3 months. My old ones (Dakota) were much better. I was told I could exchange these, but since I got them on sale the replacements will cost me an additional $40 and if I'm reading the policy correctly I will have to pay the return shipping since they were a sale item. The same ones are still available, but for regular price and they don't have my size in the same color. I think since I'd be replacing with the same product (different color), I shouldn't have to pay any more. It should be an even exchange. Unfortunately, I think I just got a bad pair. I've never had any issues with my other Ugg slippers or boots, but am very disappointed with these.

I ordered these slippers in size 11, because the site and several comments said they run small, buy a size up. I'm normally a 10 in Ugg boots, which I have many pairs. My Hoka sneakers and Merrill's shoes, I'm a 10.5, so I sized up. The size 11 Uggs slippers were huge on my feet. Sent back.

Sizing for Womens 9 is way off. Had to send my second purchase back.

I've had this same slipper before but this pair slips so bad on my heels that I cannot wear them. Customer service said to wear them with socks. I love the feel of the fur so why would I wear socks?

I have owned UGG Ansley slippers for 35 years and have always been pleased with the quality. My recent order I started wearing in January and they have not held up well at all. The liner is moving around and bunching up under the ball of both feet making them feel lumpy and very uncomfortable to wear. The liner on the top of the slipper is pushed up and in 1/2 way while the other half is how it is supposed to be. I am VERY easy on my footwear so there is really no reason for this to happen. I only wear them in the house and never outside. It is almost as if they were defective or "seconds" and sold to me that way. It would be difficult to get a photo up inside the top of the slipper but I will try to send one if you request it. Very sad :(

poor quality, already coming apart after a few weeks. Also the company is untruthful about shipping. Buyer Beware!

I exchanged for size 9 and that was too small, tried to get a return label and could not so I have something that is paid and I csnnot wear them, I need a size 9 1/2.

I gave them to my daughter for Vhristmas. She did not like them and left them behind in her closet. I would not buy these again

My husband bought me a pair of Ansley Expresso slippers at department store. They were too small and they did not have another size so I ordered from Ugg. They arrived in a timely manner however the quality of the stitching was horrible and the fur felt all bunched up and not very thick. This was to replace my previous Ugg slippers. I have lots of Ugg boots but sadly like everything else they do not have good quality control anymore. Good bye Ugg I'll be returning these and not purchasing any more Ugg products.

I was excited when they came. This slipper is terrible. I brought my regular size and it is tight like it is squeezing my foot.

My son bought me the Ansley slipper for my bday. Very very expensive for the quality. It looks like I have 2 left feet and after 2 wears the stuffing is already going flat and they are slipping off my feet. I do not like them at all. Altho he was excited to get me such a gift I feel as though he wasted his money. Never again will I purchase an ugg product.

I have a pair of Ansley slippers that are 3 or 4 years old and decided to add another pair to my collection. Ugg just added them back along with a pair of returned classic boots. I have been a customer since around 2006 with a full range of boots, shoes, sandals, and slippers that I have added over the years & the quality is no where near what it was just 3 or 4 years ago when it started going down hill. The inside isn't even 100% wool anymore so when you step into it you can feel that it sits on a sole with no foam support & just feels like cardboard when you stand in it. The lyocell breaks up the thickness of the wool. Their is no plush. Why would a company that originated to sell sheepskin wool lined shoes stop doing that and start worrying about playing to the concerns of customers who are looking for vegetarian products? They know the soles are horrible too because they are partnered now with a shoe restoration company. I have had my UGG ultimate short boots since 2010 and the soles and inside are still in great condition. I've only needed to replace the insoles 1 time. Now, based on other long time customer reviews. The insole replacements quality are compatible to what I found in the Ansley slipper & Classic Short boot this season.

I don't think these are real Ugg's Australia? The insole is terrible- nothing like pure sheep shearing. The box said decker on it ?????? I'm sending them back. Also run small. I want my money back !!!!! I'm questioning this internet site also!!!!
