Very stiff and uncomfortable, returned

The stitching looks awful. Not even in the back. Very disappointed.

The fitting and the quality of materials are not good

lining should stay sherpa, duh.

I purchased this item by mistake on 12/6 and was told that my money would be back in my account from 2 to 10 days. I called my bank and they do not see the amount purchased back on my card came with someone please give me exclamation of what’s going on

Present for my wife. Size 8 way too big so exchanged for size 7, way too small. The 7 you sent looked like a kids size in a woman's shoe box. Returns are easy and that's a big plus. No slippers for my wife for Hanukkah.

I have been wearing your slippers for years, inside and outside the house (garden) for years. They last a whole year and then I treat myself to new pair. This is a great treat for a retired person buying a new pair of slippers each year.

These slippers are not made like they used to be. Not nearly as comfortable.

Very disappointed. The slippers were comfortable, but the insole recently bunched and creased in the middle and now they are very uncomfortable. I keep straightening the insole but it bunches up every time I wear them. I've only had them for 3 months. My old ones (Dakota) were much better. I was told I could exchange these, but since I got them on sale the replacements will cost me an additional $40 and if I'm reading the policy correctly I will have to pay the return shipping since they were a sale item. The same ones are still available, but for regular price and they don't have my size in the same color. I think since I'd be replacing with the same product (different color), I shouldn't have to pay any more. It should be an even exchange. Unfortunately, I think I just got a bad pair. I've never had any issues with my other Ugg slippers or boots, but am very disappointed with these.

I ordered these slippers in size 11, because the site and several comments said they run small, buy a size up. I'm normally a 10 in Ugg boots, which I have many pairs. My Hoka sneakers and Merrill's shoes, I'm a 10.5, so I sized up. The size 11 Uggs slippers were huge on my feet. Sent back.

Sizing for Womens 9 is way off. Had to send my second purchase back.

I've had this same slipper before but this pair slips so bad on my heels that I cannot wear them. Customer service said to wear them with socks. I love the feel of the fur so why would I wear socks?

I have owned UGG Ansley slippers for 35 years and have always been pleased with the quality. My recent order I started wearing in January and they have not held up well at all. The liner is moving around and bunching up under the ball of both feet making them feel lumpy and very uncomfortable to wear. The liner on the top of the slipper is pushed up and in 1/2 way while the other half is how it is supposed to be. I am VERY easy on my footwear so there is really no reason for this to happen. I only wear them in the house and never outside. It is almost as if they were defective or "seconds" and sold to me that way. It would be difficult to get a photo up inside the top of the slipper but I will try to send one if you request it. Very sad :(

poor quality, already coming apart after a few weeks. Also the company is untruthful about shipping. Buyer Beware!
