I ordered these in a 6 because I didn't know what my size is in uggs, the size chart said I'm a 6. I received them and they're very small extremely tight . I'm a 6.5 in Brooks which is what I put into the website

I ordered the same shoe (size and color) that my wife has worn for several years. The color and size number were the same, but the shoe was too large. I have returned them.

I had this same style last year and wore them every day because they felt amazing. I have worn them out so I ordered this new pair. They are nothing like the old ones, feel small and uncomfortable. Very disappointed

The slippers were too small So I returned them. I haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the Dallas Northpark store since the day after Christmas. Even texted them as suggested by their website and no response. I need a pair of red Ansley slippers in size 10 (woman's).

I purchased this item by mistake on 12/6 and was told that my money would be back in my account from 2 to 10 days. I called my bank and they do not see the amount purchased back on my card came with someone please give me exclamation of what’s going on

Present for my wife. Size 8 way too big so exchanged for size 7, way too small. The 7 you sent looked like a kids size in a woman's shoe box.
Returns are easy and that's a big plus.
No slippers for my wife for Hanukkah.

I have been wearing your slippers for years, inside and outside the house (garden) for years. They last a whole year and then I treat myself to new pair.
This is a great treat for a retired person buying a new pair of slippers each year.

If companies today aren't going to make true to size footwear, than they should offer half sizes. I bought these slippers in a size 6 bc that's always been my shoe size. They were too big, and I knew they would stretch out even more bc they're leather, and that the sheepskin would get padded down. So, I bought the size 5, also knowing all that about the leather stretching/padding etc and they were so short they couldn't possibly stretch out to fit. So, that's that. No Ugg slippers for me. I used to purchase a lot from Ugg directly. But, once they changed where they had their footwear manufactured, sizing was impossible. I haven't purchased Ugg since, till now bc I was desperate to find slippers that fit. The futile search continues
